“When I tell you these are THE best tacos in the PNW, you gotta know these are THE Best in the (Pacific North)west. I have an illustrious history eating tacos, from the streets of LA, to the beaches of Mexico. I know a good taco, and these tacos aren't good- they're great! I have had a hard time finding good Mexican food up here, which is a shame because it's my favorite. Tacos El Oso Loco gives me my fix. That's why I drive 45 minutes from Beaverton to get these tacos. I have begun picking up large orders to distribute to friends and family, and they keep asking me when I'm going to go back! Every item is perfectly seasoned, each component the perfect texture. I could write poems about these tacos. In addition, the staff is wonderful! They are warm and welcoming. Victor, the owner, is so personable and takes great pride in the quality of his business. If you haven't yet tried their food, do yourself a favor and fix that ASAP. This is heaven on a corn tortilla. Your taste buds will be electrified by perfectly balanced flavor when their food hits your tongue. These are the tacos you're looking for. We can only hope that one day they expand so that more people can enjoy the gift of their delicious food.“

“Absolutely a must-visit winery. The tastes they've accomplished with the same varietals being sold everywhere are extraordinary. Both the owners are fun, down-to-earth, and such a joy to talk to. The property is beautiful (even after an ice storm!). If you are visiting from out of town and are looking for a high quality winery, or if you are local and haven't tried this place yet, I cannot recommend it enough. We had a total blast and are already planning our return trip.“

Dos Mundos was very pleasant to work with and able to accommodate our request to have them ready for pickup at 1:30pm on a few hours notice. The players felt they were very much superior and more flavorful to those they've eaten at famous chain restaurants.“

We had a welcome gathering for all of our guests who had traveled, and Wolves & People were so accommodating and helpful throughout the entire process. “This is best coffee beans in Oregon in my opinion. I was frustrated with many roasters either not putting a roast date on the bag or selling old coffee beans until I found Caravan coffee when I drove by Newberg. The beans are usually freshly roasted from a few days ago, and shipping is fast! I basically tried all the selections using the first order discount and all of their coffee selection from dark roast to single origin have produced delicious espresso. I’ll definitely be a long term subscriber for their coffee.“

“Our family visited today De Ponte Cellars. 04.07.24 Amazing views and lovely Pinot Noir! We didn't have any appointments, and they were able to accommodate the 7 of us. The highlight of our visit was 2021, 2015, and 2018 (Estate) Dundee Hill Pinot Noir. Pet-friendly and friendly staff. These fantastic bottles are traveling to Puerto Rico and Utah.“

“This winery makes the best Pinot in Oregon. Absolutely incredibly smooth and all is estate grown. They’re next door to Domaine Serene. My wife and I visited in August and became wine club members. If you’re touring the Dundee Hills this is a “must visit” winery. You can’t get their wine anywhere, except the winery. Family owned and genuinely great people.“

“These folks were really great to us! We were recommended this place by someone in industry and could not have been any more pleased! Lots of pinot noirs as well as some chardonnays to try. We especially appreciated the intimate experience of the patio/tasting area. Reservations are necessary for a place like this. I would definitely come back to have a glass of wine on a cozy afternoon. The knowledge of the staff was super impressive and extremely accommodating. “We recently visited Black Dog Winery and were blown away by the beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces they created. The views are perfect, and there's plenty of seating to relax and enjoy a glass of wine both indoor and by the outdoor fire pits. It's super family and dog friendly -- we had a big group of 10 people with kids and babies and they welcomed us all in - it was perfect!Steve, was incredibly friendly and welcoming.
