“Petite Provence is an enjoyable experience for my aged mother and I am very grateful to be able to bring my little dog to the enclosed front section. However, I am disappointed that my favorite dish for years and years was just taken off the menu: the shakshouka (squash and eggs). It was the only savory vegetarian option and I miss it!! Other options "hold the meat" are just not that good. Vegetarian eating is on the ascendant and deserves to be taken seriously by any restaurant! BTW: I find the Conundrum white wine super light and delicious.”

“We love Burgerville and stop occasionally when passing through. Today while the food is still good, fresh and the staff is excellent; it was very disappointing that our hamburgers were barely warm and the milkshake was barely frozen. So much better when the meat is “just cooked “ and the shake is much colder”

“Absolutely the best! The Valentine’s Day menu was spectacular. The bison tomahawk was grilled to perfection with the most amazing and deliciously seasoned char! The lobster was cooked perfectly tender. But the service! The service was 5 star, very personal and very accommodating. This family run restaurant is our favorite and a gem! We love The Grill Steakhouse and Seafood. We go at least once a week and sit at our favorite table by the roaring fireplace. 5 stars all day long!”

“Stopped in here on my way out of town on a weekday and had no wait to order. I got an iced matcha latte with blackberry lavender dressup and a ham and cheese pillow of deliciousness to go (not the official name). I kid you not, this pastry I have dreamt about having again it was that good. The matcha was also very good and the ambiance of the establishment feels very welcoming, you can tell they put a lot of effort into decorating it. 10/10, will always stop here if I’m in the area.”

“I came in between 10:40 and 11AM. I had a build your own MOD. Dallas was AMAZING. Her customer service was very friendly, toppings were great, she had wonderful positive and friendly energy. By far she is my favorite pizza maker from all the locations I visit in Central and Eastern Oregon. I travel a lot for work and MOD is my go to lunch pick. The Dalles will be my #1 choice for MOD locations. Thank you Dallas for being such a great pizza maker and a nice person. Small acts of kindness can makes such a big difference in someone’s day.”

“We had the most amazing meal tonight, great food and perfect service. The staff checked in with us frequently to make sure we were happy, my steak was perfectly done, the accompanying wine was yummy and we had the complimentary ice cream for dessert but also brought home creme brulee and carrot cake to enjoy at home later. Could not have had a better dinner and dining experience. Love this place!”

“I ordered a birthday cake from Valeria's. It was a 3 layer carrot 🥕 cake with cream cheese frosting. With 'Happy Birthday' and a carrot design on top. Looked beautiful and was delicious. It was ready on time and the service was friendly. I live in Montana and was picking it up for a family get-together in Vancouver, Wa. Picked up some assorted pastries as well. Lots to choose from. “On May 17th at the Bargeway we had my husbands, Mark Freeman, his retirement party and it was amazing!! Steve and Stacy did a wonderful job with table arrangements and the food was delicious . Stacy the bartender was a busy lady and she kept everyone happy. Rich and Blonde played music and kept things lively and everybody entertained. Great job. Everything went perfect and so smooth. Thank you so much Steve and Stacy for all of your hard work. We had the best party ever!!!!!! Thanks to you and your amazing staff!! Love you guys”

“Love Taco Time. This location was clean and the service was friendly. I always get the deep fried crisp meat burrito. I haven't had one for 5 years after moving out of state. I noticed that the tortillas were now thicker? Did they change the recipe? I thought they used lighter thinner tortilla wraps. Still good though with original taco sauce.”

“I had the best subway sandwich of my life there yesterday.
The guy manning the counter told me about his favorite, and I had him make me one the way he would if he were making it for himself, and he did not disappoint! He toasted the bread with the garlic aolli sauce and added extra Italian seasoning. With the provolone it was spectacular!

“My husband & I decided to give the restaurant a try after being away for many years. Everything, I mean everything, was perfect! The wait staff was very attentive without being smothering and the portion sizes were VERY ample. We definitely will be coming back. The remodeling of the hotel and restaurant is very elegant - great job!!”

“Neat little bar for a small town, not really much open late on weekends. Saturday is a lot more poppin than fri nights. The food is good, the drinks are inexpensive. The server was always courteous both times we stopped by. Would stop by again if work brings me back this way again 👌🏽🎉”
