“I just had a really delicious bowl of (Boston style) clam chowder at Three Mermaids Public House in Tigard. It was so creamy, and comforting; and the small bits of bacon gave it over-the-top goodness. Honestly, all the food at this welcoming pub is worth trying, but I hadn’t expected to enjoy a bowl of soup as much as I did this one!“

“Celebrated my 33rd Wedding Anniversary with my spouse on 8/7/25. We ordered two braised beef sandwiches, a summer special, with a side of chips, the shrimp arugula salad split for two, AND the tasty, but not too sweet bread pudding!!!! OMG😋Soooo DELICIOUS. I gave all of it a 10/10 and will definitely be back to try more food items!!
Caitlin was our server and did a nice job waiting on us and telling us about the Marketplace Cafe!! It is truly a hidden surprise that is WORTH checking out!!!“

“Nice interior, good wine. Didn’t try food this first time, and sat at the bar for a glass of wine. Observed that most of staff looked unenthusiastic and very few smiling—including the manager who was dressed like a lumberjack. (A bit weird for what is being touted as a “French restaurant.”). We’ll try dinner next time and hope for the best.“

“I make it a point to visit Canard Burnside on all of my trips to Portland! The unique flavors and presentations on their menu keep me coming back for more. Had the roasted beets last night for the first time and the flavor was out of this world.“

“Had family in town with their kiddos and we wanted to do a night out. OP was the perfect choice. The staff was great getting a spot set up that could handle a wheelchair, stroller and energetic 3yr old.

They have a great cocktail and wine menu, but as the designated driver I stuck to the N/A drinks. Luckily they have one of my top 3 N/A cocktails- red ferrari (think negroni).

The food was fantastic. I highly recommend starting with a meat and/or cheese plate (we did both) then do a Round 2 of small plates. For us it was a few salads. All were good but I especially liked the chicories salad with Caesar-like dressing. Next we grabbed entrees. It was hard to narrow down to one option so I ended up doing a split plate situation and shared the gnocchi and the chicken plate. The gnocchi was pillowy with a perfect amount of mushrooms and carmelized onions. The chicken thigh had crispy skin and the potatoes were smooth and buttery which paired nicely with the chard.
Sadly, there was no space for dessert so I'm just dreaming of the Basque cheesecake, but guess that just means a return trip is needed.“

“This is a hidden gem. Service was great. Enthusiastic and welcoming. Drinks were served swiftly and competently. Menu is conservative but still fun to explore. My club and French fries were satisfying. Was thrilled to see actual chicken meat in my sandwich and not sliced deli meat. Lots of real avocado, bacon and grilled thickly sliced sour dough made it a meal. Beet salad to start was dressed a bit heavily but delicious nonetheless.
This is a small space with only me and my 4 comrades and another party about the same size sat directly next to us. Why?
Would be nervous to see this place filled as I'd worry about hearing conversation.
My friends told me that both servings of garlic fries weren't hot. And my other friend did not get his requested avocado on his burger. Also, we were celebrating a birthday and don't think they serve dessert as none was offered.
Also, I assume you can park in motel lot for dining. If so, that's a bonus in NW!“

“Hands down one of the best sandwich places I’ve had. Fully appreciate the variety of the vegetarian friendly sandwiches. Got the Fresh Prince, which doesn’t come with cheese and I debated adding it, but i didn’t and I didn’t miss it! The flavors are so well balanced and delicious, the sour dough was just awesome. Everything together was phenomenal, and I immediately wanted more.“

“Just a great little tiki bar. Fun creative cocktails. Everything was really nice. They use great spirits with good quality ingredients. The little snack we had was great. Pretty busy little place for a Monday night. Lots of locals you could tell were there after work decompressing chatting visiting. “Great little brewery. Repurposed house built into a restaurant. Cozy vibes. If you like sours there's tons of selection. Didn't get to try the pizza, but it looks homemade and hearty. Smelt amazing.

Outdoor and indoor seating. Outdoor fireplace and heaters for the cold.

“Had a wonderful Veterans meal at thr Tanasborne location. Casey was our server. She was very professional and friendly,. Everything was prepaired just as requested, and she stopped by to ask if everything was OK 3 or 4 times. The best Veterans meal I have ever had. Will be returning again many times before next year. “Go here and get the best (huge) wedge salad of your life. With the fried chicken add-on. So good! Staff are super friendly, efficient, and the drinks are unique. Hubby also enjoyed his burger and fries a lot. Not much indoor seating, but lots of outdoor fires and spots to hang out with a beverage and our time eating dinner up at the bar was also very enjoyable.“

“I have been meaning to review Radio Room for a while now. My husband and I have lived in Portland for just over a year and we have eaten here a handful of times. We love this place and drive from the west hills to eat here. The food, atmosphere and service is fantastic - the staff is real and down to earth. We are huge music lovers so we really love the decor. The breakfast biscuit with honey butter is the best damn biscuit in town. Avocado toast is also phenomenal and really well priced. Dinner menu is just as good and I love the yogi bowl. We've eaten inside and outside in their upstairs area and downstairs area with a nice fire pit. It's dog friendly on the patio and our pup enjoyed her time there too! We have brought everyone that visits us here and always recommend this restaurant to folks too. Ya'll are absolutely killing it and we're stoked to have a great go-to spot to eat at that we know will always be great.“

We loved the antiques and quirky items sitting on the wall shelves which reminded us of ‘the good ole days’. Our drinks and food - I had the salmon salad and hubby had the burger - , were very tasty and served quickly by our waiter who was very attentive. We will definitely be returning.“
