“I stumbled across this place recently, having no idea there was a froyo place so close to my house and decided to check it out. I am so delighted I did! It was a lovely experience, the staff were friendly and attentive, super helpful. The inside is super cute and the outside has nice seating. The frozen yogurt itself was delicious and they had a wonderful array of toppings to choose from, and even fun flavors for yogurt I haven’t seen at many other places in addition to the usual vanilla, chocolate and original flavors. Prices were fair as well, and the staff even let me know they were having a special the following day so I plan to bring my nephews to enjoy some of their froyo as well! Definitely give this place a try.“

“Sutton Tropical Sno did a wonderful job serving shaved ice at our 5th grade end of the year event. They came up with a custom option that worked for our budget, set up on location (at a park without power), and served 150 kids in the time amount they had committed to. They were flexible when I had to change the timing and when they showed up and the original set up spot was taken, they again were flexible and found a new spot. I would recommend them to other parent groups looking for an affordable shaved ice option.“

Knocking one star off because of their mediocre coffee. They recently brought an espresso machine which is fantastic but person working it seems less experienced.
Suggestion to owner: Hire a barista.“

“Despite the other review before mine, I had no problem coming in before closing. Came at 10-20 minutes before closing last night. She was cleaning and tv seemed off but doors were open and it was fantastic froyo as usual. It was a very clean establishment too.“

“We stopped in to Basin Robbins Saturday night and they got very busy. The three young ladies working all stayed very calm and friendly during the rush. The ice cream was amazing as expected. “Walked in at 9 AM on a beautiful Saturday morning and asked for a cheeseburger and fry's. The burger was huge, with sliced tomato, onion and lettuce. The fry's were hot and delicious. I sat at the bar and was taken back to the way cafe's looked when I was a kid. Tracy, the server was a jewel. Parking is no problem. Most everyone else was eating breakfast, which looked awesome. You won't regret the food or the ambiance. Do it and enjoy. SMP“

Well, when you come to this DQ, you’re that guest and this store is your mom’s house.
