“Not only are these some of the best subs we have ever had, but this place has one of the coolest atmospheres we have ever experienced. We just moved to Pittsburgh and were looking for our go-to sub place and Peppi’s was recommended multiple times. Walking in and you’re instantly met with real hard-working Pittsburgh people and a culturally rich atmosphere that highlights local celebrities, area history, and all around Pittsburgh pride. “Yesterday early evening order was delivered quickly. The 2 sandwiches were very good. However, we were very disappointed with the french fries that were very soft & greasy. “First time ordering and got a hoagie, when I first walked in they were very welcoming and sweet. It’s so cute and simple. The hoagie was pretty good! It was huge I’d have to say. For reference got a 12-inch. I 1000% recommend , definitely coming back. And this time going to try some sweet treats.

“Gosh. All this time the best pepper steak hogie was around the corner from me. Lol. Drive by this establishment all the time and never paid attention to what was there. Goggle "steak hogie near me" and this place popped up. I said " i got nothing to lose" and i was right. I dint loose anything instead i gained some happiness. Great prices. The half of hogie sized it basically the size of a whole hogie at most other steak houses. The bread, onions, and of course the steak is amazing. Ppl friendly, and the atmosphere reminds me of what life used to or what life should be lol. Idk i guess iam getting to deep for just a review lol. My opinion try house of Rudy's you wont be disappointed.“

“The restaurant was empty when we arrived amazingly, so we were promptly greeted by the friendly staff and manager. Both my wife and I ordered the Italian Meatball sub. Absolutely delicious. I ordered the 10 inch with intentions of only eating half, but gorgeous down the entire thing in one sitting. I've been here a few times, and the staff has always been friendly and the restaurant clean. Definitely recommend going here if you're in the mood for a great sandwich.“

“Lunch rush mishap.
There was a decent amount of patrons when I entered. The crew was noticably busy with online orders and a large line at the counter.
They took my order and asked my name. Guy said someone with same name was ahead of me, so he added "v2" to the end of my name on the ticket.
Well.... I waited.... and waited until I realized people who ordered after me, got their food before me.
Told them I'm still waiting.... They must have given the order away to someone else or couldn't read the ticket properly.

But they corrected the issue in a timely manner.“

“Didn’t know they had portabello subs! Not a fan of lunch meat but my daughter loves this place. A bit pricey imo. And the lunch meat “quality” looks questionable. But service was excellent and it was clean inside. The rosemary parm bread was also tasty! ?

“This is def my fave local subway location. I’m not sure what her name is and I’ll def make sure to get it next time but whoever was your closing employee 4/8/24 has once again done an amazing job. She makes sure the orders are what the customer is looking for exactly and really goes out of her way to do so. She’s such an asset to your team!! She has given me an exact same experience a few months ago when I told her that I had ordered a sandwich from the McKnight Road location and had a really horrible experience. She went out of her way to make sure my sandwich was exactly what I was looking for. And did so again tonight, even though I came in really close to closing. “I stopped going to Subway a few years ago because of quality was terrible. A couple of years ago I moved and was very close to this location in Westview plaza. I don't know if it is just this location or all subways have stepped up their game but I have never gotten a bad meal at this place!
Everything is fresh and it fills me up. The best part is I order through the app and they always have at least buy one get a second for 50% off and run a buy one get one free promotion very frequently. Currently they are doing the buy one get one free promotion and I have gone there three times in the last 5 days. All three times the food was delicious and did not take long to get. “We haven't been to this location in years. Came in this Sunday and it was busy. (A large group of 6 or 7 adults plus kids before us, and another one after us.) Only one person working. I think his nametag said "Twig" which was unusual, but the food prep area was clean, he was quick and professional and I even saw him change his gloves. When the sub he was making for me got a bit wet he took the time to wrap it again in a new paper which I appreciated. (We were taking the subs hiking.) Totally solid experience from a rockstar and I hope management of the store appreciates what a great employee they've got.
