“I stopped into SIMPLE SUBS today. I CHOSE A CHEESESTEAK SUB. IT WAS DELICIOUS. IF YOU HAVE NEVER STOPPED IN YOU SHOULD TRY IT OUT CUZ IT'S GREAT.“

“Best Jersey Mike’s ever. From the moment I walked in, the entire staff was so friendly and greeted me like they knew me forever. Everyone had a smile on their face and was making everyone feel welcome. There was clear synergy between the team working here.

Funny story. I typically get a Chipotle Cheesesteak every time I go to Jersey Mikes. It’s been a few months, I was having a long day at work, and I forgot my typical order when I approached the register.

One of the guys at the register asked me what I wanted. I responded with “Umm.. what do I want..” and Nick, who was on the line, looks at me and goes “ This guy wants a cheesesteak!”.

I started busting out laughing because it was actually what I wanted. Then, the guy the cash register looks at me again and asks, “What kind of cheesesteak do you want?” I look at the menu, say “I don’t know”, and he goes “Uh oh… ok. You want a Chipotle Cheesesteak”. I said “Yes! That’s what I always get!”. A girl working the line looks at me and says “We make subs and read minds for a living”.

At this point, we were all cracking up in disbelief, and it was just such an awesome experience before I even got my food. It was so great to be in the energy of others that work hard and have fun at work.

The sub was fresh and amazing. While I was eating, I noticed there were multiple other people that were coming in to pick up DoorDash orders, etc. and again, you’d think the staff knew these customers forever by the way they treated them, and made them feel at home.

I will definitely be back to this Jersey Mike’s. 10 stars from me!“

“Not only are these some of the best subs we have ever had, but this place has one of the coolest atmospheres we have ever experienced. We just moved to Pittsburgh and were looking for our go-to sub place and Peppi’s was recommended multiple times. Walking in and you’re instantly met with real hard-working Pittsburgh people and a culturally rich atmosphere that highlights local celebrities, area history, and all around Pittsburgh pride. All this on top of an incredible sandwich and fries every-time and we have our spot for many years to come. We recommend trying the whole menu over time, but our favorites are the Santucci and the mushroom cheesesteak.“

Just as short stroll away in an area of town that's for the restaurants. My wife and I both had cheesesteak sandwiches which were delicious“

“This is hands down the best fish and chip spot in Pittsburgh. The fish, shrimp and fries were excellent. Perfectly crispy on the outside and the inside just melts in your mouth. The house made donuts are also to die for. Highly recommend checking them out and the owner is super nice too!“

“Yesterday early evening order was delivered quickly. The 2 sandwiches were very good. However, we were very disappointed with the french fries that were very soft & greasy. “Gosh. All this time the best pepper steak hogie was around the corner from me. Lol. Drive by this establishment all the time and never paid attention to what was there. Goggle "steak hogie near me" and this place popped up. I said " i got nothing to lose" and i was right. I dint loose anything instead i gained some happiness. Great prices. The half of hogie sized it basically the size of a whole hogie at most other steak houses. The bread, onions, and of course the steak is amazing. Ppl friendly, and the atmosphere reminds me of what life used to or what life should be lol. Idk i guess iam getting to deep for just a review lol. I was skeptical about the hummus being on the sandwich and originally asked for it to be made without but i’m honestly glad that they ended up putting it on there because it took it to a whole new level! “The restaurant was empty when we arrived amazingly, so we were promptly greeted by the friendly staff and manager. Both my wife and I ordered the Italian Meatball sub. Absolutely delicious. I ordered the 10 inch with intentions of only eating half, but gorgeous down the entire thing in one sitting. I've been here a few times, and the staff has always been friendly and the restaurant clean. Definitely recommend going here if you're in the mood for a great sandwich.“

“Didn’t know they had portabello subs! Not a fan of lunch meat but my daughter loves this place. A bit pricey imo. And the lunch meat “quality” looks questionable. But service was excellent and it was clean inside. The rosemary parm bread was also tasty! ?

“I stopped going to Subway a few years ago because of quality was terrible. A couple of years ago I moved and was very close to this location in Westview plaza. I don't know if it is just this location or all subways have stepped up their game but I have never gotten a bad meal at this place!
Everything is fresh and it fills me up. The best part is I order through the app and they always have at least buy one get a second for 50% off and run a buy one get one free promotion very frequently. Currently they are doing the buy one get one free promotion and I have gone there three times in the last 5 days. All three times the food was delicious and did not take long to get. I highly recommend this place.“

“Lunch rush mishap.
There was a decent amount of patrons when I entered. The crew was noticably busy with online orders and a large line at the counter.
They took my order and asked my name. Guy said someone with same name was ahead of me, so he added "v2" to the end of my name on the ticket.
Well.... I waited.... and waited until I realized people who ordered after me, got their food before me.
Told them I'm still waiting.... They must have given the order away to someone else or couldn't read the ticket properly.

But they corrected the issue in a timely manner.“

I came because I had seen other reviews talking about how good the guy behind the counter was, and ill never go to another subway again as long as hes there. Dude always puts exactly what i ask for, not any less, not any more, just perfect. Not to mention, we can just chat while he makes it and hes fun to talk to. “We haven't been to this location in years. Came in this Sunday and it was busy. (A large group of 6 or 7 adults plus kids before us, and another one after us.) Only one person working. I think his nametag said "Twig" which was unusual, but the food prep area was clean, he was quick and professional and I even saw him change his gloves. When the sub he was making for me got a bit wet he took the time to wrap it again in a new paper which I appreciated. (We were taking the subs hiking.) Totally solid experience from a rockstar and I hope management of the store appreciates what a great employee they've got. We were having a rough day so having a good experience for lunch turned it around. We'll be back.“

“I live close to this subway and the two women who are working here are awesome. I know I will get consistent and methodically well made sub.Because the store is clean and the workers are friendly and welcoming I recommend this particular location.

Parking: The parking lot is in a plaza so there is plenty of parking.“

What the site DIDN'T say was that it was for pick up orders only... My phone wouldn't complete the order for some reason. Even though the owner for some reason had this poor girl working by HERSELF AT NIGHT IN OAKLAND at the only open Subway and she was SUPER busy, she took a second to take my order and made sure I was taken care of and did it with a great and positive attitude.
