She is knowledgeable of the menu, and explains the specials well. She is attentive, pleasant, and projects a positive image for the restaurant. She is a keeper!“

One suggestion, we waited a long time for our dishes to be cleared after we were done dinner and when the server came to our table, he said “ can I get you the check” and we said no we would like to have dessert . “Not quite what it was. Still a wide selection of imported italian items. More commercially packaged peppers etc. Hoagies are still excellent but steak sandwiches are oily. Labor costs seem to be a major factor as is with all businesses so that may be a factor in outsourcing. Breads are outstanding and they alone are worth the visit.“

Now live in Key West for last 30 years but specifically make sure each time I come up to see family I go to Villa Di Roma, clams casino, asparagus, gravy and the people there that run it all family. The atmosphere is wonderful and the interior is just lovely. In terms of the food, I had the wild boar bolognese which was a special that night, and it was AMAZING!! i’ve been here numerous times with different parties and i’ve always had a great experience. it’s also one of the few restaurants I can consistently get in with a last-minute reservation or walk-in while still feeling the place is lively and bumping every time I’m there. it’s a delicate balance and they nail it consistently. chef Michael’s food is excellent, bev director Michael has put together an awesome program and chef Ervis is such a handsome and gentle man who also happens to make great pastas. what a combo.

Bri, the event coordinator, worked with me to customize my menu. She was extremely responsive to all my requests. Our server, Nick, truly made the experience exceptional. He was attentive, friendly, and ensured that everything ran smoothly throughout our buffet service, always there to refill drinks and assist the guests. The buffet itself was delicious! The selection was impressive, and everyone enjoyed the delicious pasta, chicken parm and bruschetta.
