“My family and I waltzed into Subway today and were greeted by the wonderful Marrion. Despite having a co-worker with the charisma of a deflated balloon, our Marrion was the epitome of composure. Now, while Marsha (the aforementioned balloon) re-entered the restaurant with all the grace of a bull in a china shop, accusing Marrion of stealing her forgotten tips, Marrion continued to serve us with a kindness that'd outshine any 'Employee of the Month'.

It was quite the spectacle, really. Marsha demanded Marrion remind her about her tips in the future and then muttered foul words under her breath that should not have been said in front of customers, let alone my 10 year old son.

Now, I was tempted to knock off a star for the free side-dish of drama, but I really want the 5 stars to reflect the wonderful customer service experience provided by Marrion.“

“Probably my favorite sub I’ve have in Pittsburgh! And the fries are so good. Nothing fancy but the bread is fresh and they know how to make a good sandwich. Good portions for the price, and lots of options on the menu. Not the cleanest place I’ve ever been to but it adds to the character of the place.“

“My sister and I aren’t from PA and came over for concert, we stopped here for lunch and it was amazing! The lady and guy running the shop (Who I’m assuming are the owners) were so friendly. We waited probably 10 minutes for our food, they were getting a few orders made as we came in and it was worth every minute of a wait. Absolutely would recommend to anyone looking for a solid sandwich. We got the clubs plus a snickerdoodle and a chocolate chunk cookie ( I got panini and my sister just got it cold, both are amazing!) and I’d absolutely get it again coming back to this part of PA“

“This is the best sub joint in Pittsburgh. The meats are top quality compared to most sandwich shops and the bread is the best in the business. Subs are offered in three sizes to please most appetites, and all the sides are good as well. The cookies are a great treat too.“

“A fun setup! Our first time at this location. We were seated upstairs. Was definitely a little snug for our party, but food was amazing as always with Primanti. My only complaint was that we may have been overlooked a little, not being on the main floor. Drinks took a bit to get refilled. Other than that, a nice experience. Would return!“

“The people working at Jersey Mike's on Saturday evening, July 18 2020 went above and beyond for us. I placed an online order and on our way to get the order the vehicle we were driving in broke down. I called and explained the situation because I knew we wouldn't get there before close. The person I spoke with was so kind and assured me I could still get my order. Unfortunately, we weren't able to get there at all and when I called to explain and offer my order to the closing team, the person who answered was again so kind and offered to refund my order even though I had no intention of asking for that. It was just a nice gesture and the care they showed for our situation was amazing. I will make sure to order from them more often! Thanks guys!“

This is by far the cleanest subway I’ve been to, with the best service. No wait times, and early pick up if you order on the app. I highly recommend going here over any other one.“

What the site DIDN'T say was that it was for pick up orders only... My phone wouldn't complete the order for some reason. Even though the owner for some reason had this poor girl working by HERSELF AT NIGHT IN OAKLAND at the only open Subway and she was SUPER busy, she took a second to take my order and made sure I was taken care of and did it with a great and positive attitude. I felt so bad that they had her there by herself... She was excellent and courteous. And the food was good as well. I'm appreciative of her.“

“I stopped going to Subway a few years ago because of quality was terrible. A couple of years ago I moved and was very close to this location in Westview plaza. I don't know if it is just this location or all subways have stepped up their game but I have never gotten a bad meal at this place!
Everything is fresh and it fills me up. The best part is I order through the app and they always have at least buy one get a second for 50% off and run a buy one get one free promotion very frequently. Currently they are doing the buy one get one free promotion and I have gone there three times in the last 5 days. All three times the food was delicious and did not take long to get. I highly recommend this place.“

“I had a great experience during my first visit to Firehouse Subs. I was going to work, and stopped by here to get the sandwich. The food was excellent, fresh, and full of flavour. I ordered the Hook & Ladder sandwich, and I would highly recommend trying it — it was delicious and made perfectly.

I would also like to shoutout to the girl working there who helped me choose and customize the best sandwich. She was very kind and happily added extra toppings to make it exactly how I wanted. She provided amazing customer service and made my visit even better.

I stopped in to get a sub for my 80 year-old aunt I asked the young man if he would mind putting the vinegar and oil on the side because I had to transport the hoagie and if it got soggy, I’d never hear the end of it. He was so nice. He said absolutely. he rang me up. I get in my car in the parking lot and this young man comes out and says miss I forgot to give you your vinegar and oil. “Every time we stop by Ross Park Mall, this is the only place we go to. We’ve been coming here for the past two years, and it never disappoints. I usually don’t like eating out, but I absolutely love this place. The food is delicious, always fresh, and the service is extremely fast — honestly one of the fastest I’ve ever seen.
