“I stopped at Subway in Homestead, PA before a concert needing to be quick and still get a good meal. They have a nice restaurant there connected to a pharmacy. It was clean with friendly and quick service. The food was very good and prepared with care. I recommend this location.

“Not only are these some of the best subs we have ever had, but this place has one of the coolest atmospheres we have ever experienced. We just moved to Pittsburgh and were looking for our go-to sub place and Peppi’s was recommended multiple times. Walking in and you’re instantly met with real hard-working Pittsburgh people and a culturally rich atmosphere that highlights local celebrities, area history, and all around Pittsburgh pride. All this on top of an incredible sandwich and fries every-time and we have our spot for many years to come. We recommend trying the whole menu over time, but our favorites are the Santucci and the mushroom cheesesteak.“

Just as short stroll away in an area of town that's for the restaurants. My wife and I both had cheesesteak sandwiches which were delicious“

“This is hands down the best fish and chip spot in Pittsburgh. The fish, shrimp and fries were excellent. Perfectly crispy on the outside and the inside just melts in your mouth. The house made donuts are also to die for. Highly recommend checking them out and the owner is super nice too!“

“Yesterday early evening order was delivered quickly. The 2 sandwiches were very good. However, we were very disappointed with the french fries that were very soft & greasy. They even made the sandwiches somewhat greasy. We would rather eat crispy french fries, which are way better. Just wanted to let you know that we will still order the sandwiches. Thank you.“

“Came here after work to order takeout because I wanted a bite to eat. I got the turkey sando and the tots and let me tell you I was impressed! I was skeptical about the hummus being on the sandwich and originally asked for it to be made without but i’m honestly glad that they ended up putting it on there because it took it to a whole new level! “First time ordering and got a hoagie, when I first walked in they were very welcoming and sweet. It’s so cute and simple. The hoagie was pretty good! It was huge I’d have to say. For reference got a 12-inch. I 1000% recommend , definitely coming back. And this time going to try some sweet treats.

And I forgot to add they always give you a free pickle lol I didn’t know until I opened the wrapping and I was so surprised. I thought it was cute though.“

“The people working at Jersey Mike's on Saturday evening, July 18 2020 went above and beyond for us. I placed an online order and on our way to get the order the vehicle we were driving in broke down. I called and explained the situation because I knew we wouldn't get there before close. The person I spoke with was so kind and assured me I could still get my order. Unfortunately, we weren't able to get there at all and when I called to explain and offer my order to the closing team, the person who answered was again so kind and offered to refund my order even though I had no intention of asking for that. It was just a nice gesture and the care they showed for our situation was amazing. I will make sure to order from them more often! Thanks guys!“

“Gosh. All this time the best pepper steak hogie was around the corner from me. Lol. Drive by this establishment all the time and never paid attention to what was there. Goggle "steak hogie near me" and this place popped up. I said " i got nothing to lose" and i was right. I dint loose anything instead i gained some happiness. Great prices. The half of hogie sized it basically the size of a whole hogie at most other steak houses. The bread, onions, and of course the steak is amazing. Ppl friendly, and the atmosphere reminds me of what life used to or what life should be lol. Idk i guess iam getting to deep for just a review lol. My opinion try house of Rudy's you wont be disappointed.“

“Everyone was so incredibly friendly here! Their gluten free bread is good and they're really careful about cross contamination. I saw them switch their gloves, get new/clean utensils, put down fresh paper on the cutting board. I'd highly recommend Jersey Mike's in general, this location is the best!“

“Im convinced this is the best jimmy johns in pittsburgh-great location in Homestead square, its clean, and offers great service. They get through the line quickly and my food always comes out well.

The jalapeno ranch chicken wrap is delicious, and I hope it stays on the menu.“

“I am somewhat new to the area and have been in this location twice. Yes it is more expensive than Subway but there is no comparison. I think if you are willing to spend the extra dollars you’ll be happy here. I know what $10 buys me at Subway. And they’ve been going downhill for years. I’d rather spend the extra money at Primo’s or just do without! The quality is much higher and ingredients seem a lot fresher. IMO. I don’t think you could go wrong with anything on menu. I usually skip the cheese but not here. Anything with turkey is lower in calories so I’ve only had that so far. A lot of women could probably get two meals out of the primo size sandwich if you get a small side. Their potato salad is different but very good. They were out of rice pudding today so they substituted dirty pudding. While I don’t need the extra sugar, it is very good! Store seems very clean as well. The saying ‘You get what you pay for’ applies here!“

“We go usually on weekends and must have their wings. Almost tried with all the sauces the offer.
One of best part is, they offer 9-11pm happy hours which none of the restaurants/bars offer because that’s the pick customer time.
Their cocktails are also amazing.
Staff is very courteous and food service is quick depending on the customer rush.
Overall its my go to place and you must try as well.“

“Lunch rush mishap.
There was a decent amount of patrons when I entered. The crew was noticably busy with online orders and a large line at the counter.
They took my order and asked my name. Guy said someone with same name was ahead of me, so he added "v2" to the end of my name on the ticket.
Well.... I waited.... and waited until I realized people who ordered after me, got their food before me.
Told them I'm still waiting.... They must have given the order away to someone else or couldn't read the ticket properly.

But they corrected the issue in a timely manner.“

She has given me an exact same experience a few months ago when I told her that I had ordered a sandwich from the McKnight Road location and had a really horrible experience. “I stopped going to Subway a few years ago because of quality was terrible. A couple of years ago I moved and was very close to this location in Westview plaza. I don't know if it is just this location or all subways have stepped up their game but I have never gotten a bad meal at this place!
Everything is fresh and it fills me up. The best part is I order through the app and they always have at least buy one get a second for 50% off and run a buy one get one free promotion very frequently. Currently they are doing the buy one get one free promotion and I have gone there three times in the last 5 days. All three times the food was delicious and did not take long to get. I highly recommend this place.“

“Good subs...hot and cold. The staff is accommodating to special requests, like using a different cheese on a sandwich or adding lettuce and tomato to normally naked sandwiches. It's worth looking in your mail or inside local magazines for discount coupons that reduce the price by several dollars or by a percentage of the total bill. These Subs are not cheap but they're also a higher quality than what is available at some places.“

“Shop just opened, I frequent the franchise... my experience today was great and worth taking the time to recognize the efforts of the manager. He recommended his favorite that I never tried and then he continued to step on the line and make it himself for me; I was blown away with the result. Might be my favorite cold sub ever. “This is the best subway I have ever been to! Everything is so fresh and extremely clean. The owners are always so nice and welcoming. I have come twice with my 2.5 year and 8 month old and they are always so sweet to the kids and the woman has given my older one a free cookie twice which she really appreciates. I saw other customers come in and the owner remembered everyone’s order if they had been in before which I find super impressive. I highly recommend coming to this subway! I’ll be back!“

“We haven't been to this location in years. Came in this Sunday and it was busy. (A large group of 6 or 7 adults plus kids before us, and another one after us.) Only one person working. I think his nametag said "Twig" which was unusual, but the food prep area was clean, he was quick and professional and I even saw him change his gloves. When the sub he was making for me got a bit wet he took the time to wrap it again in a new paper which I appreciated. (We were taking the subs hiking.) Totally solid experience from a rockstar and I hope management of the store appreciates what a great employee they've got. We were having a rough day so having a good experience for lunch turned it around. We'll be back.“

Another table close by also complained of wait time. we were given the excuse that a large party came in ( not true) and large number of take outs (?).
