The service is phenomenal, the young man working has such a sunny disposition, very accommodating to what I wanted to order, very friendly and professional

The food they serve is very fresh, I will definitely revisit this location again. It will be my first choice instead of the one in my town. I do not think they care at all in Glassport

Parking: Parking lot is right off the Main Street. No issues getting in or out“

“My family's favorite sub shop. 45 minute drive but always worth it. Tried at least a dozen different items now and all were the best. If you have never been there - you really do not know what you are missing - it has no equal. The bread and meats and prep are all unique - a really great place !!“

“This is hands down the best fish and chip spot in Pittsburgh. The fish, shrimp and fries were excellent. Perfectly crispy on the outside and the inside just melts in your mouth. The house made donuts are also to die for. Highly recommend checking them out and the owner is super nice too!“

“By far well worth the price which wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be. I’m not sure what the waitress name was but man was she awesome. She was so attentive and super kind. “We go usually on weekends and must have their wings. Almost tried with all the sauces the offer.
One of best part is, they offer 9-11pm happy hours which none of the restaurants/bars offer because that’s the pick customer time.
Their cocktails are also amazing.
Staff is very courteous and food service is quick depending on the customer rush.

The staff do a phenomenal job here and make this place the best one out of all the ones I've been to. It's always clean, the food is really good, and service is top notch. “On the evening of Jan 7, 2025 we were hungry travelers coming through Pittsburg on our way home. We headed to chipotle when we saw this little sub station. So happy we stopped here instead! The food was DELICIOUS and the service just as great. The young men greeted us enthusiastically and took good care to make us super tasty subs! The place is clean and fun. We 💯 recommend! The bread is unique but amazing.. soft and chewy on this inside and crispy on the outside- holds all the goodies inside. We could taste every single ingredient - not just a bread sandwich. “I am somewhat new to the area and have been in this location twice. Yes it is more expensive than Subway but there is no comparison. I think if you are willing to spend the extra dollars you’ll be happy here. I know what $10 buys me at Subway. And they’ve been going downhill for years. I’d rather spend the extra money at Primo’s or just do without! The quality is much higher and ingredients seem a lot fresher. IMO. I don’t think you could go wrong with anything on menu. I usually skip the cheese but not here. Anything with turkey is lower in calories so I’ve only had that so far. A lot of women could probably get two meals out of the primo size sandwich if you get a small side. Their potato salad is different but very good. They were out of rice pudding today so they substituted dirty pudding. While I don’t need the extra sugar, it is very good! Store seems very clean as well. The saying ‘You get what you pay for’ applies here!“

What the site DIDN'T say was that it was for pick up orders only... My phone wouldn't complete the order for some reason. Even though the owner for some reason had this poor girl working by HERSELF AT NIGHT IN OAKLAND at the only open Subway and she was SUPER busy, she took a second to take my order and made sure I was taken care of and did it with a great and positive attitude. I felt so bad that they had her there by herself... She was excellent and courteous. And the food was good as well. I'm appreciative of her.“

“I come to this location MULTIPLE times a week. Sometimes it is my only escape from the stress of the day and it is the HIGHLIGHT
of my day. This team is always HUSTLING. Sometimes the universe isn’t working in their favor (A/C issues, RUDE customers, etc.) Despite these challenges, the staff is always friendly, personable and working hard. In a college town where the shop is always busy, you don’t always get that. People are LUCKY this shop is the way it is and should be less rude (hint: being kind costs $0 and no one appreciates you acting entitled customers) More businesses need to not sweat the small stuff and keep vibing along running business as usual. “Visited this location for the first time at lunch today. There were probably 4 people in front of me and one behind me. Plus, one person came in to pick up 2 delivery orders. The ladies waiting on us crushed it. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. The person directly in front of me ordered 3 sandwiches with all double meat. Also, their hair and makeup were flawless. Masks worn properly, changed gloves between orders. This will probably be my go-to location from now on.“
