“My sister and I aren’t from PA and came over for concert, we stopped here for lunch and it was amazing! The lady and guy running the shop (Who I’m assuming are the owners) were so friendly. We waited probably 10 minutes for our food, they were getting a few orders made as we came in and it was worth every minute of a wait. “The people working at Jersey Mike's on Saturday evening, July 18 2020 went above and beyond for us. I placed an online order and on our way to get the order the vehicle we were driving in broke down. I called and explained the situation because I knew we wouldn't get there before close. The person I spoke with was so kind and assured me I could still get my order. Unfortunately, we weren't able to get there at all and when I called to explain and offer my order to the closing team, the person who answered was again so kind and offered to refund my order even though I had no intention of asking for that. It was just a nice gesture and the care they showed for our situation was amazing. I will make sure to order from them more often! Thanks guys!“

“This JJ wasn’t terrible. The counter person was slightly condescending. She didn’t understand that I eat a Jimmy John’s multiple times a week because she felt the need to tell me what comes on the same sandwich that I ordered every time.
My instructions were not followed, and my sandwich did not meet my expectations. Even though they did not meet my expectations, I will go and give them another chance.
You know how distracting it is when you’re on your phone and there are no other customers, and instead of cleaning, maintaining your Restaurant following the one and only order you’ve probably gotten in one hour. You dropped the ball.

“I had a great experience during my first visit to Firehouse Subs. I was going to work, and stopped by here to get the sandwich. The food was excellent, fresh, and full of flavour. I ordered the Hook & Ladder sandwich, and I would highly recommend trying it — it was delicious and made perfectly.

I would also like to shoutout to the girl working there who helped me choose and customize the best sandwich. She was very kind and happily added extra toppings to make it exactly how I wanted. She provided amazing customer service and made my visit even better.
