“This is def my fave local subway location. I’m not sure what her name is and I’ll def make sure to get it next time but whoever was your closing employee 4/8/24 has once again done an amazing job. She makes sure the orders are what the customer is looking for exactly and really goes out of her way to do so. She’s such an asset to your team!! She has given me an exact same experience a few months ago when I told her that I had ordered a sandwich from the McKnight Road location and had a really horrible experience. She went out of her way to make sure my sandwich was exactly what I was looking for. And did so again tonight, even though I came in really close to closing. I really appreciate her and I hope she gets the recognition that she deserves.“

“My family's favorite sub shop. 45 minute drive but always worth it. Tried at least a dozen different items now and all were the best. If you have never been there - you really do not know what you are missing - it has no equal. The bread and meats and prep are all unique - a really great place !!“

I was skeptical about the hummus being on the sandwich and originally asked for it to be made without but i’m honestly glad that they ended up putting it on there because it took it to a whole new level! The half of hogie sized it basically the size of a whole hogie at most other steak houses. The bread, onions, and of course the steak is amazing. “Always love Bob's. I've never been to the other locations, but the Tarentum location has never been a disappointment. Staff is always friendly & helpful. I always get the chicken salad (not Bob's way). In fact, this is one of my favorite chicken salads! I do not like celery, or anything else that crunches when you bite it, so I love that the 'crunchies' are chopped tiny, so they don't really crunch when I eat it. My husband has tried several (all Bob's way), and all have been good.“

“W were a harmar location yesterday. We purchased a large pizza and the tray the server put the pizza on was filthy. It even had sauce smeared on it. The pizza was not cooked enough. The server was there but very unfriendly. I asked to be rated in the non bar area because I'm on crutches at this time. We were seat right beside the bar.“

“Lunch rush mishap.
There was a decent amount of patrons when I entered. The crew was noticably busy with online orders and a large line at the counter.
They took my order and asked my name. Guy said someone with same name was ahead of me, so he added "v2" to the end of my name on the ticket.
Well.... I waited.... and waited until I realized people who ordered after me, got their food before me.
Told them I'm still waiting.... They must have given the order away to someone else or couldn't read the ticket properly.

But they corrected the issue in a timely manner.“

“We haven't been to this location in years. Came in this Sunday and it was busy. (A large group of 6 or 7 adults plus kids before us, and another one after us.) Only one person working. I think his nametag said "Twig" which was unusual, but the food prep area was clean, he was quick and professional and I even saw him change his gloves. When the sub he was making for me got a bit wet he took the time to wrap it again in a new paper which I appreciated. (We were taking the subs hiking.) Totally solid experience from a rockstar and I hope management of the store appreciates what a great employee they've got. We were having a rough day so having a good experience for lunch turned it around. We'll be back.“

Honestly, this place is as high on my list of "to do"s as is visiting old friends when we're in town. Never a let down, and the best cheesesteak I've had outside of Philadelphia, bar none. “My fiance and I went to Asian Kitchen next door. We saw that they still offered Dine In according to Google Maps, so we were expecting to drive out, get our food, and eat it there. Unfortunately, they have their dine in closed, so I asked the Subway next door if we could eat there. The two very kind girls behind the sandwich line were understanding and happily allowed us to dine in there with our food from the Asian place next door. I got drinks and dessert from Subway bc I felt bad about eating there without buying anything. The fountain drinks are very large at a very low price, and the cookies are nice and fresh.

Vegetarian options: You can get sandwiches without meat if you like, but the menu is definitely geared towards getting sandwiches that use meat as the foundation of the recipe.

Kid-friendliness: Tables are small, it would be awkward to make enough space for a child seat at the end.

“Right next to Walgreens as u come off the Homestead High Level Bridge. Service was Excellent. Nice young guy waited on me and he was super friendly and knew his job. I was a manager at a Subway years ago and I would have hired 20 of him! Hey Management: He'sDefinitely out to win new customers and I Definitely will be making that my new Subway! And my home actually has a Subway/Board game night when we spend time away from cellular/internet and have good old fashioned fun. Try it ppl... it became a life changing experience in our home.
