“The three of us went for a late lunch and even though we had to wait about 20-25 minutes to get a seat, the staff for the most part were really friendly. One of the waitresses has been there for a long time and is always super friendly to my mom and I. Food came out fairly quickly and tasted wonderful“

“Went to hersheyfarm for the buffet today because they are to be open but unfortunately they were not. Nice gentleman told us they will not open if the theater behind them doesn't have shows going on. Definitely should be advertised somewhere for people who drive a distance to go there! “This is our very favorite restaurant, however due to a very large crowd this evening, we had to sit at the bar. It was nice at first. But our waitress/bartender was a bit rude to us and didn't even check on how our meals came out, offer more beverages, refills and did not offer dessert. We usually tip very well but didn't this time. The crowd had really dispersed by the time we had our meals so there was really no excuse for the bad service. We will continue to go back of course becasue we love it there but hoping for a better experience.“

“So my husband and I love trying new places! We are not from Lancaster but from the Reading area. We sat at the bar on Saturday and met Boots.. Yes. Our bartenders name was Boots. He was nothing short of amazing!!!!! He was fun, funny, knowledgable and perfect!! Our food (Korean kabobs and pretzel) were sooo delicious!!! Drinks fantastic!!! If you have a chance to chill with Boots I highly suggest you do it!!! Thank you Boots for a fantastic afternoon. Just wish we got to see Kat and give her that message (lol)“

“I have been wanting to bring my family to dinner here for quite some time, and finally we made it over last night. The 40-minute drive was so well worth it, we were not at all disappointed! The food was exceptional, great prices and quality, presentation. and the nostalgic atmosphere really brought it all together. All of the food my family ordered was perfectly cooked and the portions are spot on. From the steak to the burger, to my liver and onions! I also have to add that if you like wings, well you MUST get them. I travel all around the country and all around the globe for my Equestrian Business, Sensory Soundness, and let me tell you, your senses will be overjoyed! The wings here are at the top tier level! I got the Old Bay dry rub, and I highly recommend! The staff are all great, work as a team, and our server Becca was just wonderful. Great Job by all, we will be back!!“

Our server, Cierra, was incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful. We ordered the soup of the day (potato and corn chowder), and vegetable scampi over linguini, and both were wonderful (so flavorful and featured fresh ingredients). Presentation reflected care and attention to detail. Desserts (pecon bourbon pie and strawberry cake) were superb, and the cosmopolitan was perfect! I wish I was staying in the area an additional day because I would return for dinner tonight. Wonderful addition to dining options in the area. Highly recommend.“

“Had seen the billboard and we were in the area so decided to try it. We were both glad we did! My wife got a wrap with potato twists and I got the fried chicken plate. We both couldn't believe how good they were. Great waitress also. The pretzels are a great added bonus. Can't wait to come back and try other items.“

They also have a few food options focusing on pretzels and sausages. The prices are decent given that it's inside an amusement park.“

“This restaurant was GREAT. After the renovation, they upgraded not only the restaurant's interior, but their chef, menu, and workers as well. Everything was amazing. The workers were really friendly and came up multiple times to ask how the food was and to refill our drinks. Furthermore, the food was absolutely delicious. In particular, the firecracker shrimp was so yummy---the best shrimp I've ever had. Definitely, I'm gonna revisit it soon.“

“While I like most of Stoltzfus’s items, I’ve been disappointed in their chicken salad. It used to be a staple in our home but seems like they’ve changed the recipe. It’s now so runny with mayo (or whatever they use) that it plops right off our sandwiches. They’ve also seem to cut back on the celery which added a nice contrasting crunch. Please bring back the old recipe.“

The place is quaint and very friendly. The food food, especially the pretzels, are amazing, soft and fresh.

They are also responsible for the goats that you can feed just down their parking lot behind the building.

Parking: You can easily park at the Kitchen Kettle Village parking lot next door.“

We waited over a half an hour for our food to find after I ask for them to check on our food that they burnt my wife’s steak and made her another one my meal when brought out must of been reheated twice and burnt!!!! So disgusting! Why would a manager send food out looking that bad???? We will have to find another steak house that cares about their customers“

“I held a private luncheon on a Saturday afternoon for 30 people. Mick responded promptly when I made an online inquiry. The room and food were prepared to perfection. The service was excellent, the room and tables were clean, and the food was delicious. It was nice to have the outdoor area for the little kids to get a break and play. We had reserved the room for two hours, and some guests were slow to leave. The staff was patient and did not rush us out the door. I highly recommend Mick’s in Willow Street.“
