The food arrived, and it was EXACTLY like it's pictured on all the sites! The portions were perfect at an extremely reasonable price (better quality and taste than fast food joints, but easier on my wallet)!! We all agree here, we are DEFINITELY going to be visiting/ordering again with family and friends outside of work. The whole office votes 5 Stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”

“A nice little place that has been in the downtown for close to 20 years. You enter through the bar that is roomy while also having hightop tables. When entering main dining, the first thing we noticed was the piano player, which is a super-cool touch! He played some fun songs, including some of his own, cracked jokes, and also interacted with the crowd while not being intrusive at all. My wife and I each got a martini (Dirty Gin for her and Honey Nut Cheerio for me) and both were delicious. As an appetizer, we got Eggplant Melanzane, which was light, had great flavor, and a delicious vodka sauce. My better half had a Caesar salad with probably the best Caesar dressing we have ever had. I went with the gorgonzola salad that had a nice, tart raspberry vinaigrette. For our entrees, she had the chicken special, which featured thin chicken breast and portobello mushrooms in a port wine sauce, topped with gorgonzola. It was very earthy and deep, a worthy special. I had the Pollo Sambuca, which is the same thin chicken breast with shrimp and mushrooms in a creamy sambuca sauce. It was very flavorful and slightly sweet. The anise is there, but not distracting. This was a solid meal! Our server, Thellenza, was attentive and informative. She made sure we understood all of the specials and took care of anything we asked. The rest of the staff is also helpful, too, and we were never in need of anything for long at all. The adult beverages that we enjoyed were definitely tasty, we just wish they had more of a wine and beer selection. Food: 9 Service: 10 Atmosphere: 10 Adult Drink Selection: 8 Overall: 9.25”

“We happened upon this restaurant while we were visiting Scranton for the Italian Festival. We walked in on Sunday afternoon and the bar was open and they allowed us to have a drink and cool off. After speaking with Jennifer about a reservation for later in the evening she put us in touch Benny, the owner. He said they could accommodate our party of eight for a 6pm reservation. Angelica was our primary server but others, including Benny jumped in a gave us a great experience! All of us walked away with one of the best restaurant experiences we ever had. And the crazy thing is with the festival going on right outside their doors and being crazy busy they did an exceptional job making sure we always had a beverage and communicating with us! Was our final night in Scranton and it was by far the best night! Thank you all and definitely recommend this place to anyone!”

“You will not find better Chinese food and service in the area. For a while, I enjoyed the buffet. This place was the hookup during college/covid. I can’t tell you how many nights this place has fed me. The price is reasonable, there are so many things to buy outside of the food, and the take out is actually amazing. I recommend the mango shrimp with lo mien instead of white rice. Best Chinese dish I have had. I am welcomed like family and will never forget this place. Whether you are in college, local, or passing by, give qqs buffet a try. They also deliver!

Carmen's has a great menu, excellent appetizers and salads, plus amazing entree dishes including beef, seafood and veal. However, the best part by far of our visit was the waitress Rena. I never met a more friendly, but not over the top waitress. “First time here as we’re in the search for a new place. The food was really good. Wonton soup was excellent my only complaint is that the wontons were a lil mushy from sitting in the broth to long but otherwise is was flavorful and the wontons tasted good.Also ordered a Shrimp Tempura which was good and very generous for the price.Dumplings and egg rolls were very good and both the pepper steak and pork with snow peas were very generous on the meats.House fried rice was also very good!We will be back”

“Lynn Sandy’s Bakery absolutely blew me away this Easter weekend! The entire team had everything running like a well-oiled machine—even during one of their busiest times of the year. The owner and employees were kind, efficient, and clearly take so much pride in what they do. I ordered a Lemon Lush cake for my mom’s birthday, and it was nothing short of exceptional. I also grabbed some macaroons while I was there, and wow… amazing! Thank you all for always going above and beyond. Your hard work and care never go unnoticed!”

“I hosted my 20th class reunion there this past Saturday and the space was perfect! They provided large round tables and chairs as well as long ones. The area was clean upon arrival and accommodated whatever we asked for. We had ~70 guests with more than enough standing room. We also had a live DJ and a photographer. I brought in cocktail table which helped bring out my vision more as I wanted limited sitting to ensure people socialized. Bartenders were super friendly and provided great customer service to my guests. 20/10 would I recommend and definitely an awesome place to host a party!”

“Came twice over the last two weeks. The first time I came I ordered the drunken noodles and the vegetable spring rolls. I also shared a salad with my friend. I can't remember the name of the salad but it has some fruit in it . Everything was delicious. I came back again because I wanted to try the curry I ordered the green curry and my SO had the ma suman curry level 3 spicy. Both were excellent! Intend to make this a regular spot. The chef definitely takes pride in their work.”

“The food took over 2 hours to come out. The waitress seemed clueless. Not very attentive or showed any concern. The best part was they brought out 2 meals for our table and then came back and said they delivered it to the wrong table! One of the two Mac and cheese bowls was being eaten at that time. They took the "untouched" mac and cheese back to the kitchen. Waitress came back out within 2 minutes and served it to the correct table 🤯 Also there was a hair in my French fries. The ambiance is cool. I don't think the food was out of this world. I would never go here again, sadly.”

We had to wait quite some time to place an order to the point we had to ask the waitress if we can order. We had the veggie pizza, a traditional square with sweet sauce & bacon & we also ordered a pound of the sweet fire chicken bites. The pizza was amazing, soft dough, sweet sauce with the salty smoked bacon was a real winner. The bbq sauce had a bit of a bite to it. Tasty for sure! This was a top pizza for our group, highly recommend to all! Now You Know! -TBH”
