“I was in on June 9th, 2022 and was waited on by a lovely woman named Carissa. I was unsure on what to order and she gave great recommendations on what sandwich to order. She suggested the chicken and bacon ranch, which was amazing. I never buy chips or a drink either but she was able to sell me on those too. If she’s not manager yet she needs to be. Stellar service!“

“Today was my first time trying Firehouse and it was awesome. I called in the order for our family, 1 NY STEAMER, 1Beef & Cheddar, 1 Mac & Cheese, then my Veggie sub.

The girl who took my order deserves 5 stars! I had to call back because I forgot to tell them I didn't want mine toasted, had special requests on the veggies. It was no problem.

My husband picked up our order, and was back in no time. Everything was perfect. My sandwich was everything I wanted. I'm home recovering from recent hernia surgery, eating hasn't been good in past days, wanted something satisfying. This was the ticket.

Definitely on my list of favorites now, wish I knew the girl's name who made my day better. I would give her a special shout out!

“10/7/23: Two Delicious tuna footlong subs served up with fast n friendly service around 11 am today! Had them at home with some home baked French fries. Yum! We'll be back!8/26/23 11:31am: Two Delicious footlong tuna subs on white with fresh veggies for me and mom. Fast friendly service from two ladies. Take-out order. $13.90 with tax n coupon. Glad there is a sign that says what subs can be purchased with coupons. The tv was a bit loud, noticed it as soon as I walked in, but was getting takeout, so didn't affect me. I'll be back!“

“My family's favorite sub shop. 45 minute drive but always worth it. Tried at least a dozen different items now and all were the best. If you have never been there - you really do not know what you are missing - it has no equal. The bread and meats and prep are all unique - a really great place !!“

“Last month we tried GLADS Deli for the first time. We were definitely GLAD we stopped in for the pickle sandwiches! The meat and cheese were fresh and delicious. If you love pickles, don’t want the bread or want to try something different please try the pickle sandwich, but definitely at GLADS! The staff was excellent and happy to make a pickle sandwich they haven’t made so far! The owner was very friendly and made sure we were happy with our order. I had to take a bite before I left the deli!“

“We love peppis! One of the best subs in the city for a great cost (even during an environment where everything has increased), theirs is minimally noticeable. Staff is great and always make you feel welcome with a joke or a laugh! Food is fresh, they use Mancinis rolls (iykyk). Tons of options, but my favorite will always be the cheesesteak! They have burgers, fries, etc! Indoor seating, fountain drinks, and bottled drinks available! Highly recommend!“

“This is hands down the best fish and chip spot in Pittsburgh. The fish, shrimp and fries were excellent. Perfectly crispy on the outside and the inside just melts in your mouth. The house made donuts are also to die for. Highly recommend checking them out and the owner is super nice too!“

“Excellent lunch spot in walking distance - I tried the veggie wrap and was very pleased. The ingredients tasted fresh and the size of the wrap was good for the price. I ordered ahead, and my order was just getting finished as I walked in the door. I'll be back to try some other options such as the baked goods.“

I was skeptical about the hummus being on the sandwich and originally asked for it to be made without but i’m honestly glad that they ended up putting it on there because it took it to a whole new level! “Gosh. All this time the best pepper steak hogie was around the corner from me. Lol. Drive by this establishment all the time and never paid attention to what was there. Goggle "steak hogie near me" and this place popped up. I said " i got nothing to lose" and i was right. I dint loose anything instead i gained some happiness. Great prices. The half of hogie sized it basically the size of a whole hogie at most other steak houses. The bread, onions, and of course the steak is amazing. Ppl friendly, and the atmosphere reminds me of what life used to or what life should be lol. Idk i guess iam getting to deep for just a review lol. “A fun setup! Our first time at this location. We were seated upstairs. Was definitely a little snug for our party, but food was amazing as always with Primanti. My only complaint was that we may have been overlooked a little, not being on the main floor. Drinks took a bit to get refilled. Other than that, a nice experience. Would return!“

“It a small public area which is not a bad or good thing since just opinion. But facts are good coffees in front of you really nice staff and always feels welcoming. Obviously tastes good. Not subtracting stars do to location. I glad it in the food court area. Easy access.“

“I've been to many, many different Jersey Mike's around the entire country - even the original one in Point Pleasant. The staff do a phenomenal job here and make this place the best one out of all the ones I've been to. It's always clean, the food is really good, and service is top notch. “The workers are absolutely amazing, they wernt above and beyond to be kind and welcoming. The restaurant is absolutely freezing. I had to keep my coat and hat on and still felt so cold I ate quickly so my kid and I could leave.

The bathrooms are even colder, it's as though the heat isn't working at all or somebody higher up is being cheap and not turning it on.

People shouldn't have to work in conditions like this, they deserve better.“

“This was my second time having Primo’s. My first time was at the location in the strip district. I received the same great customer service here as I did there. food tasted good and fresh. My only complaint is that the sesame bread was burnt on our sandwiches.“

“On the evening of Jan 7, 2025 we were hungry travelers coming through Pittsburg on our way home. We headed to chipotle when we saw this little sub station. So happy we stopped here instead! “Good subs...hot and cold. The staff is accommodating to special requests, like using a different cheese on a sandwich or adding lettuce and tomato to normally naked sandwiches. It's worth looking in your mail or inside local magazines for discount coupons that reduce the price by several dollars or by a percentage of the total bill. These Subs are not cheap but they're also a higher quality than what is available at some places.“

“I'm giving this a 5, because of the excellent way the young lady handled the situation. It was later at night and every other Subway was closed. This location said open. What the site DIDN'T say was that it was for pick up orders only... My phone wouldn't complete the order for some reason. Even though the owner for some reason had this poor girl working by HERSELF AT NIGHT IN OAKLAND at the only open Subway and she was SUPER busy, she took a second to take my order and made sure I was taken care of and did it with a great and positive attitude. I felt so bad that they had her there by herself... She was excellent and courteous. And the food was good as well. I'm appreciative of her.“

Parking: The parking lot is in a plaza so there is plenty of parking.“

The service is phenomenal, the young man working has such a sunny disposition, very accommodating to what I wanted to order, very friendly and professional

The food they serve is very fresh, I will definitely revisit this location again. It will be my first choice instead of the one in my town. I do not think they care at all in Glassport

“Visited this location for the first time at lunch today. There were probably 4 people in front of me and one behind me. Plus, one person came in to pick up 2 delivery orders. The ladies waiting on us crushed it. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. The person directly in front of me ordered 3 sandwiches with all double meat. Also, their hair and makeup were flawless. Masks worn properly, changed gloves between orders. This will probably be my go-to location from now on.“

“Half dozen people behind the counter and had to wait awhile to order and that process wasn't good either. Food was pretty good but they left off the sauce then tore my wrap apart to try and add it. Ended up with it on my hands instead. Expensive too at over $16 for a wrap, chips, and a fountain drink. I'll still come back though, cautiously.“
