“The Love. was simply incredible! We came here with our 6 year old son. Our waiter was fabulous and very accommodating to our 6 year old which you don’t always find in Rittenhouse. The atmosphere was light and airy and the food was great! Make sure to try their Dubai Chocolate Sundae and if you’re going with children they do have special kids cups and will accommodate the menu for them.“

Top three best restaurant experiences I’ve had in life. This restaurant has all the elements to achieve a standard-bearer of the best restaurant in the city and, potentially, qualify for the national league standing. The service is at the elite private club level; ambience is rightly detailed; music level and style meets you at the right notes.

One dish specifically, Black Pearl Mushrooms, moved and touched me where I could not bring myself to drink a glass of water because I didn’t want the flavor to disappear from my taste buds.

Focaccia bread set you on the right to have a great meal.

The meal finished with the peanut butter dessert. The chocolate is very well done. It is strong enough to hold its form yet it is delicate enough to melt in your mouth in such a way that coats the light peanut butter mousse creating an amplifying effect.

Biggest tip: get the tasting menu - yes, it is worth and yes, you will regraded if you dont go for it.“

“Riley K was the best server we’ve had at a restaurant in a while, we basically let him order for us and he hit it out of the park. It would be wise to request him if you can. His knowledge and passion for the food is exceptional. He certainly made the experience one to remember. The Dorade was amazing, the skirt steak also incredible. The brown sugar ice cream is 10/10. Not a single thing hit our table that we weren’t 100% impressed with. The after dinner drink he suggested was perfect. Monte negro or something I can’t remember but it’s wonderful. He will take care of you.“

“Great Sports Bar! Plenty of TVs in their main bar area and both dinning rooms. I would absolutely recommend you get the burger. It was packed full of greens, with the lettuce sauteed onions and grilled eggplant, but balanced it nicely with a big meaty patty and delicious house sauce. The fries were also exceptional, potentially double fried and thick cut, these steak fries were crispy and the perfect compliment to the burger. Staff was friendly and attentive and the neighborhood was cute!“

“Gran Caffe L’Aquila has a beautiful atmosphere and some genuinely excellent products. The latte was expertly made with gorgeous latte art, and both the coffee and gelato were absolutely delicious. You can tell they take pride in the quality of what they serve.
Unfortunately, the service did not match the quality of the food and drinks. Most of the staff came across as dismissive and unfriendly, which took away from what could have been a wonderful experience.
The only one exception to this was Luca, who was welcoming, professional, genuinely kind, and knowledgeable. He made us feel appreciated as guests and stood out in the best way possible.
At the end of the day, hospitality is about making people feel welcome.
The rest of the team could certainly take note. If the level of service matched the quality of the coffee and gelato, this would easily be a five-star experience.“

“Our first experience at a James Beard award winning restaurant (2017) and chef was incredible at Vernick Fish in Philadelphia to celebrate Trent’s graduation! I know now what this caliber of food and service means and all other restaurants pale in comparison to Vernick Fish and Greg Vernick(semi-finalist chef 2025). From the appetizers (dozen oysters from RI, MA, ME, PEI) to the drinks and main course were all uniquely exquisite and cannot be replicated anywhere else. The constant doting with new silverware at each course and cleaning of the table was undeniably royalty treatment. “This was my first time trying the famous Circles and Squares and wowza it was amazing! We ordered one square and two circles. The circles were great, but the square… holy crap! Amazing! Which made us deeply reflect about the naming of this shop. Discussion followed and agreement came that the shop should be called Squares and Circles showing that the squares are a lot better! We also thought about how circles are cut into triangles and would love for that shape to be considered in the naming of the shop.“

We decided on the menu and then we were guests at our own dinner. It is full service. The ambience was good and our guests enjoyed both the food and their awesome selection of cocktails.
