“This place is EXACTLY what we hope look for when we’re on vacation: A casual, non-pretentious place with food that is absolutely delicious! I enjoyed the charcuterie Panino and my wife had a Porchetta panino. Both were literally the best paninis we’ve had in North America and much of Italy. They both featured a special “relish” (for lack of a better word) that was a mix of lettuce, peppers pearl onions and exquisite seasoning. I wish I could have that on every sandwich I eat - forever! The mixtures is both exceptionally tasty and a bit spicy. When I took my first bite it was like a party in my mouth! I knew almost immediately that it was one of the best sandwiches that I’d ever had. Then my wife gave me a bite of her porchetta panino and THAT was even better. The seasoning on that pork just exploded my taste buds… and I’m not even a big fan of pork. One of the keys to the greatness of these sandwiches is the amazing bread. It has a perfect combination of a delicious, delicate center with a perfect, gourmet-crunchy crust. Not too hard or thick, but just right for marrying with the perfection of the ingredients.
Not to be outdone were the staff! They were all every bit as wonderful as the food, and so welcoming and helpful. My wife and I truly can’t recommend the Parma Café enough. They served us a meal that we kept reflecting on with great fondness the rest of our trip. In fact, there is a very famous deli in Montreal called Schwartz’s which is known around the world for its amazing sandwiches. We ate there the day before and it was, indeed, good , but if I had to choose between the two, I’d eat at Parma Café hands down every time. Enjoy.“

“CONVIVIAL et DÉCADENT voici les 2 qualificatifs qui me viennent à l'esprit. Nous sommes de Québec et étions seulement de passage, en sortant du dépanneur à côté, je me suis laissée tenter par le sandwich Pinocchio. Petite place très propre, des gens accueillants et souriants. Ils nous ont même donné 2 chocolatines en bonus! Quel beau hasard, délicieux! Merci 😊“

“je suis allé chercher un lunch pour mon fils et moi et je n'ai pas mentionné qu'un des sandwichs était pour un enfant... comble de malheur le sandwich était un peu trop piquant pour fiston, j'avise donc la commis au comptoir qui se fut un grand plaisir de m'offrir autre chose pour compenser, :) fiston était bien content et moi aussi, les sandwichs étaient A1 et la salade de patates aussi, allez leur dire bonjour , c'est bien d'encourager local, merci encore Capitaine Sandwich!!!“
“We were at the Brossard location. 9am Saturday, no waiting line. Nice, dynamic ambiance. Tables distribution excellent, not to close each other, places for solo, couples and groups. The attendants were very polite and well informed. Prices are competitive. They are different, with their own style. Not mass coffee serving, good quality of ingredients. Presentation of plates need improvement. I'll go back.“

“Beautiful presentation, fresh ingredients, lots of flavors in the same bowl, good portion, I really liked it! A little expensive nonetheless, but I was not disappointed! I will definitely go back there!

“Excellent little affordable sandwich shop in the city center, which is rare. I've been going there for a long time and the chicken sandwich is always good. The service is friendly and smiling. They are truly people who take their work to heart.“
