“Gift Horse has been on our list for a while every time we visit Providence, and I am so glad we finally made it in. It was so good.

We came after dinner for some light bites and drinks, but honestly, I wish we had come here for a full dinner instead. The monkfish toast was fantastic, the oysters were incredibly fresh, and the martini was exactly what I wanted. 🍸

Even though we only came in for a few bites, everything made me want to come back and experience the full menu. This is definitely going on my list for our next Providence trip. A great spot for dinner, drinks, or just a few really good things at the bar. 🦪“

“A wonderful place with exceptional friendly service . The puff cakes are a dream . I ordered mine with fresh fruit . We also ordered the scrambled eggs. Light and fluffy it was delicious . The only thing we did relay to the staff ? It is served in a small cast iron pan and I immediately noticed a strong fishy taste in the eggs . Waitress told us they cook the lobster Mac in said pan . This could be a huge problem for the restaurant as some people are allergic to shellfish and could have a bad reaction to the scrambled eggs . We definitely will be back !“

“We ventured into Providence to Providence for a quiet dinner on a Sunday evening. I'm so glad we chose Ten Prime Seafood. The hostess was charming, the waitstaff was professional, and the food was delicious. We started with the Chicken Nuggets & Caviar, crispy and delicious. The Lobster Tortelloni in pink vodka sauce deserves its own fan club. The sauce is rich without being heavy--creamy, bright, and so flavorful! The swordfish entrée was just as impressive. It was beautifully seasoned and grilled to that ideal point where it's still juicy and tender. We finished off the evening with perfect pairing of Creme Brulé and an Affogato. Ten Prime Seafood is a wonderful addition to the Providence restaurant scene!“

“Quite possibly the best meal I’ve ever had, in or outside of a restaurant. I had one of the specials, a Portuguese-style steak, which was cooked perfectly medium-rare. Juicy, smothered in a delectable sauce. The portion was incredible for the price. The service was perfectly paced, the staff were attentive and friendly. I will be coming back, and inviting everyone I can!“

“Went back to celebrate a big event in our lives and... well it's the perfect place for something like that. Professional staff that makes you feel like they care, discrete and speedy service. You really cannot ask for more in a place like this. Our server Sophia was amazing and never left us wanting for anything, supporting staff was quick and effective too. Every dish that came to our table looked and tasted like the main ingredient is love. If you are fortunate enough to go when Mama’s stuffed squash flowers are on the specials menu, you better try them. Isabella our waitress was absolutely amazing. “I absolutely love the food! I always get the large carne asada. Its carne asada, white vegetable rice, salad with piccolo de gallo, carrot and macaroni salad, fried platano and beans. It’s authentic Guatemalan food and I love it.The inside looks a bit janky, but they just opened up. I remember the building itself was a party store than it became a Panda Express and now it’s Xoyita. I usually get take out and eat comfortably at home.“

“This place is extremely clean and they make some really tasty pieces. One of them is a stuffed haddock, which is absolutely delicious. Also stuffies. That are also delicious.!! They also sell raw fish pieces that you can cook on your own. I would definitely recommend anyone visiting this business. You will definitely be glad you did!!“

I've had one of the best steaks I've had in years.....I'm a former chef and as a chef I look for all aspects in a restaurant...My wife recommended Fleming's due to the fact that she went there in Florida...we had the most attentive waitress by the name of Jocelyn. I'll never forget her. plus the rest of the staff will also so attentive. I really appreciate that you rarely find that in restaurants nowadays...I will be back....FIVE STARS IN MY OPINION“

“Gia Ristorante Italiano Hubby & I had an amazing dinner last night at Gia's in Uxbridge! It was a last minute decision to go there, but so glad we did. It was a quiet night, cold outside, but inside they had a beautiful fire roaring, smelled so good. We both had amazing meals, waitress was very helpful, answering all our questions. They even made a few changes to a dish so my husband got exactly what he wanted. We will definitely be going there again soon! Highly recommend them for a nice Italian dinner 😋“

“Classic old fashioned restaurant, clean ,fresh and inviting was a great experience . We had fish & chips french fries where excellent fish was cooked perfectly we had that along with a fish sandwich. Plenty of parking. Good place to stop for lunch or dinner.“

“For a hotel restaurant, we were very impressed. We ate here three times. Twice for the breakfast buffet and once for drinks and lunch.

The breakfast buffet is excellent. Good coffee. They give each table their own pot. The fruit selection was great. They have fresh waffles, eggs, bacon, potatoes, French toast, cereal, breads, granola, Greek yogurt (I wish they had plain) etc.

The star of the show is the omelet station and the woman who works it. She is lovely. I forget her name - it starts with an S. Her omelettes are great and her warmth makes breakfast special. I think she is of African descent. We also had two wonderful servers - KC and I can’t remember the other. But they were excellent. They are attentive and friendly.

During lunch, Isaac was a one man show. He was tending the bar, he seated us, he took our order and brought us our drinks. Unbelievable. My son loved his chicken tenders. My wife had the mussels and I had the peach salad. Everything was great and we were pleasantly surprised.“

“We went on a Sunday at 5p. The restaurant had a few dining parties, but not full. The atmosphere was very nice; a bit upscale, but not formal. It was not loud so you could hear the conversation at the table. The service was friendly and attentive, but not rushed. The food was absolutely delicious. We started with a shared appetizer of Fig and Prosciutto Flatbread which everyone enjoyed. I had the Lobster Ravioli which is what I get when it is available, so I have had this dish in a number of different restaurants. Pat's was the best that I have had. The restaurant has limited hours of operation, so I highly recommend making reservations so that you are sure to be seated. It is well worth it! Abbondanza!“

“I love a good ole road side stand. Weve stopped here twice now. The clam cakes are HUGE. They were crispy crunchy outside with a soft but dense inside and loaded with clams. Even my picky kiddos loved them. Everything they serve is huge,actually. We tried their fish and chips and clam strip platter. Both so big we couldnt close the large takeout boxes they came in. Fries, coleslaw and tartar are all homemade as well! You dont see that anymore. My only small con is its a little greasy but thats what extra napkins are for right?!
