“First time on Daufuskie and we had a good time. Fun little crab restaurant, basic menu, drinks and live music. The only downside is you have to pay $10 to go onto the island. Also food definitely took awhile, we went on a busy Friday. Felt very hot, sticky and crowded. Drinks were good and we met some fun vacationers. Definitely a dive, I liked it“

“Wish I could give 6 stars. Had the coolest bartender ever -Tony, you rock!! The food was delicious! We got the oysters, calamari and shrimp Alfredo the first night and they were all amazing. Tony recommended the charcoal grilled shrimp and gator bites the next night. A-MA-ZING! Thanks for making us feel welcomed and joking around with us Tony. We will be back soon!“

“9/17/25 was our 2nd trip to Benny's and it did not disappoint either time. Our first trip was last fall when you had just opened & the rooftop was not completed yet. Me, my sister & my niece were delighted with our choices...grouper, seafood cannelloni , Brazilian fish stew...WOW!! But what we were most impressed with was our waiter, Ladrae' Foster, a young 20 year old man. He was lots of fun and very knowledgeable about the menu. We asked LOTS of questions about entrees and he always had the most detailed answer. Excellent service, too! We'll definitely be back!“

“We came to crazy crab and was lucky enough to have Susan as our waitress. Susan is the greatest waitress I’ve had at any restaurant ever. She makes sure we get our food in a reasonable time and we don’t stay thirsty. I would give susan a 100/10 on service and I think she needs a raise.“

“Food is great! My husband and I visit every time we are at HHI. Their clams strips are the best we have EVER had. The hush puppies are delicious as well. “Tonight was our 2nd time eating at Crudo and once again everything was amazing. We started with the crispy octopus which was flavorful and tender. It was recommended to us by the server and another couple we ended up talking to seated next to us, and it was truly a fantastic recommendation. My husband had the Wagyu steak which was better than any local steakhouse in the area and I had the Lobster Roll which was sweet, tender, and juicy. The service was impeccable and Crudo offers a quant, quiet atmosphere. If you haven’t been, you are missing out on the best restaurant Bluffton has to offer.“

“NO BONES ABOUT IT, THE RIBS ARE OUTSTANDING -- my husband and I have eaten at Red Fish every time we've visited HHI in the last 15 plus years. To-date, I've always gone seafood: sea bass, grouper, salmon and scallops. Decided to mix it up and go for the rack of ribs (or should it read raaaaaaaack of ribs). It filled a very large oval dish. Despite the size, the ribs were perfectly cooked, moist, tender, fell right off the bone. The sides of slaw and blue cheese potato gratin were great too. Well done Red Fish, well done. PS -- took half the ribs home and ate them for lunch today.“

“We stopped for a mid afternoon snack and beer and were so grateful we did! Azaria was our exceptional waitress, who was pleasant, sweet, answered questions, and gave recommendations. We had oysters and the crab/shrimp dip in the bread. My husband gets oysters whenever we visit a coastal area (we live on the coast in Delaware) and found the oysters from the May River to be the best he has had. The dip was perfect - thick, full of crab and shrimp, and not salty. We visit Bluffton every Spring and we will be back to Bluffton Family Seafood House! Also, we recommended this place to others already!“

Was patient with us and was super sweet and just a good person to talk with. And judge I did. Verdict? Bernie’s makes the best Bloody Marys on Tybee. Period. They use their own homemade mix—bold move, because if you’re a true Bloody Mary fanatic, house mixes can be hit or miss. But this one? Absolute hit. Packed with flavor, perfectly balanced, and worth every sip.

Pair that with a dozen fresh oysters and you’ve got the ultimate Tybee experience. As a longtime Zing Zang loyalist, I don’t say this lightly: Bernie’s, you’ve officially converted me. Hats off to you, Mr. Bernie.“

“This is a beautiful black owned business. I was impressed with the decor, the outside is so inviting. The overall vibe was delightful. However, the service was extremely slow. After sitting for several minutes without being greeted, I flagged the closest server to ask about our server. There was no management on the floor at all. Once our order was taken the service didn't improve. The meal I ordered was ok.. I have the highest hope for this incredible eatery but it is obvious extensive training is needed.“

“We dined at this restaurant last evening arriving around 5:15 and seated right away. Our server, Hart was awesome and our orders were accurate and he went out of his way to accommodate our requests. The atmosphere was nice but started to get really noisy upon our departure. The hush puppies were delicious and our Bloody Mary was exceptional but the rest of our food was mediocre. I will say my scallops were sweet and tender. Everyone else in our party said their dinners were just ok.“

“On this year's winter beach vacation, we decided to skip the fancy reservations in Savannah to drive up the street to take it easy at this recommended spot. We were not disappointed and so happy we took a leap of faith.

Service was good, attentive and friendly. Food was very delicious from each other extra vegetable sides we ordered to start, the simple but perfectly cooked and seasoned chicken breast, to the blackened prime rib with lobster chilli burri butter. Stand out vegetable for both of us was the boiled peanut succotash.

It was so good we came back the last night for takeout. We highly recommended for a great dinner with great local ingredients, executed at a high level without a high level of pretension.“

For dinner, we had the Cajun grouper, blackened red fish, crab cakes, and scallops. Every dish was perfect. For dessert, we tried the strawberry cake-fabulous!
