“This is my favorite local coffee shop! Nick and the all the staff are extremely welcoming and always have a smile on their faces. This is my favorite spot to hold meetings and post up when I need to get out of the house for a working session. Their food, coffee, and tea offerings are top notch!“

“I like this location. It seems their recipes are very consistent and it doesn’t depend on who is working. The teas taste great. I have tried other locations like the one on south blvd and that one always disappoints me. Their tea taste weird and it’s never consistent. Sometimes is too watery and not creamy, sometimes the bobas are too hard or bland etc. this fort mill locations seems to always have the tea taste very consistent and yummy. Definitely recommend this fort mill location.“

“Being that the Starbucks is across the street from Carowinds amusement park I have come many many times over the years. I find this to be a nice reliable Starbucks. I have never seen it too busy which is nice. The staff is friendly and the drinks are accurate and usually come out pretty quickly. On this particular visit, I ordered a iced pumpkin cream chai latte. The order came out quick and was accurate. This is a good Starbucks location. Also there is another location within half a mile that is actually inside Carowinds, but this is a better location since it is cheaper overall.“

“This location allowed our Girl Scout Troop to sell cookies inside the restaurant. They were so gracious to us! We witnessed excellent customer service to many folks. Not all of the Dunkin Donut locations have this quality. I highly recommend their staff!“

“I’ve been a consistent regular at this location for years now and they never miss, Lupe always make my frappes with perfection and Jayda makes a Strawberry Açaí Lemonade to die for and on top of that Jayda and Nicole’s customer service skills make ordering and coming back worth it everytime even for the price. Even on Saturday Evening rushes the staff always finds a way to make your visit worth your time whether it’s with their customer service or their speed in completing your order, strongly recommend going here and will most definitely be continuing my service here.“

“So we love going to this one, if we are in the area just for a quick drive thru. The inside is rather small and I was really dissapointed to find out they aren't a store that sells their seasonal cups. We've had a few instances where they were out of several things. If you are looking for a more open atmosphere I recommend the one in Kingsley Park... They also have cups and I assume they have more product in stock at the location, they are rarely without items.“
