“Went here for the first time today and was super impressed. I wasn't sure what drink I wanted, but the staff were very accommodating! They asked me a list of questions to see what I would like and I ended up going wow. SO amazing! The boba was super soft and fresh. This will be my go-to drink from now on. “I visit Sweet Dough every time I’m in Fort Mill visiting family. This last trip, I had the pleasure of speaking with the guy in the kitchen about their amazing breakfast offerings. I already knew that their doughnuts are fantastic. At his recommendation I tried the biscuits and gravy. Wow, it was superb. Next trip, I will definitely be back. All of the staff are friendly, welcoming, and so helpful. I would 1000% recommend this gem to anyone near the Fort Mill area.“

Despite the timing, I was greeted with a warm smile and served as if it was peak hours.I ordered an Americano, and the barista thoughtfully asked if I wanted to leave some room for milk or cream—something I hadn’t considered but ended up really appreciating. Not only did they quickly prepare my Americano, but they also provided a separate cup of cream, allowing me to add just the right amount myself.This attention to detail, especially so close to closing time, was a delightful surprise that truly enhanced my visit. “This location allowed our Girl Scout Troop to sell cookies inside the restaurant. They were so gracious to us! We witnessed excellent customer service to many folks. Not all of the Dunkin Donut locations have this quality. I highly recommend their staff!“

“Drive up is designed poorly with the pickup window to far from where you can drive up. Everything else has been good here, staff are friendly, service is fast. I love the double smoked bacon, last visit i got a soggy one and i let them know and got one on them this visit and it was perfect. I like companies that except they messed up and make it right.“
