“This is my favorite subway because the people that work there match my level of energy and snark. I think the subway brand is untrustworthy but these people keep me coming back eating my favorite sandwich somehow. I mean a company that goes from making these stuffed fresh amazing sandwiches of my youth now force workers to stand behind metal shields that block me from seeing im spending $17 for two pieces of turkey a slice of cheese and 14 cups of lettuce? I should also mention I've traveled near and far to find a location that accepts coupons and this one does! Sarcasm aside, its clean and you get greeted every time. They miss no one. If you must go to Subway go to this one!“

“Omg. I am putting JJ's on the curb!! First time UBER priority $80 order from Albemarle Rd Charlotte!! Subs were awesome!!! Fresh tasting with good tomatoes (not the case with JJ. Theirs are hard and not ripe!) The roast beef was moist and meaty tasting (not the case at JJ. Theirs is slightly dry!) And the tuna!!!!! Yummy fresh. I will order again for sure.“

“If you've never tried Chicken Salad Chick, your life is about to be changed. All of the chicken salads are gluten-free and amazing. “Yesterday was the best experience because a worker named Jamal, and a worker name Cameron, they were on it. It was just two of them and they was being quick about it. They also gave me good service and made my sandwich with care. I will definitely come back to jersey mikes, yesterday made my day. They was also being an efficient way, I could tell they was busy they had customers, and multiple online or doordash orders by the slicer. One more thing I would like to add is that the slicer, not even the slicer the whole environment is cleaned and well organized. Keep up the good work“

“I had an avocado under which I believe and it looked it really small and got no food is my girlfriend but I promise you it was fulfilling it was delicious The gentleman that made it I believe his name is Anthony he has locs tall brown dark skin... man, he, he put some real good energy into that unwhiche... man I appreciate that... he deserves a dollar raise... if you give him a dollar raise I guarantee you everybody that come order that unwich will come back 10+ times each ....including me!“

“Just left this Jersey Mike's after ordering a gluten free #7. First of all, top notch service. The two guys up front are really nice and very attentive. They cleaned before making my sandwich ( I have celiac). And I gotta say sometimes it's a hit or miss going to Jersey Mike's with the gluten-free bread. It'll sometimes be a little dry and hard, but this time the bread is very fresh and really good. Also want to mention how clean it was in this Jersey Mike's. Great location!“

“I was a little sad when I was told this location couldn't deliver to our office 2.9 miles away, but I also understand this was not decided by the employee on the phone. I picked up our order instead and the staff was extremely friendly, the prices are great, and the sandwiches are freaking delicious and well-made. But please consider broadening your delivery range for this store (or opening up a store closer to Pineville/Westinghouse Rd area).“

“First of all, I have a consistently very good Experience every time I go. Food is good. Service is good. Sometimes understandably slower on the five dollar Monday deal. I just want to offer praise for the associates that work there. Not a giant staff, but they are trained well, offer good service and you can tell they have a system that’s working . They work efficiently and with pride and what they do. So kudos to all of them.“

“One of my favorite Firehouse locations. I usually order through the app and pick it up. It's always ready and accurate since I usually make adjustments to my sub. I highly recommend this location! The staff always says hello and thank you even when I'm just picking up a mobile order.“

“My family and I love having Jersey Mike’s close by in Waxhaw now. The staff is always very friendly and the store is always clean. I do have to say that dependent on who is cutting the the deli meat at the time you order your sandwich, you may have a normal amount of meat or hardly any. I know at some locations they weigh it to make sure it’s the correct amount. I wish they’d do this every time. I just have a hard time justifying paying almost $16 for a Giant Sub with such little meat on it. If they could improve this area then they’d for sure be 5 stars in my opinion! And yes, if I’m there and ordering in person then I make sure there is enough on the sandwich or ask them to weigh it. 😊 Pictured below are 2 of our sandwiches from tonight (my husband went and wasn’t paying attention at the amount of meat being put on the sandwiches). One was a Turkey and the other an Italian.“

Cris was so easy to work with and left out no details. Delivery was on time and the food was SOOO GOOD! We can't to use work with them again!“

I was just surprised that it was actually a ghost kitchen inside of IHOP and the servers seemed a little annoyed they had to help me and maybe even a little confused, but not terribly so. Not only is the food incredible but the staff is always top tier. A little pricey, but everything is pricey in this economy. Potbelly is well worth every penny. Swish is incredibly polite absolutely respectful and one of the funniest and best experiences we've had at Subway. He is never a dull moment no matter how tired he is. Jaymes as well is a great worker for this company as well for the location. “Best Subway around the area. Subs are loaded with toppings. Bread and toppings are very fresh. Fast and friendly service. From what I was told, only 2 employees are currently working here, the manager and 1 night shift.
We order dinner so have only had interaction with the night shift male employee., I can't remember his name, but he deserves a huge raise and a recurring bonus. Give him his own Subway franchise! He embodies what Subway is and stands for. You can tell he absolutely loves his job. Waiting for my order this evening, I as well as others witnessed him make 8 subs in 15 min. During the last month ordering at this location, after ordering at another one just down the road, this man can make a sub!

“My wife and I came in today, Lisa was the employee working. She was very nice and professional we were talking and she told us how she loved working there at Subway, and especially how great management was she said its like a big family there and that is great to hear all companies should be that way. Our subs she made were absolutely perfect. I normally go to other fast food restaurants but wanting to eat healthier is why we chose Subway. We definitely will be back and again Lisa was great.“

“My lady and I walked into this establishment Dec.20th on a Saturday night close to 8pm. It was empty at the time and this would be our first experience with Firehouse . I didn't know what to expect but the commercials finally drove us there. The guy at the counter was very friendly and made us feel extremely welcomed. The subs were ridiculously good! It's all my lady and I could talk about as we dined. No disrespect, but it made me want to go throw eggs at the windows of Subway and Jersey Mike's...lol.“
