“I have to have sugar free options when I order food. This place has so many delicious combos I can make, I thought I had died and went to coffee heaven the first time I visited!! Most restaurants only offer vanilla as a sugar-free option. I am so sick of vanilla lol! Thank you so much for remembering people who cannot eat sugar when you made your menu!! So many folks are like me and cannot have sugar due to health conditions such as Diabetes. Many people just want to cut back the amount of sugar in their diet because they want to eat healthier. Finding somewhere I can order options besides vanilla, and not have to add Splenda or some other artificial sweetener to it to make it sweet, is priceless to me!! I will forever be a loyal customer to you guys!! Not only are the sugar-free options amazing, but the coffee itself is really good coffee!! “I visited the Starbucks @ the Volunteer Pkwy location today Thurs. 07.25.2025.
I want start by saying that in my opinion ever since the covid pandemic I have felt that most restaurants (but not all) have really been lacking in several key areas when it comes to the customer service. It just seems that the care, drive and in some regards the dedication to make sure a good product is presented to the customer has been lost somewhere along the line.
But, today I saw a very refreshing change in my perception of that. They were 2 employees working today @ the Volunteer Pkwy location and in the midst of them both being completely slammed with customer orders and drive thru customers they both took the time to greet me and fulfill my requests and give great recommendations on new and upcoming products. Ive never been a huge fan or patron of any Starbucks locations. But after having such great service and experience from Caleb and Kaye @ this location I will definitely be making this Starbucks a top choice on my goto lists of restaurants in the Bristol area. Thank you again so very much and keep up the excellent work!!!😁“

“I would give 5 but today's experience wasnt great. I have coming here many times and I will continue to come here as a customer however when the two young ladies that took my order and we're disrespectful are working I will not be coming into this location. The older lady and another employee always make my order right on the first go are always happy and very friendly even when it's early in the morning and they just open. However the two people who took my order today they were teenagers and they were polite they were friendly they fixed my drink after they screwed it up the problem is after they fix it they walked away from me and then started talking about me I could tell they were and that's just not cool to do in front of customers. They have a habit of serving burnt coffee and they don't make coffee very well. You can just tell the difference between somebody who loves coffee and enjoys their job and somebody who doesn't put love into their work.“

Silas is the burst of energy that us early coffee zombies need. He’s upbeat and positive every time I drive thru. His drink recommendations and spot on. I cannot recommend this location enough!
