“Heading into Tennessee I always like to hit pal's up. I'm not big on eating fast food, but pal's isn't normal fast food. They actually hook you up and it tastes pretty good. I really enjoy their hotdogs. The chili is a nice thick hot dog chili. Pretty good. So I don't normally recommend fast food. But I definitely recommend pal's. 🦈💙“

“We found this place on a road trip detour. Naturally, we stopped because most-adorable-hamburger-place-ever. The service was what a drive thru service would expect to be but who cares because THE BURGER AND FRIES. You know when you see someone on tv eat a really good fast food burger and fries from the 50s? “One of the friendliest places in the Southern Tier! I walked into Five Guys in JC today and mentioned to one of the staff, which may have been the Manager, that this was my first time at Five Guys, and he turned toward all of the other workers and announced that I was a newbie to Five Guys. Him and the entire staff gave me an unexpected, but much appreciated, warm and friendly welcome. I hadn't felt that welcome since I had dined at a Waffle House in South Carolina! He then told me that my meal was on the house! I found this experience to be refreshing and thought to myself that we all need to be more generous, kind, and friendly in today's world which seems to only get more divisive and less welcoming each year. Thank you Five Guys staff for making my evening a special one!“

The speed of their order is the most impressive part as $40-50 multiple person family orders can be finished and ready in moments. Staff are super friendly and the food is great quality for fast food. The prices are reasonable, but totally random. I wonder if corporate throws darts to pick the prices?“

“Every time I order a hamburger they ask me do I want cheese. They could make more money by not asking me if I want cheese on my hamburger. I have enough sense to say cheeseburger. Plus it will help the drive thru by saving time by not asking me if I want cheese on my hamburger. Cause if they ask Two hundred people if the want cheese, that probably took up two hours of time in the drive thru service.“

“So far everything I've ordered has been cooked very well and seem extremely fresh!:) some other Long Johns that I've ate at I've had bad experiences with food been out awhile and sometimes burnt dried out but not this location so far been great!“

“I went with a good friend for our lunch hour and it was great. The service was excellent and the people were really nice.

Vegetarian options: My friend got praz and tater tots. But you can have burritos made without meat. They've got beans and cheese and salad stuff. That could go inside latest tomatoes, etc.

Parking: Plenty of free parking.

“Went through the drive thru last night. They must be short handed as I paid they brought the food to the car in front of me then asked me to pull up to wait for mine. The classic sandwich was good. The chicken salad was lacking the pecan in its name and was a little dry. Still better "fast" food than most others on the parkway.“

The quality of food is light years ahead of McDonald's or Burger King and more so McDonald's and for this particular restaurant great 👍👏 clean fast fresh food every single time I've ever went and in the years I have been going they have only messed up 1 sandwich so that's a 100 A+ in books inside is clean aswell as bathrooms and soda machines!“

I want to tell you the lady Courtney Phillips waited on us and she was the most helpful and polite person we have had in fast food. The place was also clean and atmosphere was wonderful. “I ordered the new Bo Bites and they were delicious; hot, juicy and not greasy. I really wanted to try the new peach honey pepper sauce but it was sold out. The fountain Mountain Dew was good and didn't have that chlorine taste from the water. It was very clean inside and I saw a woman cleaning and tidying up the whole time I was there.“

“We have been to a lot of Hardee’s . From Maryland to Tennessee. We were very impressed by the staff. the service was spot on. Not a long wait for food. Food was delicious. “In Bristol Tn, go to the Sonic on Volunteer Parkway. The one on West State has a VERY VERY RUDE woman working there. She actually argued with me about a special that Sonic was running. I called the Volunteer Parkway Sonic and asked if that special was still running as the app said. The VERY VERY NICE lady answered yes it was. I told her what the other location had said. She was speechless. I will not be going back to West State St Sonic.“

“Love Wendy's fresh and hot burgers! My husband really enjoys their hand cut natural fries and of course our son is all into those nuggets, which i swear are the best of any fast food! Their honey mustard is so good and goes great on the nuggets and fries! The parking lot is hard to get into and out of, just because of where it sits in the middle of several fast food places and stores like Home Depot, Michael's and At Home. There is also a chick fil a right across the road. It makes it difficult to navigate but so worth it! Their burgers are great, being as that they are fresh and hot when you get them! The building could use an update and so could the bathrooms.“

“I went for a Taco Salad last night ticket #3349 restaurant #00010925 Volunteer Parkway Bristol, Tn. I was served the slimiest, nastiest, grossed salad EVER for $9.28. It looked like a Science project. I had to drive ALL the way back and go in this time instead of the drive thru. I ask for a salad that was fresh. The lady looked into the frig were they are stored shook her head but didn't trash the other nasty ones they planned on serving but did request for me a new one fresh made as I requested. Was scared to eat it even because the man that made it was highly pissed when he brought it from the back. I never got an apology for my trouble, no manager spoke to me to apologize. Stood there forever and when I ask for a small cup for a drink since I had been waiting so long that was refused. I shall never eat there again. Times are tough and just to come home still scared to eat what they gave me because they were pissed is sad. Lesson learned $9.28 down the drain 😔 threw it away as well as my relationship with them.“
