“I went to this restaurant today after realizing I had low blood sugar and nothing to try and get it up in the car with me. I was panicking a little, very clammy, nauseous and light headed which made me a little flustered. The lady taking my order was very patient with me, when I said my blood sugar was low she had someone bring me a drink and cookie right away and got my meal to me quickly with a little note as well. It was really sweet how caring the staff was. I’m extremely grateful for how they treated me.“

“Let me tell you, folks, I tried Pal’s while I was in Tennessee for a very short time—just a little while, but it was tremendous. Incredible, really. Best fast food burger, no question about it. “We found this place on a road trip detour. Naturally, we stopped because most-adorable-hamburger-place-ever. The service was what a drive thru service would expect to be but who cares because THE BURGER AND FRIES. You know when you see someone on tv eat a really good fast food burger and fries from the 50s? No? Well, trust me. This one does NOT disappoint. We’re not talking about health food folks, calm down. It’s a tasty, melty, greasy, cheesy monstrous burger with crispy, salty fries. Yes, I unapologetically topped it off with a soda AND a chocolate milkshake, because who doesn’t want to risk diarrhea at a truck stop?

“We stopped by right after a bus of senior citizens got off a bus and stood on line to order. So I pulled out my phone and chick fil an app and ordered my food for pick up. I kinda skipped all of the seniors with my mobile app. Got my food fast.😊“

“I ordered the new Bo Bites and they were delicious; hot, juicy and not greasy. I really wanted to try the new peach honey pepper sauce but it was sold out. The fountain Mountain Dew was good and didn't have that chlorine taste from the water. It was very clean inside and I saw a woman cleaning and tidying up the whole time I was there.“

“Regional Fast-food Chain, burgers, hotdogs (weiners), and seasoned fries. The speed of their order is the most impressive part as $40-50 multiple person family orders can be finished and ready in moments. Staff are super friendly and the food is great quality for fast food. The prices are reasonable, but totally random. I wonder if corporate throws darts to pick the prices?“

“Every time I order a hamburger they ask me do I want cheese. They could make more money by not asking me if I want cheese on my hamburger. I have enough sense to say cheeseburger. Plus it will help the drive thru by saving time by not asking me if I want cheese on my hamburger. Cause if they ask Two hundred people if the want cheese, that probably took up two hours of time in the drive thru service.“

“This was my first time here. I heard about this place over the news and wanted to try it out. I got two sliders, a hotdog, and fries. The sliders were good, and the hotdog was alright. The hotdog was (in my opinion) a little bland. The fries were a little lack-luster for "seasoned fries." They weren't bad at all, but just a little underwhelming. They were fresh, however, and if they had just a tad more salt or season, they'd be perfect. Now, in no way did I not like any of the food I tried. They all tasted fine, and none of them tasted horrible or like I couldn't finish them. It just wasn't as seasoned or as tasty as I would expect. A 4 out of 5, but no more. I will say it's worth a try!“

“I went with a good friend for our lunch hour and it was great. The service was excellent and the people were really nice.

Vegetarian options: My friend got praz and tater tots. But you can have burritos made without meat. They've got beans and cheese and salad stuff. That could go inside latest tomatoes, etc.

Parking: Plenty of free parking.

“Went through the drive thru last night. They must be short handed as I paid they brought the food to the car in front of me then asked me to pull up to wait for mine. The classic sandwich was good. The chicken salad was lacking the pecan in its name and was a little dry. Still better "fast" food than most others on the parkway.“

“Long John Silver in Johnson City has updated their outside appearance, which looks very nice. The inside is mostly updated but could use some tending to in order to keep it looking good.

Customer service was top notch on our visit; super friendly cashier and staff prepping food. She answered menu questions since some things recently changed. Food was brought to the table quickly and it was fresh! The order was correct, food was delicious and hot!

I want to tell you the lady Courtney Phillips waited on us and she was the most helpful and polite person we have had in fast food. The place was also clean and atmosphere was wonderful. “Visited tonight, seemed to be a after Church rush inside and the drive thru was wrapped around. What I noticed from the staff was outstanding, you could tell it was a absolute overwhelming time. Those young folks handled it with calm and stayed focused on getting orders out timely. Noticed the person working the window, also overwhelmed but handled the rush very well!!!! All of them deserve a bonus.“

“We have been to a lot of Hardee’s . From Maryland to Tennessee. We were very impressed by the staff. the service was spot on. Not a long wait for food. Food was delicious. “Biggest complaint is closing at 4:00 every day, that’s crazy. If you want a good hot dog for dinner forget it. Majority of people don’t eat dinner that early, you would do a lot more business if you would stay open to 5:00 or 6:00, that’s when everyone is going home from work !“

“In Bristol Tn, go to the Sonic on Volunteer Parkway. The one on West State has a VERY VERY RUDE woman working there. She actually argued with me about a special that Sonic was running. I called the Volunteer Parkway Sonic and asked if that special was still running as the app said. The VERY VERY NICE lady answered yes it was. I told her what the other location had said. She was speechless. I will not be going back to West State St Sonic.“

“Currently the best fast food subs in the industry right now. Luckily I usually use the app to order and go pick up my food. Pickups quick and on time every time.

If you haven't tried it, I recommend the Kang Crow special. It is roast beef and pepperoni. I do it Mike's way and add some mayo and a spicy pepper relish. It can get a bit messy but their bread holds up well and it's a fantastic sandwich.“

Parking: It is right next to a gas station, so when drive thru backs up you can block parked cars and even the entrance.“
