The staff is always friendly and makes you feel valued as a customer. The menu options are varied and meet key food items across the board from great steaks to seafood with great sides, salads and soups. All in all, Firebirds is a great value for the dollars spent and management strives to ensure you will have a pleasant experience.“

“Ankar’s express has some of the best sandwiches and hoagies In Chattanooga. Not kidding. The vibes of the restaurant are amazing- lots of cool band art on the walls and an awesome arcade game to the left when you walk in. Great staff. Great food. GREAT vibes!!! 10/10 recommend!“

“Absolutely wonderful experience the food was phenomenal all the staff were extremely attentive and amazing especially our server Carson who did a spectacular job the portions were very generous the tuna was cooked perfectly the prime rib was also cooked perfectly and such a fat piece and their aptly named best chocolate cake really was the best it's definitely a pricier menu but it's worth it 5 out of 5 recommend this place every time“

“Love the food and atmosphere. It’s like coming home to grandma‘s house and having a big hug. However, I hate the changes in the newly remodeled restaurants I have been in also, the side/vegetable portions have become so small they often look more like a child’s portion, leaving me having to order more or add on a child’s plate of vegetables. Oh yes, in the bathrooms are universally, dirty, smelly, and disgusting no matter how far or near I travel. I should know I eat 2 to 3 times a week at Cracker Barrel.“

“Since its opening, The Local Goat has been the go-to overnight stop on our I-75 North/South trek. Initially this was because the restaurant was next to our hotel, but now we stop because of the great food. Today, I want to give a loud SHOUT OUT to our waitress, Skylar. She reflects good service and compliments the excellent food of The Local Goat experience. “I ordered out meals to eat her and some to go . The meal was cooked and bagged and put under a heated area , then our food arrived at our table . Very good food for there . Then we ordered some dessert to go which seemed to irritate the waitress . When I ordered my meal , I asked for half and half tea . I got unsweetened tea , so I asked for a empty glass and a glass of sweet tea and made my own , that also seemed to irritate her . Not sure what's going on over there , but I will not be back . I go there 2 or 3 times a year when in town . This time no way . The to go order was dropped off 20 minutes later , Dried out . Common sense cook the to go order a little later NOT AT THE SAME TIME ! 😡“

“I’m a very picky eater and when a friend suggested my husband and I eat at Haven’s with him we agreed. My husband had meatloaf, okra, cabbage with a corn muffin and I had the fried chicken wings, mashed potatoes, black eyed peas with a corn muffin. Every single thing we ate was the best we have ever tasted!! I couldn’t believe it. Our friend ordered the pork chops and could only eat one so my husband got to eat the other one. Seriously, it was hard to leave there with out ordering two or three meals to go. Since we live in Cleveland Haven's will see us at LEAST once a week. The girls there are precious and the food is cooked after you order. Such a Fantastic place!!!“

“We’ve eaten at Drakes, Chattanooga, since it’s opening and never been disappointed until today when a customer brought a dog inside to the inside “patio” seated at the table next to us. The dog was hyper and the man kept scratching it. Next a female joined him and began scratching the dog. The waiter reached down and also scratched the dog. Next time the waiter came by, the dog jumped up on her and again she scratched the dog. We asked to move inside to an empty booth. After we moved the man brought in another dog. Why were dogs allowed in the restaurant? They were NOT service dogs.“

“Best BBQ in the south, great for the whole family, NO alcoholic beverages. It’s crowded at times so go early. Very good plate lunch meals. They are reasonably priced for what food costs now a days. They had the best breakfast, but unfortunately no longer😩“

“Went in on July 4th night and there was only one cook and one waitress. Completely understand what it is like to be short handed so we were super patient. The waitress was Shannon and she handled it so well. Her and the cook worked so well together. I was thoroughly impressed and appreciated how well they were working to give us the best service possible considering it was just the two of them trying to handle so many customers.“

“Let me tell you if you haven't been here you need to come here already. One of my favorite things during Mardi Gras is king cakes, especially when you have family from out that way you know the food. This tasted almost identical. The nice lady behind the counter was kind enough to give me a little tour of all the donuts and tell me about them I wanted to try one of everything at that point lol. I ended up getting the king cake and two of the Mardi Gras donuts. They were so soft and delicious. Even picking them up in the middle of the evening. I got so excited for it that I forgot to order a coffee as well. So I'll be back for that and more Mardi Gras treats.
