“We had dinner at Howard’s last night (8-13). We had a beautiful table over looking the water. Our waitress was great. I wish I had remembered her name but was she was from Romania. We were a party of 4, 3 had the ribeye and 1 the filet. All were cooked perfectly. It was a nice way to celebrate my partners birthday! Thanks again for a nice evening!”

“Without a doubt the best ribs anywhere in the southeast. Fall off the bone and the rib sauce was out of this world. The sweet potato casserole was the bomb too. Good salad bar also. The staff, waiters and waitresses were kind and friendly. Reasonable prices !!!! I myself will eat there again and again every time I visit.”

“Delicious food and in the winter a warm fire right in the middle of the restaurant. The staff were friendly, and the food was great. We got a shrimp po’boy, seafood gumbo, hamburger, and jambalaya. All of it was so delicious! It wasn’t crowded at all. It is a small restaurant, but that’s ok because it’s cozy!”

“Usually eat at Pancake Pantry and decided to try this. This blew Pancake Pantry out of the water! Best breakfast I have had. The pancakes are ridiculous. The waffle was on point and the savory food was amazing as well. We will be eating here moving forward.

Food and Marg has a different flavor, the street tacos were not anything like I have had before. Didn’t sit right with me, I didn’t eat any of it. But the rest of my party was happy with what they ordered.”

“We didn't know what we were planning on eating today after shopping. The guy at the corner said best steak in Tennessee. After we shopped and was walking back to our hotel we decided to give it a try. I am disabled and walk with a cane so we did the drive incline and a few steps. We got seated and Stone was there to get our drink orders. I always choose a sirloin but, none on the menu, Stone provided his top 3 with his favorite being minion. We went with that and was not led wrong very good meal, good price and wonderful service,”

“We stopped in for the Reuben Sandwich that we’ve heard so much about … and it didn’t disappoint!! My husband just wanted a good quality hotdog and Jed’s serves Nathan’s, so he was very satisfied. Josh, Luke and Genevieve were the best hosts ever. So warm and friendly. They made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our lunch outside on their lovely patio. Genevieve checked on us multiple times and offered water for our pup Sissy! Seriously, make Jed’s a stopping point on your visit to Gatlinburg!!”

“I accidentally found this amazing place when looking for a coffee spot. The Painted Bear latte ŵas awesome and the owners are so kind! Will definitely be taking a longer visit and checking out their neighbors, too!”

“Wow! Shocked is an understatement. Victor, our server was wonderful. He was attentive and checked on us appropriately without being overbearing. The food. Again, wow. I did not expect such good quality food at a hotel restaurant! My husband and I split an order of fries to start, which were hot, fresh, and super crispy. For dinner we shared the Cajun pork chop. It was thick cut, paired with the mash potatoes which were amazing in their own right, and the broccoli was perfectly cooked. Would come again.”

I got a slice of pizza, 2 hotdogs, 2 nachos , 1 fountain drink and a beer. My total was $48. Seemed very steep for the same thing you’d get at a gas station. “We were there yesterday on our way out of TN, couldn't leave until we got some pretzels! They were warm, fresh, and delicious! Also, the woman who was our cashier was an insanely sweet person, she had blonde hair and was maybe in her early 40s or so, I can't remember her name for the life of me and I sincerely apologize for that but she was what made our experience there even more awesome. Please make her a manager if she's not already one! She has compassion, empathy, and a big heart, which is what is desperately needed in the world today. ? 10/10 would stop by again when we come back down! ?”

“It was my daughters birthday and she wanted Cicis pizza. The staff was very nice and friendly with my kids. I must say this was one of the cleanest Cici's pizza I've been in to date. The pizza is pretty good and the girl working was willing to make any style we wanted. She made my daughter a dutch apple dessert pizza. The supreme pizza I ate was really good. I'd say my daughter was very satisfied with her birthday pick. I would definitely recommend this location. Much better than the Pigeon Forge location. Great staff, clean and good pizza.”

“Conveniently located pizzeria with great tasting food and friendly service.

The pizza is exactly what you want after a long hike at the Smokey Mountains or shopping in downtown. The Caeser salad and chicken Alfredo was also great food options we ordered along with the pizza. Sodas were a bit pricey but the local beer was a great bargain for a restaurant at $4 a bottle.

The dining area is quaint and the fireplace adds to the relaxing environment. There is also outdoor seating if it suits. No outside heaters were seen.

Our server Angela was a gem. Friendly smile and always attentive to any requests we had.

Parking: Parking is super difficult to find. If you are staying in the area it is worth a walk if nearby.

“I was on the hunt for coffee before we stared out day in Gatlinburg. My husband found this shop tucked away in a corner so I gave it a go. The iced Raspberry Mocha was delicious and just what I needed. Customer service was amazing and the coffee was made quickly. Be sure to check them out when you visit.”

“So this little place is literally a walk up window while traversing the sidewalk in gatlinburg. We had a little bit of a wait in line and then about a 10 minute wait for our drinks to be made as a few people were in front of us. There was a bench to sit on right across from this place, so we waited there. We both got large drinks and they were definitely a large!!! Well worth the money! We paid extra to do oatmilk in my iced chai latte and my bf’s toffee frappe, so our total was about $21. Our drinks were both absolutely delicious!! Definitely recommending trying this place out! Only bummer is a lot of the stores don’t allow drinks inside…. So if you get a large, you’ll be working on it for awhile and that limits what places you can walk into….

Parking: There are some paid parking lots but they are pricey and often full. Our hotel is about 1/2 mile from this place, so we just walked everywhere while we stayed in gatlinburg.”

He had a beard and a slight accent but he always used “ma’am” and “sir” and said thank you and you’re welcome … such a sweetie. Our food was fabulous and it came out so fast. Impressive service for a super busy restaurant in a touristy area. I hope everyone can get this sweetheart of a waiter!”

“My wife and I were visiting out of town and decided to try the restaurant on February 14th, 2025. We knew it would be busy, as every restaurant was packed that day, and we anticipated a longer wait. While the food was good, I really wanted to share about the staff.

Even though it was a busy day and the restaurant seemed a bit understaffed, our waitress (Leslie), who was also the bartender, did an amazing job. She worked hard, and we really appreciate her efforts. Hannah, the hostess, who not only managed the long line but also helped clean tables. We also noticed the manager (Randy, I think that was his name, as the waitress told us) stepping in to clean tables and sweep the floors when he saw his staff was busy.

We know it was a stressful day for everyone, and we’re grateful for all the hard work the staff put in. We’ll definitely be back soon to say hello and enjoy another meal. Thank you to everyone who worked that night. Your dedication didn’t go unnoticed! You never know who’s watching!”
