“If you’re looking for FLAVOR, this is your place! Our family of 4 just had dinner here and our 1 year old and 3 year old LOVED their dinner just as much as we did. We got the platter that had a little bit of everything and it was perfect to share. The meats were all cooked to perfection and the sauces tasted phenomenal. The employees were very friendly! “We showed up unaware that it was 1 minute before closing due to the place being full of customers. The GM said with a smile, he would be more than happy to take our orders. After ordering, the employees began moving like a well practiced team. They were supporting eachother in every way to ensure the correctness and promptness of our order. The Gm engaged my wife and I in conversation as he began cleaning and rearranging the service counter with information on other locations as well as the companies history. In a few brief moments he was directing us to the pick up counter where we were greeted by another smiling team member helping us to pick condiments and suggestions of the favorites. It was an overall outstanding first visit to this professional, polite, fast, clean and curteous restaraunt. Once home, the food was equal to the service we recieved at the Seymour Freddies, fresh and full of flavor! Thank you staff for a great and memorable experience. Highly reccomended!“

“Such a good hot dog! I love the fried bratwurst, the skin has just the perfect amount of snap to it. I get mine with just mustard and chili but the menu has so many options.
The thing that always strikes me is that the owners and employees always thank you for coming in and I truly feel like they mean it. You could make a cheaper hot dog at home, for sure, but they really want to give you good food at a reasonable price and they want you to know they appreciate you giving them your business.“

“Food is OK but still good overall. Staff is nice but honestly sometimes when I've gone, I'm given the vibe that they don't really want to be there. This is also a smaller DQ than most others I've been too and it feels a bit sterile inside.“

“The double 1/4# with cheese is always fresh now they make them when you order them. In the past they would be stale from sitting under a heat lamp. Sometimes, it takes a minute but fresh is best for me. Cust service people were friendly and smiled.“

“This location is probably the worst one in town. My egg white grill muffin was completely burnt this morning and my fruit cup was about 1/3 of the way full. Just pitiful and pathetic given the amount of money I spend there. I normally go to the one at West Town (always perfect) but I was running behind and this one is closer to my daycare. Save your money and pick a different location.“

“Arby’s in our area consistently outshines its competition, and I can’t quite put my finger on why. The food is better, and the staff is always friendly and attentive.

We recently visited this particular location for a quick dinner and were pleasantly surprised. While meeting expectations is becoming increasingly challenging, this location exceeded them. The General Manager, Angel, is like the others—always there when I dine and incredibly friendly.

On one occasion, I ordered something incorrectly and promptly noticed the mistake. Angel graciously replaced it without any fuss. Another time, I ordered a milkshake and, for no apparent reason, they simply gave it to me.

Despite the numerous fast-food options nearby, Arby’s remains my top choice. They are always clean, police their area unlike so
many other places nearby, and Angel and her team are truly exceptional, and I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a great dining experience.“

“Best tacos in Knoxville by a long shot! The blue corn tortillas are made by hand in the truck! Serving size is ridiculously large. Chorizo con nopales and asada are the two best tacos, in my opinion. Her mole is amazing as well. My husband now refers to her as his "taco lady" and will drive 20 minutes to get her food. Try it! You will not regret it.“

“I like Arby's and stop at the Magnolia Avenue location in Knoxville, TN quite often. The employees are usually nice, but this afternoon a girl actually yelled at me in the drive thru because I asked for one more container of marinara sauce for for my cheese sticks. I asked for 2 and she had given me one. She YELLED at me that she had already put 4 or 5 "marinara sauces" in the bag, which she did not but that's not even the point. She blatantly refused to give me, a paying customer, one more container of sauce. Just ridiculously unbelievable. I threatened to go inside and talk to management, and she gave me the sauce. I told her she needed to learn some serious customer service skills. Hopefully this damaged young girl will manage to work on herself because with such a horrible attitude and disposition, she will never even be successful at a drive thru window. I would say I'll never go back to that location, but I'm pretty sure she won't be there long. She definitely doesn't need to be representing Arby's.“

“me and boyfriend place an online order at this location all the time and it is always made 100% correct every single time. we both work nightshift and by the time we get home we don’t feel like making food so we swing by here anytime from 12-1:30am and the staff is always so amazing.
