“I had a horrible experience at another Starbucks an hour away if I had of went back due to morning traffic, where they completely made my drink wrong! After the frustrating ordeal, I called the store, and they assured me they could fix the mistake. Enter Jacob and Corbin—two angels sent from above! They took care of everything, fixing the other store's mistakes without a single question. I’m so impressed by their amazing service, and I’ll definitely be coming back to this store from now on. Truly top-notch customer care! 🙌“

“The staff here are the most amazing humans ever! They are sweet and kind. They go above an beyond! I was placing a very large order close to closing time and they handled it fast! I believe it was Zander and his night time closing staff that saved my huge over night working event!!!! 100 happy humans got to read their sweet notes written on all our items!

“This is one of my favorite starbucks locations. The service is fast. The attention to detail with my order is excellent and the seating is comfortable enough for me to have spent an hour and a 1/2 or so working on some laptop things. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

“Despite the queue, the server was patient with me, and she was sweet enough to let me search for the reward points to use them from the app. I also sat there working for a while, while drinking my mocha cookie crumble, and it was peaceful. There was sufficient free parking space outside.

Vegetarian options: I guess there’s a large vegetarian section, most coffees are veg, croissants, chocolate croissants, etc

“You really make my day happy, you always decorate and my coffees taste delicious in this location, the coffee is hot or cold, always in the mornings you know with a smile and a peace of mind that now it will be a great day. “I love this Starbucks. It is essentially the neighborhood coffee shop and remote work spot with excellent service. Really hope it will remain in the new development, have more soft seating and have easy parking.

“Stopped by on the way home from Nashville, my folks are very picky with their coffee and having worked at a college Starbucks in Murfreesboro I wasn't confident they'd get what they asked for. Person at the counter was very accommodating and everyone got exactly what they'd asked for with no problems. Staff was all very polite“

“The employees here are a gem, but they really really need to work on calling orders at a louder voice, especially when it's busy. It's nearly impossible to hear some of them, so a lot of people end up crowding the counter. I stood for 20 waiting for my mobile order because I never heard it called. This has happened on multiple occasions. Maybe have staff ask customers to back up. Also I'm not sure if the restaurants do this, or the app automatically calculates it, but the ETA is not correct. App will 6-8 minutes and you're waiting almost 20“

“This is my go-to Starbucks - I usually don't even place my order until I'm walking up the stairs because they're so quick. The staff and (owner/manager?) are super sweet. As the 'Pick Up' in the name indicates, you do have to place a mobile order vs counter service.“

“Well, the service has always been characterized as being good but there are days that are very congested like weekends and I think they lack staff. My experience was not good this Saturday. What happened other than that they did not receive the ticket with which I was going to pay? The person was not so friendly and they never gave me the coffee, they passed all the people who came after me for their orders and mine never arrived at the end I left“

“I frequent MANY of the Nashville locations and this is BY FAR my absolute favorite. I am in Starbucks at least twice a day in other places. I’ve been here every other evening omw to work for the last year and the consistency is always on point. One time my payment didn’t go through (for whatever reason) and Teagan (?spelling?) said I got you. Gabe is so funny & sweet the lady with pink hair I never catch her name but she always greets me with a smile. Haven’t ever been disappointed. I’ll avoid the location 2 minutes from my home because of their attitudes and travel 20 minutes to this one. ❤️“

“As a soon to be Lifetime Platinum (4 stays) - this is a GREAT Marriott property. Short walk to Broadway. Comfortable rooms. Great Bed and Bedding. Room large and TV GREAT. SHOWER - water pressure excellent. But the people make this hotel special. Special thanks to Louis and Piper and especially Jaziya!! Thank you guys for being friendly and taking care of us!! “This Starbucks became our favorite during the pandemic, it was the only one that had \ntables available to sit and enjoy our coffee. Albeit outside the door in the mall, but at least inside. \nWe have been back several times, the cappuccino’s are wonderful, smooth with just the right amount of foam.\nThey also know how to redeem my stars, which was becoming a real problem at other shops.“

“More coffee than you can think of at good prices as well as espresso and fruit drinks...well, too much. The staff were very friendly with a smile and if you asked about something they go the extra mile to explain. And if they're not sure, they look it up for you. The best is that they have special order drinks you can fine on line and if you have an idea of your own...if they have the ingredients...they'll make it. I can't believe that this is the first year I came in a Starbucks but it won't be the last!“

“I’ve become a regular at this location as I work nearby. Probably one of the best ones I’ve been to overall. I know a few of the employees have been there for at the least, 3 years, as a couple of years ago I worked somewhere else nearby and then left for a year or two and when I worked nearby again they were still there. They know me by name and if they see me will address me and say good morning. I don’t know everyone’s name yet, but they’re all really cool and personable. There’s a couple girls who make my drink especially delicious, I’m not sure what it is, but they’re great at what they do. Whenever they’re especially busy and I’m waiting a little bit for a mobile order they always notice and ask me what I’m waiting for. They’re very attentive and either apologize for the wait or thank me for waiting. Customer service can be hard and stressful so I appreciate everyone there.“

“Cute little spot to grab your favorite SB drink but it does seem to be ran by Hilton employees? The few times I’ve been here, everyone behind the counter was in casual clothing (which isn’t detrimental to your coffee taste but more of perception thing). No free wifi, you are able to connect to the Hilton wifi if you are a guest to the hotel otherwise prepare to use your hotspot. Also, the only real seating area they have is in the Hotel Lobby.“

“Love this new location of Starbucks in my neighborhood. Staff is super friendly. I love the floor to ceiling glass windows at this location to let natural light in, so even if you’re working indoor for hours, you don’t feel claustrophobic or dull. Their drive through is extremely efficient. There’s plenty of parking nearby. It’s also close to Publix, so you can always grab your coffee and go do groceries.“

“On my drive, I stopped here to get a takeaway breakfast. I was very well received and the drinks and cakes were perfect.
I recommend this place because even the prices are reasonable.

“The barista who served up my drink was not particularly customer-friendly, but he served up a delicious iced chai latte. It was balanced, flavorful and deliciously sweet like I prefer my human associates. As far as the atmosphere, I could smell the male restroom located right around the corner from the counter and it was atrocious. I opened one of the two restrooms and indeed I needed to wash my hands just from the smell that came out of that restroom. Management, please, for the love of sanitation and a microbe-free business space, stay on the ball because these restrooms will get out of hand when you blink. I would recommend Kroger Starbucks any day, at any location, but the restroom is located right around the corner inside this particular Kroger Starbucks and you can smell the bathrooms' condition from the counter. I'm sure the employees do not need that in their environment. It also can impact Starbucks sales. Please prevent this from being an issue. -- Remember to love yourself with kindness and compassion. “We got drive through service and were in a hurry, even though there we eight cars ahead of us they managed to keep the line moving. I got the incredible sandwich and it was a good choice, had it for the first time and will order again. I also ordered iced chai late, that was a bit to sweet for my taste, but good.

“One of our most visited Starbucks. The line is wrapped around the building and the line inside is even longer but this team has pumped out coffee after coffee. Not a terrible wait given the circumstances and the orders were just how we placed them!“

“Not a real starbucks, so no stars earned or redeemed. Long lines that come and go, out into the walkway, but that's to be expected. Staff made me a blonde pour over, which was much appreciated, and they were very friendly. Somewhat comfortable seating in the food court across the way.“
