“The staff here are the most amazing humans ever! They are sweet and kind. They go above an beyond! I was placing a very large order close to closing time and they handled it fast! I believe it was Zander and his night time closing staff that saved my huge over night working event!!!! 100 happy humans got to read their sweet notes written on all our items!

“I preordered 2 coffee travelers & they were tax exempt. They had them ready to go with cream, sugars, honey, stirrers, cups, the whole nine! They were ready for my tax exempt form and gave me no complications. The Christmas atmosphere was amazing. They were so nice!!!“

This is the first time our piping hot coffees have stayed HOT for over an hour before starting to cool down and the flavors are spot on. “This Starbucks is quiet and has nice seating both indoors and outdoors. The service is great and the baristas are friendly. I had a venti Iced Pecan Crunch Oatmilk Latte served in a real glass! It was delicious, not overly sweet, and felt luxurious drinking from actual glassware! I ordered it in decaf so it was a great afternoon treat. Will definitely be having this again!“

Every worker seems so happy, and they are friendly and personable, making the experience feel like you are in a local coffee shop. They coffee ☕️ can be a strong brew. There are medium and lighter brews.
They also have hot chocolate, teas, and berry lemonade drinks.
There is a variety of egg choices, eggs themselves, or sandwiches.
Baked goodies for the sweet tooth.
Services is friendly and good.

At that time, efficient, quick, friendly--everything you'd expect from a well-run Starbucks. But...as of late, I have been disappointed. Extremely long wait times on my last two visits have me wondering if there was a change in management. My order is so basic (Grande Pike coffee) that it doesnt make sense for it to take so long!“

“This place was great. My bestie and I were in need of a Starbees and we walked to what we thought was a full-blown Starbucks. Turns out this is a mobile order pick-up spot. We were a little confused, but tapped on the window and the barista was super nice. He took our order anyway and was kind and accommodating. It’s so nice to have that kind of service in the morning — it’s hard to come by anymore. 10/10 yes!“

“I had to leave a review for this location it is the best and believe me I’ve been to them ALL. I have a coffee that is extra ice light milk extra Carmel and I mostly go to East Nashville’s location they created the way I love my drink but it’s always really long lines and super chaotic in that little parking lot I even had someone back into my car and run and seen it happen to two other people both times they ran it’s crazy at that location they definitely need a bigger parking lot for the amount of people that go there or a second location. Point is a started coming to this location they are the only location that cared to make it EXACTLY like I like my drink and everyone that works here is super nice!! Knowledgeable on how to make a GREAT drink. I Love coming to this location!!!! It’s definitely worth driving a little further. Keep it up y’all all your amazing reviews don’t surprise me at all..“

“The Starbucks and service is great overall but for some reason they take the drive thru orders in the middle of the parking lot before you even get near the speaker which causes extra unnecessary congestion at the entrance all the way to the street around the corner. Not sure if their iPads don’t reach to certain spots but it’s also never that busy so it seems they could just use the drive thru speaker like normal.“

“I am what some may call a coffee snob!! It needs to be simple and strong. I was happy to find there was a Starbucks in The Doubletree Lobby. Three nights on Broadway requires a good strong large ice coffee with a shot of espresso and a drop of cream!!!! They delivered every time!!!!! Excellent, friendly staff who got you your coffee quickly with a smile!!!!
I have noticed that many of the Starbucks I have ordered from seem to be watering down their ice coffee. Maybe they no longer use their dark roast, I’m not sure but this particular Starbucks does it right!!!! Simple, Dark and Strong!!!!!! “Stopped by on the way home from Nashville, my folks are very picky with their coffee and having worked at a college Starbucks in Murfreesboro I wasn't confident they'd get what they asked for. Person at the counter was very accommodating and everyone got exactly what they'd asked for with no problems. Staff was all very polite“

Wheelchair accessibility: Has stairs into it but if you go through the hotel it does not have stairs.“

“I’ve become a regular at this location as I work nearby. Probably one of the best ones I’ve been to overall. I know a few of the employees have been there for at the least, 3 years, as a couple of years ago I worked somewhere else nearby and then left for a year or two and when I worked nearby again they were still there. They know me by name and if they see me will address me and say good morning. I don’t know everyone’s name yet, but they’re all really cool and personable. There’s a couple girls who make my drink especially delicious, I’m not sure what it is, but they’re great at what they do. Whenever they’re especially busy and I’m waiting a little bit for a mobile order they always notice and ask me what I’m waiting for. They’re very attentive and either apologize for the wait or thank me for waiting. Customer service can be hard and stressful so I appreciate everyone there.“

“Great Starbucks! My husband spilled his venti caramel macchiato on the floor and the staff was so kind! The employees cleaned up the mess AND made him a new drink. Other customers even jumped in with napkins to help out. We offered to mop, but they insisted that it was no problem at all. Great service! ❤️“

“This review is solely for your employee Kennedy! I’ve had a few bad experiences at this location with other staff members but she is truly a ray of light! Every time I get her at the drive thru she is so kind and I know I’ll be taken care of. She’s given me compliments, commented on how cute my dogs are, etc. Today while I was waiting for my order she asked me all about which dog was the best behaved, talked about her own German shepherd… it’s so refreshing for a “fast food” employee to be so personable and human in a world where people just clock in and clock out doing the least. “This Starbucks became our favorite during the pandemic, it was the only one that had \ntables available to sit and enjoy our coffee. Albeit outside the door in the mall, but at least inside. \nWe have been back several times, the cappuccino’s are wonderful, smooth with just the right amount of foam.\nThey also know how to redeem my stars, which was becoming a real problem at other shops.“

“Love this new location of Starbucks in my neighborhood. Staff is super friendly. I love the floor to ceiling glass windows at this location to let natural light in, so even if you’re working indoor for hours, you don’t feel claustrophobic or dull. Their drive through is extremely efficient. There’s plenty of parking nearby. It’s also close to Publix, so you can always grab your coffee and go do groceries.“

“The barista who served up my drink was not particularly customer-friendly, but he served up a delicious iced chai latte. It was balanced, flavorful and deliciously sweet like I prefer my human associates. As far as the atmosphere, I could smell the male restroom located right around the corner from the counter and it was atrocious. I opened one of the two restrooms and indeed I needed to wash my hands just from the smell that came out of that restroom. Management, please, for the love of sanitation and a microbe-free business space, stay on the ball because these restrooms will get out of hand when you blink. I would recommend Kroger Starbucks any day, at any location, but the restroom is located right around the corner inside this particular Kroger Starbucks and you can smell the bathrooms' condition from the counter. I'm sure the employees do not need that in their environment. It also can impact Starbucks sales. Please prevent this from being an issue. -- Remember to love yourself with kindness and compassion. “One of our most visited Starbucks. The line is wrapped around the building and the line inside is even longer but this team has pumped out coffee after coffee. Not a terrible wait given the circumstances and the orders were just how we placed them!“

“Not a real starbucks, so no stars earned or redeemed. Long lines that come and go, out into the walkway, but that's to be expected. Staff made me a blonde pour over, which was much appreciated, and they were very friendly. Somewhat comfortable seating in the food court across the way.“
