“I had came on or around the 24tg which was a Sunday it was horrible ... The coffee was BAD!!! I CAME BACK TODAY TO SEE IF THEY COULD REDEEM THEMSELVES.... I GOT THE BEST COFFEE IVE EVER HAD FROM STAR BUCKS AND I AM AN EVERYDAY COFFEE GAL!!! SHE WAS SO SWEET, WORKING BY HERSELF AND PULLED IT OFF!!! I WISH I COULD REMEMBER HER NAME BUT SHES THE REASON FOR THR FIVE STARS SHE WAS SO UNDERSTANDING AND PROFESSIONAL AND SWEET....!!! THOSE FIVE STARS ARE FOR HER!!!! 👍🏼❤️💪🏼😁💯💁🏼‍♀️🙎🏼‍♀️🤤😋“

“Ordered online so didn’t get a receipt to do the survey but this McDonald’s absolutely rocks!! I placed my curbside order (fairly large) and it was ready within minutes!!! Fresh, crispy nuggets, EVERYTHING was exceptional. Even the staff was super friendly!! 10/10“

“I have to have sugar free options when I order food. This place has so many delicious combos I can make, I thought I had died and went to coffee heaven the first time I visited!! Most restaurants only offer vanilla as a sugar-free option. I am so sick of vanilla lol! Thank you so much for remembering people who cannot eat sugar when you made your menu!! So many folks are like me and cannot have sugar due to health conditions such as Diabetes. Many people just want to cut back the amount of sugar in their diet because they want to eat healthier. Finding somewhere I can order options besides vanilla, and not have to add Splenda or some other artificial sweetener to it to make it sweet, is priceless to me!! I will forever be a loyal customer to you guys!! Not only are the sugar-free options amazing, but the coffee itself is really good coffee!! “Opening an Auntie Ruth's on campus was downright evil of whoever made this decision. President Noland approving this establishment was the single most diabolical decision he has made in his twelve years of presidency at ETSU. Someone really did say "oh you know the place that sells the single greatest things to ever touch anyone's taste buds? Yeah, let's open one of those on our college campus. What could possibly go wrong?" I'll tell you what could possibly go wrong. MY WALLET. You can't expect me to just walk past Carter Hall and NOT want to get a pretzel. What are you insane? Do you hate fun? I bet you're thinking "just don't get a pretzel, it's not that hard." Listen, you don't understand. Resisting the urge to get something from Auntie Ruth's is like trying not to drown in a riptide with a block of concrete tied to your ankle. Like that, but worse. You never learned how to swim and you didn't think to let your food settle before getting in the water so now you have a cramp. Also there's a hurricane.

Basically what I'm trying to say here is that the bakers must powder their donuts with crack because there's no other possible explanation for how the things at this place are so good. Why on god's purple earth (sorry I'm colorblind) did they decide to open this place? Does the school enjoy watching people suffer? As if the crippling weight of my student loans wasn't enough, now I have to deal with the unbearable weight of the most addictive substance on the planet second to heroin being readily available on campus. Thank god this place closes at 1:30 or else ETSU might implode in on itself if it were open any longer because of how powerful the school is with this place on-site.

They made a few suggestions about a drink, that I love to get. I have been in a lot of Starbucks, and I have never encountered a rude employee. Thank you Abigail and Alexis!“

“I visited the Starbucks @ the Volunteer Pkwy location today Thurs. 07.25.2025.
I want start by saying that in my opinion ever since the covid pandemic I have felt that most restaurants (but not all) have really been lacking in several key areas when it comes to the customer service. It just seems that the care, drive and in some regards the dedication to make sure a good product is presented to the customer has been lost somewhere along the line.
But, today I saw a very refreshing change in my perception of that. They were 2 employees working today @ the Volunteer Pkwy location and in the midst of them both being completely slammed with customer orders and drive thru customers they both took the time to greet me and fulfill my requests and give great recommendations on new and upcoming products. Ive never been a huge fan or patron of any Starbucks locations. But after having such great service and experience from Caleb and Kaye @ this location I will definitely be making this Starbucks a top choice on my goto lists of restaurants in the Bristol area. Thank you again so very much and keep up the excellent work!!!😁“

“I normally wouldn't rate a Dunkin. We all generally know what to expect. This location is a gem. The doughnuts were wonderful, the coffees were wonderful, but best of all, the staff were genuinely kind and friendly. Literally, the best Dunkin doughnuts we have had.“

“Came today for a late breakfast. Ordered the Hash Bowl and my fiance had the biscuits and gravy and a side of candied bacon.
His food was good. Not great. Mine on the other hand, I had to send back. Was room temperature and crudely thrown together. Another was promptly brought out. You can tell the ingredients don't touch a pan, it's just thrown together like a child might do. It was edible but not something I would recommend. Also....to charge almost $11 for this and it to have the presentation it is does is just bad business.
They didn't provide complimentary snickers oodles biscuits though, due to the long wait on our food.
Might go again and try a biscuit dish.
