“I had came on or around the 24tg which was a Sunday it was horrible ... The coffee was BAD!!! I CAME BACK TODAY TO SEE IF THEY COULD REDEEM THEMSELVES.... I GOT THE BEST COFFEE IVE EVER HAD FROM STAR BUCKS AND I AM AN EVERYDAY COFFEE GAL!!! SHE WAS SO SWEET, WORKING BY HERSELF AND PULLED IT OFF!!! I WISH I COULD REMEMBER HER NAME BUT SHES THE REASON FOR THR FIVE STARS SHE WAS SO UNDERSTANDING AND PROFESSIONAL AND SWEET....!!! THOSE FIVE STARS ARE FOR HER!!!! 👍🏼❤️💪🏼😁💯💁🏼‍♀️🙎🏼‍♀️🤤😋“

“Ordered online so didn’t get a receipt to do the survey but this McDonald’s absolutely rocks!! I placed my curbside order (fairly large) and it was ready within minutes!!! Fresh, crispy nuggets, EVERYTHING was exceptional. Even the staff was super friendly!! 10/10“

The owners Elizabeth & Matthew Bambargers have not mentioned that Jacob Spiese the criminal charged is Matthew 's Cousin and they brought him to Bebettes, from LA to be a silent Partner and Manager. All of the employee's resigned due to the behavior and a Me2 incident has been covered up. “I have to have sugar free options when I order food. This place has so many delicious combos I can make, I thought I had died and went to coffee heaven the first time I visited!! Most restaurants only offer vanilla as a sugar-free option. I am so sick of vanilla lol! Thank you so much for remembering people who cannot eat sugar when you made your menu!! So many folks are like me and cannot have sugar due to health conditions such as Diabetes. Many people just want to cut back the amount of sugar in their diet because they want to eat healthier. Finding somewhere I can order options besides vanilla, and not have to add Splenda or some other artificial sweetener to it to make it sweet, is priceless to me!! I will forever be a loyal customer to you guys!! Not only are the sugar-free options amazing, but the coffee itself is really good coffee!! “Opening an Auntie Ruth's on campus was downright evil of whoever made this decision. President Noland approving this establishment was the single most diabolical decision he has made in his twelve years of presidency at ETSU. Someone really did say "oh you know the place that sells the single greatest things to ever touch anyone's taste buds? Yeah, let's open one of those on our college campus. What could possibly go wrong?" I'll tell you what could possibly go wrong. MY WALLET. You can't expect me to just walk past Carter Hall and NOT want to get a pretzel. What are you insane? Do you hate fun? I bet you're thinking "just don't get a pretzel, it's not that hard." Listen, you don't understand. Resisting the urge to get something from Auntie Ruth's is like trying not to drown in a riptide with a block of concrete tied to your ankle. Like that, but worse. You never learned how to swim and you didn't think to let your food settle before getting in the water so now you have a cramp. Also there's a hurricane.

Basically what I'm trying to say here is that the bakers must powder their donuts with crack because there's no other possible explanation for how the things at this place are so good. Why on god's purple earth (sorry I'm colorblind) did they decide to open this place? Does the school enjoy watching people suffer? As if the crippling weight of my student loans wasn't enough, now I have to deal with the unbearable weight of the most addictive substance on the planet second to heroin being readily available on campus. Thank god this place closes at 1:30 or else ETSU might implode in on itself if it were open any longer because of how powerful the school is with this place on-site.

“I stopped by Starbucks (store #629). As I walked up to the counter, Abigail (Shift leader) and Alexis said hello. They were extremely friendly and very helpful, when I asked questions. They made a few suggestions about a drink, that I love to get. I have been in a lot of Starbucks, and I have never encountered a rude employee. Thank you Abigail and Alexis!“

I don’t know what kind of star-child synergy the universe put in place when it scheduled them all on the same shift, but the energy they brought could have powered the espresso machine by themselves. This review is basically a standing ovation in written form.

From the moment I stepped in, K greeted me with the type of customer service that should be put in a museum. She didn’t just say hello—she delivered a whole warm-hearted, personality-filled vibe that made the entire store feel brighter. I watched her handle a line that would’ve broken weaker baristas, and she did it with precision and a smile that probably cured someone’s seasonal depression. She remembered multiple people’s regular orders without checking the screen*ñ—a skill that deserves its own award ceremony.

Then there’s Nanny, who was working the register like she was conducting a symphony. I swear every order flowed smoothly because of her. She’s the kind of person who makes you feel lighter just by talking to you for 30 seconds. She complimented someone’s nails, joked with a customer having a rough day, and somehow kept the line moving fast enough that nobody even had time to impatiently refresh their phones. If Starbucks is ever looking for someone to train employees worldwide, Nanny should be the candidate.

And Emm… listen. Emm is the reason your drink tastes better than usual and you don’t know why. Their bar-making talent should honestly be studied. My drink came out looking like it belonged in a commercial—foam perfect, drizzle symmetrical, temperature ideal. Emm works with this quiet focus that screams professionalism, but the moment you talk to them, they’re funny, calm, and effortlessly kind. The balance? Impeccable. You can tell they actually care about the craft and not just the job.

What stood out most was how well the three of them worked together. There was no chaos, no shouting across the café, no mixed-up orders—just pure teamwork. At one point, K handed off a drink to Emm with such smooth coordination it felt choreographed. Meanwhile, Nanny was connecting with customers like she’d known them for years, keeping the mood light and the line moving. I’ve been to many Starbucks locations, but few operate at this level of synergy.

The store itself was clean, the music was the perfect volume, and every customer left smiling—because how could you not with this trio setting the tone?

Starbucks corporate, if you’re reading this: K, Nanny, and Emm are your A-team. Protect them at all costs. Promote them. Give them their own beverage line.They made this visit unforgettable, and I’ll absolutely be back.“

“I normally wouldn't rate a Dunkin. We all generally know what to expect. This location is a gem. The doughnuts were wonderful, the coffees were wonderful, but best of all, the staff were genuinely kind and friendly. Literally, the best Dunkin doughnuts we have had.“

“Came today for a late breakfast. Ordered the Hash Bowl and my fiance had the biscuits and gravy and a side of candied bacon.
His food was good. Not great. Mine on the other hand, I had to send back. Was room temperature and crudely thrown together. Another was promptly brought out. You can tell the ingredients don't touch a pan, it's just thrown together like a child might do. It was edible but not something I would recommend. Also....to charge almost $11 for this and it to have the presentation it is does is just bad business.
They didn't provide complimentary snickers oodles biscuits though, due to the long wait on our food.
Might go again and try a biscuit dish.
