“To whoever made our sandwiches on 10/19/25 around 11 AM… I don’t know your name, but I hope the Lord blesses you, keeps you, and personally ensures your bread never runs out. Because what you did in that Subway was nothing short of divine intervention.

These sandwiches weren’t just good. They were perfection.You don’t learn that in training — that’s a gift.

I genuinely had to sit for a moment and reflect on my life choices. Like… how have I been walking around this Earth eating regular sandwiches when this existed? You restored my faith in fast food, humanity, and possibly the entire Subway franchise.

If you ever see this — please know you made someone’s whole week. You didn’t just make lunch; you made a memory.

“We always enjoy going to Jersey Mikes and getting our favorite Hoagie …but you know it is a special place when Becky remembers what kind of sandwich you get and she has not seen you in awhile ( she was on vacation !) Becky ALWAYS GREATS US LIKE FAMILY !! She makes us feel VERY SPECIAL when we drop in for lunch. We even got to meet her Mom and Dad a couple of months ago…and the friendliness of her family is AMAZING !! We sure do know what store we are going to when it is Jersey Mikes Day !! The store is always clean and the staff is always friendly and FUN !!

“Every time we go to the one on Bristol Hwy and Jeanine is working it’s a great experience she is the best at what she does we usually have a problem with some of the others not wanting to make our sandwich the way we like ( nothing ever over the top) and her personality is so cheerful and welcoming and the place is always clean! We always go back at least once a week and if she isn’t working we go to a whole different restaurant!“

“Went in today at lunch and it was very busy. EVERYONE working was very pleasant and nice! Spoke with 2 of the female employees making my sandwich and very much enjoyed the conversation. Remember when you go into any business....Please treat the employees with Kindness! We are all human!

5/23/25 I did an app order. The app applied the wrong time. I called the store... as ALWAYS NICE, not a problem , no BS. They changed the time , food PERFECT! Thank you guys for being in this small town!!!“

Tried to get a sandwich last Saturday at about 2:00 pm and again today at roughly the same time, and they were out of French bread on both days. So, on both occasions my husband and I went elsewhere for lunch. Not sure what’s going on, but how does a sandwich shop not have bread prepared on two consecutive Saturdays?“

I think today was the best experience I've ever had at a subway, the lovely lady was so patient with us, especially my little sister, who is really quiet, and waited for her to order. “My coworkers and I ate here for lunch only one person was working a female with dark hair there were roughly 10 people in line and it was the fastest service I have gotten at a subway ever she was very quick great customer service and made everything great at this location.

Parking: This location is beside a Shell gas station which is very busy and limited parking

“This place is fantastic! I ordered 5 small sandwiches, all with different toppings and each one being a different sandwich. The girl with the glasses was very helpful when ordering and the tall man with long-ish hair was very friendly. They got out food out quick and hot. 10/10 would recommend. The whole family loved it!!!“

“The workers are very sweet and helpful. They change gloves and start your order. if there is only one worker that has to make the subs and cash you out. They wash their hands and change gloves before starting. They have plenty of options to choose from. They make your sub the way you order it. “My boyfriend and I were in the Elizabethton Subway , the Ladies that were working on 5/8/25 were very nice and the service was Great! The one woman was in training,she did a great job on our subs! “The place was very clean! The food was typical good Subway quality and fresh. The restrooms were clean and well stocked. As we entered we were greeted with smiles and a polite “Welcome, what can we get for you today?” As we left they “wished us safe travels” and “have a good afternoon.” This is a good stop including a BP station and convince store. It has easy on and off of the interstate and is only .1 mile from the interstate. I highly recommend the food, service, restrooms and fuel!“
