“We don't get up here very often, but wow what a great deal. We got the family meal and it was so much that our family of 6 ate on it twice. Great chicken fingers that even my picky eaters were happy. Dinning area is a little dated, but service and price make this a must if you are up in the mountain.“

“It is a nice, clean, franchise location, with a very nice owner. I happened to have met the owner on multiple occasions, who had to make subs because this location is infested with unprofessional and rude staff which they had to fire. So for a brief period of time, they had one worker for day shifts with the owner of this location pitching in. Since then they have hired new staff, but you might want to watch them because they have messed up a sandwich or two before on accident. Yummy sandwiches.“

“Best steak in a sack ever! This place has been a staple for Chattanooga since the 80’s and it still turns out amazing food. Great hamburgers, sandwiches and superb onion rings- you can’t go wrong at the original Ankar’s on Brainerd Road!“

They're always super nice and the food is always good, except for the fries!

The fries have tasted nasty the last three times I've gotten them. I've looked at them and they're not burnt, and I don't see a green tint on them, but they taste old and very earthy. I don't know if they just got a bad batch of potatoes in or what but I haven't been able to eat my fries for these past few times“

“I come here at least two times a week and every time it is a good time! This is my favorite Chick-fil-A and I have one closer to me. That should say something. Way to go Chick-fil-A crew.“

“We were in Chattanooga and my wife wanted a Hardee's biscuit. It was a little after 11am so we hit up the East Ridge location. My wife's order was a custom one but they nailed it and had our food to us quickly. Everything tasted fresh and great, plus it was good and hot which surprised me since they were about to stop serving breakfast.“

They seem to have the secret sauce when it comes to, well-- everything. No, not their polonisian (but it's good!). Their intentionality, their STANDARD, their people, and their people's commitment to their standard is truly worthy of imitation. But there are few others. It's no surprise to me now WHY their line wraps around their buildings EVERYDAY. But it moves quickly! 🚗💨 Yes, their chicken is good but an "everyday" visit for lunch just doesn't have the same feel at other places -- EVERYday. Chic filet is consistent. Go! You will see agreement IN ACTION between their people and Chic filet's standard that dictates that smooth flow of service for you every time. In contrast, the spirit of our now 'severed world' dictates that people act according to their "rights". But actually "rights" must be rooted in WHAT is RIGHT because RIGHT HAS A STANDARD. Just like at Chick-fil-A a person can't just do whatever he or she FEELS is right (to them) or the flow is sure to be compromised -- for the whole team! 😔 So thank you Chick-fil-A for being such a wonderful example ❤️. “So please with this restaurant! Were not planning to go, but went at last minute because we had to be downtown delayed for an hour…The food is delicious and the service is wonderful….fast, yet tasty and special! The guys running the place are super and make you feel at home…
Cool vibes inside the restaurant and fun to go because Shaq is the endorser, and it sits on the main downtown street of Chatt!“

“Food was good hot and freshly made no issues, unfortunately this time a family came in and was vaping and made the whole place smell bad We couldn't hardly breathe around it so we had to leave before we finished our meal, this location doesn't have any no smoking or vaping signs on the entry, so we didn't feel like we could mention it to the workers.“

“My daughter wanted to visit Raising Canes during our Tennessee visit. We were not dissapointed. The restuarant was clean, colorful, and roomy. Even with a family of 6, everyone enjoyed their meal! We are dog lovers and especially liked the story about Todd and Raising Cane!“

“I’ve always loved this place and until now I’ve never had any issues at all. But this is my second review because the experience at the 3rd Street location has really been disappointing. I waited about 10 minutes for them to confirm a DoorDash order and ended up having to cancel it. They rarely answer the phone, and when you go inside they seem to get an attitude, especially with larger orders, even though they’re not the ones cooking. It’s frustrating enough that I’d rather go to the Brainerd location or try another wing spot from now on.“

“Nestled inside a gas station hides the greatest fried chicken, gizzards, livers, and turnip greens in all of Chattanooga.

Try it at your own risk as it will ruin you for other establishments. Especially the turnip greens and cornbread muffins combined.“

“This location has 2 ladies that work the front of house and grill that make this place the best Krystal location in town. The store is clean, the service is with real effort and the food is perfect. When a Krystal burger is cooked right, it's like cotton candy, it melts in your mouth. Love these 2 ladies. Been coming here for years.“

“Ordered Mac and cheese bites that were prepared fresh (worth the wait) the cashier was friendly and even gave our Beef and Cheddar sandwiches to us so we could eat while we waited for the Mac and cheese bites which was thoughtful. Not likely to happen most of the time but she provided a good service for Arby's. She should get a raise most places would just ask you to pull up and you end up getting hot cheese bites and a cold Beef and Cheddar.

Parking: I wouldn't say that they lack parking spots but the parking is sorta awkward like.“

You know how some DQs hand you a lopsided cone and a Blizzard that looks full but was only mixed on top, and the bottom 75% was soft serve? Not here. This location actually serves stuff that looks like the ads—tall, clean swirls, solid mix-ins, no mess.

They’re fast, the place is clean, and the staff actually seem like they don’t hate being there, which is rare enough to mention. It’s way better than the other DQ nearby, where everything feels like a training day gone wrong and it’s the customers fault lol

If you’re stopping off the interstate, don’t be scared, this DQ won’t disappoint.“

“Walked in to a small line, short wait. The kitchen worker was walking in from I think walking someones food to their car he was walking quickly with purpose. The food was made very quickly and was to my knowlege the best Arbys I've had in a long time. The lobby could use a wipe down but we found a clean table. Good overall experice.“

Bacon was nice & crispy, drinks from Sonic are always consistent, & deal prices are really good compared to other big chains around the area. Honestly, I’m starting to notice an increase in quality of Sonic Burgers over the last year or so, & this location was no exception. Overall good meal & kudos to Jude for being an excellent server.“

“Once upon a time Great customer service. Not so much any more. Wait times are ridiculous. I ordered a kids meal on the app. Pull up to the stall when the place was empty. While waiting I watched 3 vehicles pulled up to the drive through gordered food and all 3 got there food and left while I'm still sitting there. Never do the put sauce in the bags and if they do they put the wrong stuff. Another time the lady hands me a dripping cup Carrie. I hate to set it down to fix the 2 ocean water lids. Needless to say the blue leaked through the corner of the cup holder and left a blue spot on my seat for a month. Times where I had to go back because they were missing whole meals . And I don't like having to change reviews. But enough is enough. If I could rate it a 0 I would.“
