“Pretty good food. The lady behind the counter wasn’t rude but said very little. I had the chicken sandwich meal. I think the better deal is the chicken fingers cause you get a couple more fingers in exchange for the bread for the same price.“

“It is a nice, clean, franchise location, with a very nice owner. I happened to have met the owner on multiple occasions, who had to make subs because this location is infested with unprofessional and rude staff which they had to fire. So for a brief period of time, they had one worker for day shifts with the owner of this location pitching in. Since then they have hired new staff, but you might want to watch them because they have messed up a sandwich or two before on accident. Yummy sandwiches.“

“Best service as I’ve become a regular. The chicken fried rider is sooooo crispy and with the lettuce creates a one of one flavor! The hummus with pita is otherworldly. The flavor depth is what keeps me coming back truly. If you crave something sweet try their original baklava as it’ll have you scrambling back for more. I love that they are inclusive and each time I dine whether to go or eat in I feel like I’m apart of their family. If you get onion rings ask for them extra crispy it’ll blow your socks off so make sure to wear two pairs! I’d go as far to say this is a Chattanooga must visit! This is Chattanooga’s hidden gem hands down!“

They're always super nice and the food is always good, except for the fries!

The fries have tasted nasty the last three times I've gotten them. I've looked at them and they're not burnt, and I don't see a green tint on them, but they taste old and very earthy. I don't know if they just got a bad batch of potatoes in or what but I haven't been able to eat my fries for these past few times“

“From the time we got in line to getting our food, the experience was pleasant. Although there were several cars ahead of us, the wait wasn’t as long as I’d expected it to be. The lady that took our order was precise and made sure it was correct. When we got to the window, the young lady greeted us, took our payment, gave us our order, and thanked us for coming. Overall, the whole visit lasted about 10 mins, which I was very pleased with. Our food was hot and just the way we’d ordered it.“

“There is a manager on morning shift, that throughout time knows my order and how I want it. I order usually the same thing every morning, and it’s always delicious. Cheesy fiesta potato burrito with no tomato add creamy jalapeño sauce. This is the best Taco Bell location and shout out to the manager Karissa (hopefully that’s how you spell it.) for being the friendliest person and understanding person. She definitely deserves a raise in my book. If you want an unparalleled experience I highly recommend the Taco Bell in Hixson on 153.“

“"A team" Go to Chic filet and you'll see one ❤️. I marvel every time I witness what it is that they do that sets them apart in our everyday world full of chaos. They seem to have the secret sauce when it comes to, well-- everything. No, not their polonisian (but it's good!). Their intentionality, their STANDARD, their people, and their people's commitment to their standard is truly worthy of imitation. But there are few others. It's no surprise to me now WHY their line wraps around their buildings EVERYDAY. But it moves quickly! 🚗💨 Yes, their chicken is good but an "everyday" visit for lunch just doesn't have the same feel at other places -- EVERYday. Chic filet is consistent. Go! You will see agreement IN ACTION between their people and Chic filet's standard that dictates that smooth flow of service for you every time. In contrast, the spirit of our now 'severed world' dictates that people act according to their "rights". But actually "rights" must be rooted in WHAT is RIGHT because RIGHT HAS A STANDARD. Just like at Chick-fil-A a person can't just do whatever he or she FEELS is right (to them) or the flow is sure to be compromised -- for the whole team! 😔 So thank you Chick-fil-A for being such a wonderful example ❤️. “For the most part the service and food here is good. There are moments that could use some work. I will say that the Bojangles coffee is the only coffee I have ever been able to drink black. It is delicious. One downside for the people who can’t do spicy they got rid of the home style chicken biscuit. I hope one day they will bring it back.“

“It’s Hardee’s.. never a nice cashier but the food is always good. When a customer says thank you, say SOMETHING back. Anything. Literally all I ever get from a Hardee’s employee is.. nothing. No smile. Nothing… but it’s ok, because they have country ham and biscuit and biscuit and gravy. Both are SO GOOD.. so I’ll continue to eat breakfast at Hardee’s when I see one near me.“

“Ordered Mac and cheese bites that were prepared fresh (worth the wait) the cashier was friendly and even gave our Beef and Cheddar sandwiches to us so we could eat while we waited for the Mac and cheese bites which was thoughtful. Not likely to happen most of the time but she provided a good service for Arby's. She should get a raise most places would just ask you to pull up and you end up getting hot cheese bites and a cold Beef and Cheddar.

Parking: I wouldn't say that they lack parking spots but the parking is sorta awkward like.“

“I had an issue with an order over the weekend. Come Monday I went to the store and explained my issues. The manager was totally understanding and helped with my order. One of the best customer service related manager. Food was great!

“I usually only stop here on a work commute. So I am usually in a rush. And food is always made quickly. People are really nice. It's always clean inside. And the food is good if you like Taco Bell. One of the best Taco Bells I've been.“

“This location has 2 ladies that work the front of house and grill that make this place the best Krystal location in town. The store is clean, the service is with real effort and the food is perfect. When a Krystal burger is cooked right, it's like cotton candy, it melts in your mouth. Love these 2 ladies. Been coming here for years.“

From the time we pulled up until we got our food and left, the service was great. It’s been a LONG time since I’ve had a wonderful experience at this location. Id stopped visiting because of the poor customer service but I’m happy to say that I will be back.“

“It's a Chic-fil-a! In the mall!!! The last of the restaurants actually in the mall, not on the outskirts.....Food is always good and out to you promptly just like the standalone versions. Service is always with a smile and "my pleasure". Sweet tea will always be my go to with a Number one on a whole wheat bun with Xtra pickles. What do I miss most??? Carrot raisin salad!!!!

However, today I went because one of my favorite restaurants was closed.
I came here to tell you that my food was amazing. It was fresh well made and correct! Let me add that the service was also friendly and prompt. I promise I will go back. “Tues July 22 about 1:30. Ordered Nachos and tried the new chicken strips. They came out cold and both were small. I inquired to the young man at the register he said no worries I will get you a better replacement. He delivered them shortly and even had an Xtra one in the serving. That's great customer service. You know how some DQs hand you a lopsided cone and a Blizzard that looks full but was only mixed on top, and the bottom 75% was soft serve? Not here. This location actually serves stuff that looks like the ads—tall, clean swirls, solid mix-ins, no mess.

They’re fast, the place is clean, and the staff actually seem like they don’t hate being there, which is rare enough to mention. It’s way better than the other DQ nearby, where everything feels like a training day gone wrong and it’s the customers fault lol

I was harsh, but the facts I stated were factual. 2 months later I came back in for a smashburger and this time, no pickles just like I had requested. I wish i liked pickles but I hate them and believe all pickles are created by Satan himself in the darkest part of hell. Jokes aside, they redeeemed themselves. Thankfully I also work in the area and able to come more often. I have worked for subway in the past myself and I have to say she does an amazing job! I was a little nervous about if they would be warm and fresh since they were coming from Chattanooga. But I worried for nothing. They were there on time, they were professional, they set up in a timely manner and displayed them perfectly. And they were still warm and very fresh. Thank you for helping to make our day perfect.
