“Way too slow. MANY employees standing around in a back room talking and not working. If they couldn't be preparing the food, they could have been cleaning, restocking supplies etc making things easier later. My drink sat there with the ice melting while the food was served to me which by the way was cold.“

“What I liked about this McDonald’s is that they never charge me for anything extra when I get their food, they have some good breakfast and good coffee and I love their breakfast all day with the chicken strips too if they ever bring it back.“

“I work late nights as a server bartender in the deep ellum area and often come here after work for quick easy food. Courtney is always so helpful and has a great attitude. I’ve seen people drunk cussing, screaming and throwing stuff and he always is so calm and friendly. He even deals with the homeless walking up harassing cars for money. I legit come here because of Courtney and I hope they realize how special of an asset they have there. Make this man a manager already!!!!“

“Stopped by for lunch since I was working in the area. The food was super delicious. My burger was hot and juicy and my nuggets and fries were fresh and golden brown. This is a very busy location kind of hard to get a work truck in the parking lot. With this food being so good and the location swamped at lunch they should definitely have a bigger parking lot.“

“Right off I35, this location is open 24 hours. The staff was fast and friendly. The food was hot and tasted just like it should. The store was nice and clean. On top of most receipts you can get a free burger( buy one, get one free) if you go to a secure website and just give a review of your visit( takes about 5 minutes) you get a code to get your free burger ? ! So we were able to get 2 quarter pond cheeseburgers ? for the price of one! I recommend this location if you are driving late at night and are hungry!“

“Look I know, it’s an airport McDonald’s. How good could it really be? How bad could it really be? Let me tell ya, a lot of places start to throw service and quality out the window when the lines start piling up at DFW. But not these guys. These unsung heroes holding it down in D Terminal don’t even flinch. They’re on a mission, and that mission is to provide the best experience anyone can have at a McDonald’s. “The young Hispanic manager that worked on 5/23/2025 at 6:55-7:00 am was very professional and very kind. I was having a problem on the app and he didn’t question me and helped me how he see fit. This McDonald’s definitely needs to promote him higher. He shows empathy and respect to his customers. “My grandkids love it I hate it about every 3 orders are not right last time I shorted 2 cheeseburgers was to far away to go back .it makes it hard when you don't personally check your order when when you have more than one hamburger and fries.i called but never got the chance to go back to get the 2 burgers my fault for not checking before I left. It's really not uncommon for them to forget something“

“FINALLY! You guys did it. I went through the drive in for a Mocha frappe and a fries. The young man (he was wearing a black sweater with designs, glasses, hair pulled back, almost a sandy color) was sooooo polite when he took my order. Well spoken and professional.

Drove to the next window and the next young lady handed me my mocha frappe and said; "hello my friend!!" Y'all, I almost lost it. That was the sweetest thing I have ever heard! Young lady you made my day. I just stared at her for a few seconds. I'm not use to the level of politness.

This isn't a bad location and every time I come I never have a problem...food is always on point for me, but to call me a friend, baby she almost made me cry. Thank you, thank you, thank you for making my food fresh and showing such exemplary customer service. Sorry, guys I wished I had gotten their names. “Love hitting this location for breakfast every weekend with my hubby. Nice to see the familiar friendly faces and nice relaxing meal every Saturday. The hashbrowns need to be less oily, the coffee in the lobby so we can refill on our own and not have to wait in line begging others who are ordering and the cream and sugar easily accessible as well. Besides these two issues I face at all locations, still highly recommend for a nice leisurely meal with amazing coffee!!!“

“A decent McDonald's until it gets busy then it's bad. The drive through can be difficult during peak hours as you accidentally block in other folks parking. Due to how the drive through works multiple people jump the line by driving around to the outside lane. The service is decent, it's folks doing their best with what they have given the circumstances.“

Two/three days ago, I stepped in noticing they had the Pokemon promotion, and wanted to buy one of each toyset that was available, and he really pulled through for me! I'm really thankful! I'm sorry for losing the receipt, I didn't intend to, but it flew out the window when I had them down and I wasn't thinking. I hope this still counts! This manager here was a guy, maybe around my age of 36, maybe a little more, decently fit, wears their shirt with an extra button undone (at least that day they did, I understand it gets hot in those kitchens!) “McDonald's is pretty good on service. This place was not too crowded at the time that I went. The food was hot and good. The price was fair. It was breakfast time.

“Good old dependable MCDonalds. The sauce issue is always weird to me. I ask for extra sauce with the intention of paying and I'm always made to feel as if I'm asking for a lot. It's just sauce. I'll pay the price. Must I receive the extra grief for wanting more sauce?“

“This location is closer but I've always ordered the same thing at most of the locations. When I ordered my burger I add mac sauce and the Coit location charges $.75 upcharge when other locations be $.30 (proof in picture). Especially when these burgers so small why overcharge. Just my opinion.“

“Most professional McDonald's I have ever been to. The managers were both very well dressed, out front managing operations. It was clean, the food was excellent (Disclaimer: I actually hate McDonald's and only stopped at this one because it was close, I was starving, and I only had a few minutes to eat before a work call) so for me to compliment the food, is truly saying something. Very very impressed with this location.“

“It's a 24 hour mcdonalds. They're good at what they do. They might not get to you very quickly if youre alone in the lobby but they'll get to you and get your order right in my experiences.
The drive thru lane has a raised curb border that traps you inside of it, which literally cost me the suspension of my Doordash account because I saw in there too long waiting for an UberEATS McDonald's order that I wanted to cancel but couldn't because A) too many cancellations will get you banned from that platform too, and B) My car is trapped in there by the vehicles in front and behind me and the barriers to the sides of me, so I had no choice but to wonder what the heck was going on 5 vehicles ahead of me for 25 minutes at 3:00 AM and to watch my Doordash get angrier and angrier, BUT it was my own fault for trusting any fast food drive thru at 3 AM to be reasonably quick while I was one "contract violation" away from termination on the DoorDash platform. At least I didn't also lose my UberEATS account to this McDonalds; that was killed a few days later by the Taco Bell next to Cityplace taking a whole-A hour on their customers one time at 4 AM.

Parking: It's a small parking lot with multiple entrances and it's very busy with drive thru traffic, so watch out for your butt when you're pulling out of your parking spots“

“I have worked in several McDonald's for more than 10 years, I no longer work in that, I dedicate myself to something else but this McDonald's maintains all quality standards, fresh food, fast service, they are very friendly and above all, the lobby is very clean, one of the best and visited keep it up ?“

“McD is the delicious destination for my kids always ready for a meal day or night doesn't matter. You can grab the fresh options when needed as some of them run pretty late. Try look for or ask for new items you will be surprise by the options available. We like this place mostly due to close proximity.“

“Today, I had the pleasure of visiting your restaurant. After placing my order, I waited, and soon realized how well the employee treated me—with great respect. He even offered me a special sauce twice, which was a nice touch. I was genuinely surprised because the overall customer service in the area is often quite poor. People are usually unhappy, and it shows in how they interact with you. However, your employee was exceptional—always smiling and attentive, even to the Uber drivers. Before leaving, I asked him his name, and he told me it was Jesus. I hope you take good care of him, as he is very talented. Otherwise, someone else might offer him a job. “I use to visit this McDonald's alot once I moved to Texas. Food was always hot and fresh. They nuggets don't be soggy, they fries don't be greasy, everything be on point. It was always female's working. I didn't even eat McDonald's no more they had got so bad where I'm from. When it's cooked right it's alright after all. “We were greeted with plenty of smiles as soon as we walked inn. It just took a few minutes for us too place our order. Once we placed our order it only took a few minutes for our order too be made. We were able too enjoy our freshly made breakfast.“

“I've only ordered here via mobile pickup, and all McDonald's have done an amazing job of making this process very quick and this location is no different. I don't think any of the McDonald's menu items are worthy of a five-star, but I do think the service is worth five stars because I've never gotten an order wrong and it's been exactly what I've expected it to be. The atmosphere is always clean, and meeting fast food chain expectations are above. I only give it a 4 out of five because the front of the location has been closed down for a number of months due to what appears to be a play place sign that's at risk of falling down. It may be due to a storm or something, but if that's the case it's been a while. The parking is definitely a bit cramped.

“I like that Mrs. Rosi keeps the bathrooms and tables very clean. I have been eating there for 3 months and one day the lady was not there, the bathrooms were very dirty and I don't think it's a pleasure that they make her clean the parking lots.“

“I came to this McDonald's location for a very late dinner. After I went to the dallas symphony orchestra concert. It was 10 PM and when I arrived, there were three or four cars in front of me. I had to wait for a little bit for my turn to order. I ordered a ten piece chicken mcnugget meal with a sprite for drink. They got it out for me pretty quickly. The staff were nice and I don't have anything bad to say about this place. I know but mcdonald's is not the healthiest option out there, but I am always thankful that they are open late for those who need food after hours

Parking: I simply love the fact that they have a big parking lot with plenty of spots, always available. So I can sit in my car and eat alone in peace

“Good Taste! The drive through is left open while the interior is closed. Obviously for reasons of safety. The food isn't always fresh, and the staff isn't always the best at providing services. Their ice cream maker appears to be perpetually "broken." What can I say—pretty it's much your standard, everyday McDonald's. When I don't have time to make breakfast in the morning, I occasionally go here, and I almost always receive my order swiftly and typically extremely fresh. I have occasionally received my sandwich just to discover that it has been under a warmer for a little too long, which is why I am taking away two points. Other than that, it's your standard McDonald's, like I said.“

“Honestly the best mcdonalds in dfw. This place runs like a well oiled machine. They handle the lunch rush really good. The wait is always super short, never more than 5 minutes. They guy talking the order has a really good personality and is really friendly. And as someone who doesn’t like all the sauces on my burger, i will tell you this location has never gotten my burger wrong. I go here a lot because i work close by and they have never messed my order up. Whoever is running this joint needs a raise“
