“I ordered on one of the kiosks on the way to the restaurant. There was virtually no wait when I arrived. Somehow along the way I ordered incorrectly I guess and was given two drinks. That was fine, and I was just going to purchase the fries so I stepped over to do that and the manager said the error wasn’t mine, it was theirs. He didn’t charge me for the fries. I don’t think they made any error, but they went above and beyond to have a happy customer.“

“I just wanted to leave a comment today we was in drive-thru placing some others we was checking out food and we told the gentleman how we want our burgers to be fixed but when we take our burgers he didn't follow instructions. I know that we're not perfect people but when you specified at least three times how you want your burgers to be fixed because sometimes people have allergies to certain foods. I am allergic to certain kinds of dairy products and especially mayonnaise. But the service was excellent I'm not the type of person to get a attitude when we can work together to resolve the issue sometime. But in this case McDonald's has been around for a long time especially when it comes to Happy Meals. My grandson love his Happy Meals from McDonald's restaurants..... I will never take that away from him 💜.“

“Right off I35, this location is open 24 hours. The staff was fast and friendly. The food was hot and tasted just like it should. The store was nice and clean. On top of most receipts you can get a free burger( buy one, get one free) if you go to a secure website and just give a review of your visit( takes about 5 minutes) you get a code to get your free burger ? ! So we were able to get 2 quarter pond cheeseburgers ? for the price of one! I recommend this location if you are driving late at night and are hungry!“

“Love hitting this location for breakfast every weekend with my hubby. Nice to see the familiar friendly faces and nice relaxing meal every Saturday. The hashbrowns need to be less oily, the coffee in the lobby so we can refill on our own and not have to wait in line begging others who are ordering and the cream and sugar easily accessible as well. Besides these two issues I face at all locations, still highly recommend for a nice leisurely meal with amazing coffee!!!“

“FINALLY! You guys did it. I went through the drive in for a Mocha frappe and a fries. The young man (he was wearing a black sweater with designs, glasses, hair pulled back, almost a sandy color) was sooooo polite when he took my order. Well spoken and professional.

Drove to the next window and the next young lady handed me my mocha frappe and said; "hello my friend!!" Y'all, I almost lost it. That was the sweetest thing I have ever heard! Young lady you made my day. I just stared at her for a few seconds. I'm not use to the level of politness.

This isn't a bad location and every time I come I never have a problem...food is always on point for me, but to call me a friend, baby she almost made me cry. “Good place to stop for breakfast. Ordered some food passing through Dallas. Quick service and food tastes great. Everything was good except drinks they were not full all the way but aside from that everything was good. Customer service was a little dry employees seemed bored they did not smile at all.“

“Niche reason for a review, but one of the managers here really helped me out! Two/three days ago, I stepped in noticing they had the Pokemon promotion, and wanted to buy one of each toyset that was available, and he really pulled through for me! I'm really thankful! I'm sorry for losing the receipt, I didn't intend to, but it flew out the window when I had them down and I wasn't thinking. I hope this still counts! This manager here was a guy, maybe around my age of 36, maybe a little more, decently fit, wears their shirt with an extra button undone (at least that day they did, I understand it gets hot in those kitchens!) “I haven't visited McDonald's for more than a year for various common, unspoken reasons. On a whim, I stopped in to get breakfast to-go for my husband and me. The young guy at the register must have been in training, as someone had to step in to correct not just mine, but several customers' orders. He was pleasant, though. Surprisingly, my order was fresh, hot, and looked as if someone cared about how it looked. The restaurant was clean, and seemed to be a local hangout for older gentlemen! I will visit this particular McDonald's again.“

“This McD is not very big but my order is always fast and correctly placed and makes my order. Food is always warm as well as fresh. My thing is the coffee if that's not correct it could through my whole morning run off. But I'm pleased to report that it tastes amazing , it also smells fantastic. Who needs Starbucks!“

“I was surprised to see this place. It’s a small McDonald’s with a drive thru and walk up windows. I don’t think I saw indoor seating but they do have a small patio area with several seating tables that are Gated in. Food was very good and came out quickly. I’m surprised that there aren’t more of these places. Some people just want to walk up and order or just pick up their order instead of waiting in a long drive thru line. Parking is a somewhat problem to me. If drive thru is long it does block some cars in.“

“I take children to McDonald's sometimes. The environment is great and children play together. They have a quick friendly service. The only problem is that the French fries ? in MacDonald are in small pieces and sometimes it tastes bitter. I also go to Burger King sometimes, Their French fries are big and taste better.“

The ladies behind the counter were like frightened little birds. I say that because I’m just gonna be straight with you, this is not the greatest neighborhood. I can’t even begin to imagine what type of riffraff come in here and harass these employees. You can see American Airlines Center from here. I-35 is just a stone throw away. Always order ahead, no matter WHERE you go. Faster service that way.“

“My visit at this MacDonald’s was after the usually expected Lunch Rush so I was able to walk right up to one of their “Self-Order” “Full Menu” things (I don’t know what they call them, sorry) & my food was delivered to my table very quickly. There were maybe 1/2 Dozen people there & everything went like clock-work. The place was nice & clean. The tables & booths were clean. It was a very nice place for a late lunch.“

“This is a great McDonald's. I've stopped by a few times because they have the new spicy breakfast McMuffin and that's not currently available at a lot of McDonald's. The spicy is okay. It still needs some Cholula hot sauce IMHO. The drive-thru's a little goofy, you basically have to make a lap around the building to get in. “It's a 24 hour mcdonalds. They're good at what they do. They might not get to you very quickly if youre alone in the lobby but they'll get to you and get your order right in my experiences.
The drive thru lane has a raised curb border that traps you inside of it, which literally cost me the suspension of my Doordash account because I saw in there too long waiting for an UberEATS McDonald's order that I wanted to cancel but couldn't because A) too many cancellations will get you banned from that platform too, and B) My car is trapped in there by the vehicles in front and behind me and the barriers to the sides of me, so I had no choice but to wonder what the heck was going on 5 vehicles ahead of me for 25 minutes at 3:00 AM and to watch my Doordash get angrier and angrier, BUT it was my own fault for trusting any fast food drive thru at 3 AM to be reasonably quick while I was one "contract violation" away from termination on the DoorDash platform. At least I didn't also lose my UberEATS account to this McDonalds; that was killed a few days later by the Taco Bell next to Cityplace taking a whole-A hour on their customers one time at 4 AM.

Parking: It's a small parking lot with multiple entrances and it's very busy with drive thru traffic, so watch out for your butt when you're pulling out of your parking spots“

“Not as sure about the atmosphere but the food here has been amazing in terms of quality consistently. Whenever I get a sandwich elsewhere, it’s sometimes oily at the bottom but here the buns are fresh every time. Their nuggets and fries are also always the perfect crisp. So delicious“

I ordered the $5 Bundle with a McDouble, and it was perfectly made—juicy beef patty, melty cheese, and just the right amount of pickles and onions for that classic taste. They didn't have everything and was limited on a few choices but if you was willing to wait it was coming hot.For my horrible 3-4 experience at the downtown location without resolution and basing my experience on its own merits. “I've only ordered here via mobile pickup, and all McDonald's have done an amazing job of making this process very quick and this location is no different. I don't think any of the McDonald's menu items are worthy of a five-star, but I do think the service is worth five stars because I've never gotten an order wrong and it's been exactly what I've expected it to be. The atmosphere is always clean, and meeting fast food chain expectations are above. I only give it a 4 out of five because the front of the location has been closed down for a number of months due to what appears to be a play place sign that's at risk of falling down. It may be due to a storm or something, but if that's the case it's been a while. The parking is definitely a bit cramped.

Parking: There are a number of parking spots here and all of it is free, however it is a bit cramped. It's not uncommon for the majority of the lot to be filled.“

“I came to this McDonald's location for a very late dinner. After I went to the dallas symphony orchestra concert. It was 10 PM and when I arrived, there were three or four cars in front of me. I had to wait for a little bit for my turn to order. I ordered a ten piece chicken mcnugget meal with a sprite for drink. They got it out for me pretty quickly. The staff were nice and I don't have anything bad to say about this place. I know but mcdonald's is not the healthiest option out there, but I am always thankful that they are open late for those who need food after hours

Parking: I simply love the fact that they have a big parking lot with plenty of spots, always available. So I can sit in my car and eat alone in peace
