“When I went to the Jack in the box it was about 5:00 p.m. after work ,since its across the street from hobby airport I just automatically assumed that it was going to be probably packed not packed but good amount of people in there. Well that was only one other person there besides me eating. The service was good they didn't take long making the food and the food was prepared very well. Employees were very nice and patient end the music they had playing was a pretty mellow perfect just like for getting off work and just wanted to relax and eat something I never had any recommended Jack in the box even if there was one closer to my house I would skip that one and go to the one across from hobby airport on airport boulevard.“

“They had pretty good service even though the lady gave me a hash brown instead of fries . When I came back They corrected the issue without any attitude or problem. The food was fresh and hot. The woman in the drive thru mic and window was very nice also. I didn't mind the confusion because they let me keep the hash brown. I like places that own their mistake and fix it with no issue. We need more restaurants like this one. I don't mind coming back to this location because they fixed the issue with smile. The inside of the store was clean and there wasn't a long line inside either.“
“They came through FAST in a pinch. My hungry lads of 7 & 9 were hangry after a day at the beach. Everyone left happy. Just be careful if you are crossing the drive-thru lane. Even though it is clearly marked for pedestrians, people simply do not pay attention like they should.“

“This store is amazing. Today I went and got hot fresh food but the best part is the way this store is run. TyAndrea at the window had a huge smile she is so nice and just makes you enjoy the visit. This store has the best employees they are always so nice chatty and and look happy to be there. I love it. This kind of customer service has been lost at most other stores but not here. I also had no lettuce on my tacos and as usual they pay attention and always get my order right. The food is hot and fresh and the service is top notch.

“I’m a frequent morning customer and I always get the same most of the time and I love the service I get from the morning shift. Always smiling and ready to serve. It’s my favorite shift. Been in the evenings and most young people not as friendly and slightly rude without no patience. This is why I choose the morning to get what I like. “This store is enroute to my place of employment. I stop occasionally when I'm in the mood for trash panda ( 🦝 ) food. Service is always top tier, food hot\fresh\accurate, prices have not moved back to anything reasonable, but hey it presi-nomics right?
Vegetarian options: The only thing you have a chance of having vegetarian is the first drop fries... everything else touches protein.
Dietary restrictions: Not if you're on any kind of diet ...

“Of all the Jack in the Box’s in the area, this one has the least homeless people and the cleanest tables. That’s a 100% guarantee. The one on Hillcroft is a Cooling Station now for people to escape the heat and enjoy some free air conditioning.“
“Customer service was great, for breakfast I only go yo Jack in the Box for one thing and that is a breakfast jack no ham add chicken, I normally only get it in Dallas because everyone messes up my simple order. The cashier got it right the first time and was so help although she had just started working there. The downfall of this place is the panhandlers directly outside the drive through window, it is not safe for customers or even the young lady. I went at 6:50am on Saturday.“

“I mean obviously it's not five star food in the overall pantheon of food, but as far as Jack In The Box is concerned, this is about as good as Jack In The Box can be expected to be.
This is five stars in terms of Jack in the Box specifically.
I live between two Jack in the Boxes.
This one always gets everything right, and does a little bit extra, and makes their food better, and has fantastic service, and is super fast.
Meanwhile, the other Jack in the Box (on Gessner) is the worst run place I've ever been to.
If you want to go to Jack In The Box, and you live close to the one on Gessner, spend the extra 5 minutes to drive to this one. This one is basically run like a completely different restaurant.
The one on Gessner is slow, has god-awful service, get stuff wrong, make stuff incorrectly, gives you stuff that's cold, fails to get your order sometimes, won't respond to the speaker, it's a dirty store, it's super run down, ....It's awful.
Meanwhile, this Jack in the Box on the Beltway is super efficient, super clean, nicely lit, always gets your order right, makes everything correctly, apologizes if they can't do some sort of thing that the app promised, etc etc.
This Jack in the Box gets everything right.
I couldn't really ask for more from a Jack in the Box.
The vast difference between the two locations is ludicrous.
You shouldn't give the Jack in the Box on Gessner a cent.

“Went to Jack in the Box on Edgebrook because I placed an order online for that location near where I was located. However the order accidentally went to the Scarsdale location. The manager Celeste at the Scarsdale location answered the phone and she got the order sent over to the Edgebrook location. Thank you so much for understanding and helping me with my order.“

“They always have good food available but sometimes dine in is closed so I recommend checking then going to drive thu I do recommend going in the morning though as it is most fresh and download their app you can scan the barcode on your receipt for free food“

“I just left here and the manager and cashier on site were amazing. They were super helpful and friendly! Great customer service! The lobby was small but very clean. The bathrooms were locked but if you ask, they'll unlock it for you. The women's toilet needed some maintenence after it wouldn't flush after like 15 times. They should probably get that looked into. But overall, the employees and service was great!“

“You have to give credit where credit needs to be. When we had Beryl hit there was no electricity or water, no gas either. Not a lot of places were open but this Jack-in-the-box was and they were handling it the best they can. Kudos to all of the workers there. “This store is in Bush Intercontinental AirPort Terminal A near Gate A7. Busy breakfast hours but the line moved quick and efficiently due to a line server named Alma C. She directed everyone on both sides of the counter beautifully! Food was fresh and good.“
“We stopped by this location around midnight on a Friday night and were really impressed with the customer service of the young man working there. Rodrigo (I hope that's right) is a customer service extraordinaire who makes a mean cup of iced coffee. He was just refreshingly polite and seemingly happy at his job. There didn't appear to be very many people on that shift, but the service was still fast, accurate and no sauces were forgotten. The food was really good too. Overall, it was a good experience.“
