The owner was so nice, service was great and the food was fresh, piping hot, and absolutely DELICIOUS. We got 2 orders of fries for the table, the chicken sandwich ( the chicken was perfectly fried and crispy - not to mention huge! ) the Philly cheesesteak (tables favorite) and a cheeseburger which was also really good! Everyone either finished or took home whatever was left. With 2 teenagers who are picky eaters for this to happen is unheard of 😅. Needless to say we will definitely be going back. 10/10 🙌🏻.

Great garlic sauce, hummus and baba ganoush. He always takes 20 minutes to make 1 sandwich. “This location is right down the street from UTA. So it's almost like a campus, fast food Mcdonald's. It has a cool vibe atmosphere. The night that we visited, it was very busy. Most of the tables were in use. We had just attended an event at UTA. The food was very hot and fresh, tasted great. The service was okay. It took us five minutes to wait for someone to come to the front counter to order. Only one digital kiosk was working, and there was three people standing in line waiting for it. Not sure whatever happened to customer service and ordering at the front counter? Especially when there's two cash registers upfront.
When the girl did come to take our order, she was rude.Maybe it was because she was busy retired or just didn't want to mess with us. Anyway, there's only a fourteen dollar order short and sweet. But it felt like we were annoying her.
Being that word from out of town, if we're back in this area, we may or may not come back to this McDonald's.”

When I got home with my pizza and realized that it wasn't what I ordered, I contacted them and they we so nice about it and did everything to correct the problem. They went over and beyond to fix the situation to my satisfaction. I will never use the Slice App again because they only credited 30%of my money back. They made sure they kept their portion. I just sliced the Slice App from my phone. I will never order pizza from anywhere else except Moni's. Staff are wonderful and the Pizzas are delicious!”

“A great burger. From my first year in the bay area there was something special about Nation's Giant Burgers, scattered around the East Bay. A juicy patty, cheese, with the fixings a nice clump of lettuce, onions and tomato, thick slab of cheese and pickles. Great thick fries, and pies.. seriously the best pie I ever had was at a Nation's. Their Strawberry Tart only offered when in season, is just large strawberries, a tasty almost shortbread crust and whipped cream. The one I had in 2001, days after 9/11, the strawberries were bursting with juice, almost like a jam, the skin barely holding, and. not too sweet, not too tart... In Plant City, Florida they have amazing strawberries.. previously the best I had ever tasted, but these, from a California Farm is what they said, are always going to be the best. �Other than their Strawberry Tart, I like their Banana Split, Banana Cream, Chocolate Cream, Pecan, Blueberry... well.. all of them. Never a bad choice. How I like my burger. Cheese, no dressing, grilled onions, light lettuce. Then I get hash browns and ham on the side (sometimes one egg also) and add them to the burger. Anyway. yes. 👍 more, again.”

“Hands down the best African dining experience I’ve ever had!
From the moment we walked in, the warmth hit us like a Lagos breeze. The lady that received us was so kind and helped us with our order, explaining every dish. The owner (I’m assuming the legendary Chef Temii herself) greeted us with the biggest smile and treated us like family returning home after years away. That level of genuine hospitality is rare these days.
Now, the food… oh my goodness. Where do I even start?
• The jollof rice is straight-up sorcery: smoky, perfectly spiced, with that irresistible bottom crust (pot of gold). I could eat buckets of it.
• Egusi soup with pounded yam? Life-changing. Rich, nutty, packed with flavor, and the pounded yam was silky-smooth, like it was made by angels.
• We also tried the puff-puff for dessert and they came out piping hot, fluffy inside, crisp outside, dusted with just the right amount of sugar. I almost ordered a second plate to take home.
Portions are incredibly generous, everything tastes fresh and homemade, and you can feel the love in every bite.
If you’ve never had West African food before, this is the place to start. If you grew up on it, this will transport you straight back to Mama’s kitchen (maybe even better). Chef Temii is a treasure, the staff are absolute sweethearts, and the vibes are immaculate.
I’m already planning my next visit… and the one after that. Run, don’t walk!

The only reason I took a star away is because this location opens at 0600, and they seem to never have the oven ready to prepare breakfast always a 5 to 10min wait. That doesn't work when trying to get to work in DFW rush hour morning traffic. Suggest maybe opening the store a little earlier.”
