“This is where the old Jackson's Grill used to be, some 30ish years ago. If you remember how amazing those burgers were, the burgers at Nearly Famous taste just like them!!! One of the best overall burgers I've ever had! Also, the fries are cooked perfectly AND they have Big Red on tap!! I'm 10 years old all over again with a bright red tongue! “My FAVORITE place to get seasoned fries. I always get the chili bbq mix with cheddar. If you didn’t know, you can ask them to mix flavors. The fries are so yummy and addicting. It’s located in the parks mall, and there might be a wait on the weekend. I tried their tenders before too. It’s good but a bit pricey. The fries are more affordable. You have to eat it when it’s fresh. If you get it to go in a bag, the humidity makes the fries soggy.“

“I visited tonight at 8 PM and was helped by what seemed to be a new worker i havnt seen him at this location before in the drive through. I didn’t get his name but he was a big friendly guy with curly hair. He was super nice , made sure my order was correct and confirmed. He had the biggest smile and was super polite. Great service, i’m a service manager at a restaurant myself and was very pleased with his service! Great work !“

“Food is consistent, not real consistent on portions. Some days more meat and beans some days less. I usually eat on way home in evenings.
Drive through has the worst positioning I have ever encountered. Sometimes the parking lot is completely blocked by cars waiting for the chance to place an order.“

“The $1.00 breakfast sandwiches are great. Biscuits are soft. You can get sausage or bacon with egg and cheese. The same type of breakfast sandwich at Whataburger is $4.75 & McDonald's about $3.00. If you haven't tried it what can you lose, $1. Wendy's did the breakfast right this go around. Glad they parted ways with the toast. Two 👍 up!“

“I want to give KUDOS to the young gentleman who worked 10/24/23 drive thru… we have come to this location 3 weeks in a row for taco Tuesdays, and some Fridays as well… and he is always working.. appears to be a young, male student possibly. Always has a positive attitude, never flustered or worried about how busy it is… and he is efficient! Very respectful young man as well. His loved ones and coworkers should be proud!“

“Ok... Let's talk about Steak 'n Shake. We have always loved the burgers and shakes and cheese fries. Unfortunately, we HATED the painfully slow service. Well, thanks to high wages, they've laid everyone off but the cook staff. You order at a kiosk and they call out the number. Same great price, great burger and fantastic real ice cream shakes. With literally 90% less wait time. Still same cute diner style inside so you can relax. Yeah it's now fully fast food, but better. So keep my 5 stars relative. This is relative to fast food. You just can't beat it for burgers and shakes! Well done SnS! Sorry to those out of work. But this may have saved the franchise.“

A lady I think she said her name was Kim was very helpful in assisting us on the combo meals we purchased and was very nice to our children. We will definitely be back.“
