“Debra made my sandwich and I was absolutely stunned by her service. When she was making my sandwich it felt like she could read my mind and she knew exactly what I wanted. I also wanted to get a cookie with my order but Debra was so sweet I would be pre-diabetic if I had taken any more sugar. She is singlehandedly keeping the store alive and I hope my kids grow up to be like her. If there were more people like her the world would be a better place.

“My wife and I haven’t had Quizno’s in years since the last Austin location closed. Saw there was a location in San Antonio and stopped in for lunch. We were greeted as soon as we walked in, the dining area was super clean and inviting. The sandwiches were better than we remembered since the last time we had eaten at Quiznos! Bread was very soft, ingredients were fresh. The two gentlemen working were very friendly, they mentioned that’s the only location in SA. Thank you both for the hospitality and great sandwiches. We are definitely making a trip back for a Quizno’s fix soon! Keep up the great work, thank y’all again!“

“I ordered three sandwiches from this location on Apr 1 right in the middle of the coronavirus pandemic. Well I went to the I-10 location to pick them up and of course they had no idea who I was, so I ordered again. But I had already paid the 281 location $26 for them. After I picked up (and paid again for) my sandwiches from the I-10 location, I called the 281 location for a refund, which they agreed to. Once again, I apologize profusely for my mix-up it was ALL on me. I know your margins are low, especially now during the pandemic, but you made this customer very happy. And for that I will recomnmend you even MORE than I already do. I absolutely LOVE Schlotzky's, and I have since I first ate there as a freshman at UT Austin back in 1973 and y'all had a location next door to Dobie Mall. “Nice big location. It was clean and the subs were fresh. Staff were friendly. My only complaint with ALL Jimmy John's restaurants is that the fountain drink dispensers always taste like bleach. I've experienced it at at least two locations now, so I feel like it must be something that they use to clean it as standard... But it's really unpleasant. I how they revise this.“

“I usually come to this Charley’s after work, even though there’s one closer to my job. The team here is young, energetic, and consistently provides better service than any other Charley’s I’ve been to. That said, I’ve noticed some customers being unnecessarily rude to the staff — yelling or causing a scene for no reason. Today, I saw a customer shouting at a young female employee who did absolutely nothing wrong. It really upset me, and I felt the need to leave this review. The staff handled it with patience and professionalism, just like they always do. To all the employees here: you’re doing a great job — stay strong and keep it up!“

“After having an unpleasant experience at a location in Austin, I have to give props to this location. I eat there often as I am frequently downtown. The food is always amazing! Also, recently I accidentally ordered for pickup at another location and the woman said no worries, she could make the order and call the other store to have them refund me. And she did! She called the other store's manager for me and they did indeed refund the other order. I thought that was so nice of her! That being said, the staff isn't always super friendly as you may expect, but they seem to do their job well. My only real complaints are trying to get in the bathroom is tricky (my husband can, I can't) and that they close at 5pm.“
