We were seriously BLOWN AWAY and MASSIVELY impressed with Kizza Pizza.

If you’re a fan of Detroit-style pizza, THIS SPOT is absolutely worth checking out and WORTH the drive! We drove about 40 minutes north of us and are glad we did!

The slices are huge—It feels like you get two for the price of one—and they’re thick, hearty, and loaded with toppings!

We’ve tried everyones favorite Via 313, and honestly, we prefer Kizza. The sourdough crust is thicker in comparison, crisp on the edges, soft in the middle, and each slice felt more substantial and flavorful. They offer 7 different slices of their Detroit style pies, which allows you to basically try them all if you want!

Top Three included:
The Mushroom Taleggio – rich and savory without being too heavy.
The Hot Honey Harvest – perfect balance of sweet and spicy.
The Meat Lover’s – a classic done really well.

Don’t miss the garlic rosemary fries with scallion ranch. Honestly it was an unexpected side, cause after eating pizza who thinks they need more carbs, but they were so crispy and good!

We visited during a super busy time, Ren was incredibly helpful with slice recommendations and very attentive to the dining area—making sure tables were cleaned and guests were taken care of!

They also offer 14” New York–style pies if you’re in the mood for a thinner crust, which is a nice bonus. Also delicious, but we have to say the Detroit stole the show!

They also have dessert, which apparently we will have to go back and experience! Plus we saw a salad that looked pretty epic to!

All in all, the portions are generous, service is friendly and efficient, and the food delivers!

“Torchy's is a street taco specialist that started up as a food truck in Austin and has now expanded to over 90 restaurants across the States including this place on Whitestone Blvd. in Cedar Park. They have a fair sized indoor seating area as well as outdoor tables. You can do take-away and delivery as well. Menu features a few not-taco and side items along with their signature list soft tacos that are really good. We had dinner here recently amongst friends, tried 6-7 of their different tacos, let's just say that nobody complained and we gladly finished them all. Torchy's is a neat place that is family friendly and a good spot to meet up with friends. Prices are reasonable, range of taco options good and they seem to know what they are doing in the kitchen. Would gladly eat here again and do take-away for meals at home.”

“Vibes here are so good. The staff were really friendly, patient, and kind while giving me a drink suggestion. The drink definitely skew sweet. I ordered 75% sweetness and it tasted more like 100% sweetness at other places. I liked the lemon green tea with tapioca a lot. I found it so refreshing and tasty and somehow healing. The boba was perfectly soft, chewy, and sweet.

I also ordered the waffle. It was fresh, fluffy, and perfectly sweet. The staff were generous and gave me some toppings bc my first waffle burned. Can’t emphasize how great the staff were. The regular topping tastes like cheese foam and it was really tasty. I also got to sample the taro spread topping option. It tasted like cream cheese w taro powder mixed in. Not my cup of tea but I’m sure others will enjoy it

“I heard that Vista Ridge Grill was serving Chicago Italian Beefs . I’ve passed by several times but decided today to give it a try . Born and raised In Chicago near Wrigley Field , home of the Cubs , I’ve had my share of good Beefs . Moving and working far away it’s been a long dry spell of getting a hold of a good Italian Beef , but my dry spell is over as TJ and the Vista Ridge grill put together the most authentic and delicious Italian Beef I’ve had in many a year . It was loaded with savory thin sliced Beef , perfect gravy and bun with all the right peppers and toppings . Definitely a two hand sandwich . Couldn’t eat it all , just to much but my wife came to the rescue and if we had ten thumbs we would give it ten thumbs up ! TJ and the VR grill is the place to go . I’m sure other menu items , like the Chicago Dog are excellent. I definitely will be back and I’ll pass the word on to friends and family .”

“Mojo is local drive-thru coffee shop with a few branches around Austin including this place near the corner of FM 620 and Lake Creek Pkwy in North Austin. They are open from 5.30am(weekdays) and 6am (weekends), making them a convenient place for take-away coffee orders on your way to work as well as a place to stop by for an afternoon coffee while on the go. Passed by recently and tried their signature Andes Mint Mocha. This was a expectedly sweet mocha coffee with noticeable hints of mint flavour. It did taste a bit like Andes chocolate mints if in mocha form if that perks your interest. I'd potentially order that signature drink again or might just go with a classic cup of black next time around. Wait staff were very friendly and polite. Overall, this was an interesting and good coffee experience.”

Honest Mary is a fast-casual kitchen preparing vegetarian, gluten-free and healthy bowls at their two branches in Austin. We stopped by recently and did their Sedona Lime and Med Harissa Bowl, both were freshly prepared and tasted very good. You can also do custom bowls choosing your own proteins, rice/salad base and other food items/sauces. Prices are about right for the food quality and portion sizes served. Seating area is a regular, casual restaurant and bowls are prepared fairly quickly.”

What can I say about Andy’s that hasn’t already been shouted from rooftops by sugar-crazed dessert fans? This place doesn’t serve ice cream — it serves frozen euphoria in a cup.

Seriously, Andy’s is like the Beyoncé of frozen treats. Consistently flawless, irresistibly smooth, and just a little extra (in the best way). That custard? Creamy enough to make your grandma’s homemade recipes feel insecure.

Every time I’m in the area, I mysteriously find myself in the drive-thru line, pretending I didn’t already come here yesterday. My go-to order? Whatever has the most caramel, chocolate, and regret packed into it. I once got a Concrete so thick I needed a jackhammer and emotional support to finish it. 10/10 would do it again.

Bottom line: Andy’s is the kind of place that makes you whisper “I’ll just have one bite” and then black out with an empty cup and a sticky smile.”

This is my second time coming to this location and both times I was greeted by every worker, and they ensured that my order was taken correctly and quickly. The lady who took my order even recommended to try their Datil pepper sauce on my sandwich and man was that a top tier recommendation. This location deserves praise and recognition.

My family moved from MS to TX about 13 years ago, and we love Cajun food but can’t always find it done right in this area. Fried Green Tomato Benedict is also delicious. Summer was our server today and she was a gem! Oh, and the pineapple upside down mimosa that she recommended was top notch as well! “This was our first time to eat here. We ordered online and got it to go, and we'll definitely be back soon for the chicken and tacos! We had a half chicken meal and chicken taquitos--both very tasty! The 5 chicken taquitos came on double mini corn tortillas topped with onion and cilantro. Coupled with a small side of guacamole and some salsa, there was enough to turn the 5 taquitos into 10 with the doubled tortillas. The sweet plantains were a nice side too. Surprisingly, the queso came topped with some sort of shredded beef-a lot of it-which was a surprise. I don't eat beef, so I skipped it. The queso was primarily for my son, and he would have preferred it without meat added too; he tried to scoop out the beef to discard, but it was pretty well integrated into the cheese.”

“This is one of the best Starbucks around! Stopped in the drive thru at 8:15am on a Friday and the line was quite long. I expected the wait to take a while, but it went by extremely quickly! In less than 5min I was greeted by the always friendly manager, Valerie, and had my perfectly crafted beverage. I will always stop by this Starbucks whenever I'm in the area.”

“I’m recommending them because their food is so good! Because the food is so good I placed a catering order for a small party I was throwing. SADLY, I don’t know if I would do it again as the food was over half an hour late. I called the store about it and whoever answered the phone was basically like “what do you want me to do?” I’m upset because I called Saturday to double check and then again Sunday morning at 10:40 knowing that the order should have been gone from the store at least 10 minutes ago to get to my house on time and they told me they were just leaving. Once it was late the person on the phone told me they could “take a few dollars off” this was 300$ in catering and could have ruined my party. They never called back to follow up and I am just so disappointed. I’ll still grab take out from there but won’t use them to cater again”

I specifically want to review the darts. This bar has multiple dartboards and is a non-smoking venue. At the time of writing this they hold dart tournament nights every Wednesday and Sunday, starting at 7:30pm, $10 entry. There are cash prizes which is cool, and all skill levels are welcomed to join. You can play darts at any time here too not just on tournament days, so bring your darts, bring your friends, have some drinks and make some memories.”

“I was driving all over Cedar Park and visited forur coffee houses trying to fulfill a large order for my daughter and her soccer team. The first three didn't accept cash, and I was told this is now a "thing". Maybe it's a "thing" here, but it's not a "thing" where I'm from (Colorado) or anywhere else I've been. Needless to say, they lost out on more than just my business. I finally came to Blackrock and realized I should have stopped here to begin with. They were more than happy to take my cash and I was rewarded with an excellent cup of coffee, a great attitude, and stellar service! Unfortunately, the kids ran out of time for breakfast and we didn't get to place that large order with them, but I made sure to let everyone on my kiddo's team and the other teams where they needed to go for their coffee. Disappointed I didn't get to sample the tasty looking food and give a rating, but I'm definitely going to be back on my next trip here to give it a try. I won't be going anywhere else for my coffee and neither should you! Give these guys a shot and you won't be disappointed!”
