“A very spacious Starbucks which has indoor and outdoor seating. The staff is exceptionally welcoming and treat you with respect. I came in a few times and each time the service and the drink was consistent. A quiet ambiance which allows you to work for a few hours. It seems that prices are finally stabilizing as it was hurting the brand.“

“I am so impressed by how friendly the morning staff is at this Starbucks location. This is my third day in a row to bring my laptop and work from this location, the staff (especially Hays) remembers everyones names and had such positive attitudes! I will defiantly be coming here more!“

“I commute to work from a nearby location, and this establishment has been my regular stop every morning at 5 a.m. The morning staff consistently demonstrates remarkable friendliness, courtesy, and engaging conversation. It is certainly not an easy task to maintain such a cheerful demeanor at such an early hour, yet they manage to do so every day. I hold immense appreciation for the entire team, as well as the consistently excellent coffee and food items that I purchase from them.“

“My first time at this location. A very busy spot! All seating inside the coffee shop were occupied. My companion and I sat on the covered patio area. I ordered a grande strawberry acai lemonade refresher.... For the most part the lemonade wasn't really detected .. overall it was ok 5 out of 10. My companion enjoyed his latte“

“I’ve lived downtown for almost a year and this is the best Starbucks in the city. I will always walk further to this location because the baristas are top tier and the experience is always quick and friendly. If you’re traveling this is a great location to work or rest at. 10 stars!“

Staff appears friendly.
I always enjoy large community tables to study as it cultivates a place to work and socialize.
We know they changed the comfortable indoor seating to be drive thru/ fast food focused and not cafe guest focused. This location surprisingly has comfortable seating compared to most Starbucks. Perhaps because this location does not have a drive thru.
This is the only Starbucks that I will ever visit.
Can’t beat a 5 min drive away from my place so it’s a 5/5 in my book.“

“Uriel consistently goes above and beyond. He remembers names, drinks, and even the little details you don’t expect anyone to care about. His energy is genuine, his service is fast yet thoughtful, and he treats every customer like they actually matter. It’s rare to see that kind of consistency and real passion in customer service these days.

Which brings me to something disappointing: the store manager couldn’t be further from that standard. Cold, disengaged, and visibly uninterested in the customer experience, their presence is the exact opposite of what you’d expect from someone in a leadership role at Starbucks.“

“My favorite Starbucks!!!❤️ I hope the weekday morning crew knows how wonderful they are. It may seem simple to some, but these beautiful people always start my day on the best note, whether it’s a sweet compliment on my nails or telling me to drive safe on my way to work. “I tried to get a little treat for my husband and myself by ordering via mobile and, being 6:20 am, I sent it to the wrong Gaston Starbucks! The baristas were friendly and attentive and caught the error before I did. They even comped my new drinks!“

“Service was busy but accurate and quick, I always seem to land behind a doctor's office ordering 30 drinks, it still didn't take long and the spicy falafel pocket was AMAZING, too small though, I always try to order a new food. So far only that and the grilled cheese is to die for (okay that's extreme, but you get my drift)!“

“Stopped in this morning after a run and the entire morning crew was so friendly and welcoming. It was clear while I enjoyed my coffee that they take the time to know their customers … saying hi by name, and asking how a recent trip went. The manager was merchandising and made chit chat with me. While doing it. She has a good crew. The place was real clean and it was easy to relax. “Pretty good, although I feel like their chai could be spicier, the drive through is pretty quick and baristas are always super nice.

Kid-friendliness: I think they have plenty of items that kids will enjoy and items that have either low caffeine or no caffeine.“

“Starbucks mornings are my kids favorite. I like to treat them to an occasional delight at Starbucks on any random school day, just to brighten their day and send them off with a full belly & a happy heart. I’m sure glad we now have our very own Starbucks in our neighborhood, it makes our Starbies mornings possible. Just a few years ago it wasn’t possible for us to enjoy a Starbies morning on a school day because of time & distance constraints, so we are very happy & grateful to have a Starbucks close by.

Parking: Parking can be a little challenging if you want to park right in front of the store. But if you’re OK with parking a few steps from the front door, then there is plenty of parking that is easy to navigate.

Kid-friendliness: This location is kid, friendly with kid friendly menu options.

Wheelchair accessibility: Starbucks at Casa view Plaza shopping center is wheelchair accessible, and has wheelchair accessible parking.“

“Super quiet and chill vs the club-like atmosphere across the way at Ascension Coffee. So you can actually think/work like you know, what coffee shops were built for. ? Not to take away from the staff however, which was great and very friendly.“

“As soon as I arrived, I first visited this place to buy a City Cup. The workers were very friendly, and the female employee had been to Korea and spoke Korean very well, so she was friendly! It felt great to be welcomed so warmly from my first visit to Dallas!“

“I had a horrible morning with my car breaking down right in front of Starbucks.
You don’t see kindness much in the world these days, but truly the baristas went out of their way this morning to make me feel noticed and cared about. I will be going to this Starbucks moving forward and can’t tell you how much it meant to me this morning.“

“Pro: Our drinks were good.Con: We wanted to dine in but they were allowing a dirty homeless guy to just hangout inside the coffee shop so we left because this made us feel uncomfortable.They ask for your name but do not call it when your order is ready so you have to be sure to watch the counter so no one picks up your order.“

“I was shocked at how NOT busy it was. Now I know which one to go to if im trying to grab a coffee quick around forest skillman. Cool employees too. Sometimes u get the bougie uppity types. I dont stop here to be seen or chill lol some of these r like that in Dallas honestly.
Same quality n taste. Good coffee. I went on a Holiday weekend and they were all mellow and handling biz. Like 4 min and out of there. Parking is wide open too cuz theres nothing else going on in this strip. Def going to be my go-to when I am in the area.“

“Obviously, being in the heart of an airport, they are extremely busy. Expect a 10+ minute wait for your order. Most people get frustrated since they order right before their plane is boarding.That being said, my orders are made correctly and the employees are friendly. I do think the pricing is a bit more expensive than traditional Starbucks.“

“The atmosphere is never bad at Starbucks, it's always a good place to relax. The service depends on where you go, usually they serve me well, although some become apathetic compared to the majority.
And in food it is simply a matter of taste, coffee is good and any drink is good, but the appetizers or breakfasts are not to my liking, they are not bad, but it is not the appetizer that I crave.

Benny, Devyn, Milo, Ryan, Liz (haven't named all of them lol) all of them are so sweet and is very understanding. I adore all of them and love their amazing drink skills. “This is a Starbucks inside of the Tom Thumb at this mixed use building but I did that they had a lot of seating. We actually mistakenly set a business meeting here thinking it was a full Starbucks. They have a small restaurant bar attached that connects to the Starbucks area and they were so gracious since it was morning and not open yet to let us do our meeting here.We had our meeting and were able to be productive working here for a few hours. The wifi worked well and the noise levels were probably less than a typically Starbucks. If I’m in the area again and need a spot to work I would go back here.“

“This Starbucks location is on the way to Fairhill where I have to occasionally drop off or pick up my goddaughter. It's nice that it has a drive-thru in case you don't have time or don't want to go in. The food and beverages are what you would expect from a Starbucks, well above average. The nice thing about Starbucks is that when you order something at one location and then order it at another one you know that it's going to be the same thing. They are really great about customer satisfaction. The baristas were very friendly and took the time make small talk with us. I would highly recommend this location.“

“The parking lot is challenging to maneuver, but the drive-thru service is very efficient. The interior space is well illuminated by natural light. The barista service is also efficient, the staff communicates well with one another. The decor was a bit sparse for my taste, but the facility is well maintained.“

“The employees are ALWAYS, ALWAYS courteous, friendly, and obliging at THIS location. 4 out of 5 times they make it EXACTLY as you have rquested. No long waits. I'm usually in and out in under 3/4 minutes and that includes waiting in a very short line after other clients. I LOVE, LOVE this location. The only thing that I don't like is having to park, get out and go in. If this was a drive through, this location would be a perfect FIVE! AND A PERFECT TEN!!!“

“As always, Starbucks coffee is the best! Great fast service. However, the picture from Pinterest was way off. Probably some picture from the West Coast. This location is inside the World Trade Center building. It has a small sitting area only.“

“I never leave reviews but The barista at the Starbucks in Kroger makes the best drinks in DFW. His name is Kalabe and you can tell he puts his everything into making sure the drinks come out perfect. I only buy my starbucks Honey Citrus Mint Tea from here because it tastes subpar everywhere else.

He needs a raise and a promotion, he is not only good at making the drinks, he is lovely to converse with and super nice.“
