Starbucks in Dallas

“Nice spacious location, with lots of small tables. Drinks and food are good.

However, multiple batista fail to ring up my free refill but instead accidentally charge me. While the amount is small, it almost always happens.

The bathroom can get dirty, with lots of toilet paper on the floor. I don't like that they have stacked toilet paper dispenser, making it hard to pull them out. Only air dryer is available in the bathroom.

Wheelchair accessibility: There are wheelchair-friendly low tables, but the door cannot be automatically operated“

“I’ve been to plenty of Starbucks but this one is one of my favorites! Often get a barista by the name of Doak who is very quick and great at making me feel like a valued costumer (always remembers my order and asks questions about things we have previously talked about)! Just wanted to shout-out a great employee at a great Starbucks!“

Today he was threatening me and my friend for smoking 100 feet from building saying that he will call police and towing to get rid off our cars???This gentleman was African American about 4 feet tall probably retired and working part time security job,
Very unfriendly and unprofessional behavior, this gentleman should not be interacting with people he is unfit for any job that requires conversation!!!!“

“It wasn’t too busy (which makes sense since it was Sunday) and I got excellent service! I came here with a friend to study, and I found that the environment was very conductive to this! The staff who were working were extremely kind, and I enjoyed both the service and my drink. If you worked on sept 8, 2024 at 1:23 pm then you are fantastic and thank you“

Staff appears friendly.
I always enjoy large community tables to study as it cultivates a place to work and socialize.
We know they changed the comfortable indoor seating to be drive thru/ fast food focused and not cafe guest focused. This location surprisingly has comfortable seating compared to most Starbucks. Perhaps because this location does not have a drive thru.
This is the only Starbucks that I will ever visit.
Can’t beat a 5 min drive away from my place so it’s a 5/5 in my book.“

“We were in need of cofee and came across this Starbucks on 27/11/2024. Going inside, we were greeted by a lovely gentleman (unfortunately we didn't get his name) who helped us with our order. He was really nice and wished us a happy holiday!

“By far, my favorite Starbucks! The management and staff have done a great job of making this store feel local. My kids and I are regulars and are greeted by name every time we come in, making for a refreshing start to the day. My online order is always hot, perfect, and ready to go. By far the best!“

“I have never felt so welcome as I did today, and don't get me wrong, this location is super friendly and pleasant, they greet you and are very cordial all the time, but in particular today they were busy and I was waiting and Berenice quickly jumped up and let me know that she was working on my order, I was very happy that she recognized me and that she made me feel that even though they were busy, they were attentive and that each order they received had priority. GOOD JOB BERENICE I hope your manager Drew Gare recognizes you!!! More people like this please ? She deserves a raise“

“We are so happy to finally have a Starbucks nearby! This our favorite little slow, easy morning stop. My kids love it when we get to enjoy a nice Starbies breakfast on a school day. We usually place our order online in advance so that our food is ready & waiting for us when we arrive. Our food is always fresh and warm and the staff is friendly and welcoming. The shop is clean and well maintained. I love the artwork on the wall and the overall ambiance of the place. They have a nice little covered outdoor patio that is perfect for enjoying a nice tea or coffee.

“I don't know why my regular coffees don't taste good anymore! I asked to add milk and the coffee became cold. It should not change the temperature. Also, it doesn't taste fresh. I feel like they always get old coffee. Not just this place but also on all the ones i have visited. If i get a latte it tastes fresh. That's because they get the espresso fresh.“

I like to treat them to an occasional delight at Starbucks on any random school day, just to brighten their day and send them off with a full belly & a happy heart. I’m sure glad we now have our very own Starbucks in our neighborhood, it makes our Starbies mornings possible. Just a few years ago it wasn’t possible for us to enjoy a Starbies morning on a school day because of time & distance constraints, so we are very happy & grateful to have a Starbucks close by.

Parking: Parking can be a little challenging if you want to park right in front of the store. But if you’re OK with parking a few steps from the front door, then there is plenty of parking that is easy to navigate.

Kid-friendliness: This location is kid, friendly with kid friendly menu options.

Wheelchair accessibility: Starbucks at Casa view Plaza shopping center is wheelchair accessible, and has wheelchair accessible parking.“

“They have new staff members and honestly is such a great team, very friendly and super quick, nothing like it was before! They are super busy but even at the busiest time, at soon as you go in the new team members greet you with a smile and they remember your name even your order!!Is sad to see one of the old staff members just wondering around while they are swamped.But other than that I love to come here and see the improvements they have.Great move Starbucks!!

“It's smaller than the one in West Village, but not tiny. The food is good, like at most Starbucks'. The staff is friendly most of the time. Free internet is always nice, even if it's on the slow side here. They have a good highchair for the kiddos. The location is outstanding. The coffee is hard to beat. I like the outdoor seating (when it isn't -5 or 105 degrees). This one has some competition with Foxtrot Cafe right across the street. I like them both, but Foxtrot has few more things than Starbucks in this case. Overall, this is a fine place to grab a coffee and a bite to eat. I'm a regular here.“

“This Starbucks is located in the children’s health Dallas hospital. I order always online and then go pick it up, so I haven’t had a chance to interact with the staff but my order is always done on time. It gets pretty busy there and it’s nice atmosphere and always kept clean. Food tastes good and fresh.“

“This is a Starbucks inside of the Tom Thumb at this mixed use building but I did that they had a lot of seating. We actually mistakenly set a business meeting here thinking it was a full Starbucks. They have a small restaurant bar attached that connects to the Starbucks area and they were so gracious since it was morning and not open yet to let us do our meeting here.We had our meeting and were able to be productive working here for a few hours. The wifi worked well and the noise levels were probably less than a typically Starbucks. If I’m in the area again and need a spot to work I would go back here.“

“The atmosphere is never bad at Starbucks, it's always a good place to relax. The service depends on where you go, usually they serve me well, although some become apathetic compared to the majority.
And in food it is simply a matter of taste, coffee is good and any drink is good, but the appetizers or breakfasts are not to my liking, they are not bad, but it is not the appetizer that I crave.

Jasmine provided exceptional customer service, going above and beyond. “Obviously, being in the heart of an airport, they are extremely busy. Expect a 10+ minute wait for your order. Most people get frustrated since they order right before their plane is boarding.That being said, my orders are made correctly and the employees are friendly. I do think the pricing is a bit more expensive than traditional Starbucks.“
