Staff appears friendly.
I always enjoy large community tables to study as it cultivates a place to work and socialize.
We know they changed the comfortable indoor seating to be drive thru/ fast food focused and not cafe guest focused. This location surprisingly has comfortable seating compared to most Starbucks. Perhaps because this location does not have a drive thru.
This is the only Starbucks that I will ever visit.
Can’t beat a 5 min drive away from my place so it’s a 5/5 in my book.“

“Something I like about Starbucks is that it is reliable. No matter where you go to a Starbucks anywhere in the world, you can get your favorite drink and it will taste like home. The baristas are friendly and informative and if there is something wrong with your food or drink, they will happily fix it. You can't beat that for service.“

“My first time at this location. A very busy spot! All seating inside the coffee shop were occupied. My companion and I sat on the covered patio area. I ordered a grande strawberry acai lemonade refresher.... For the most part the lemonade wasn't really detected .. overall it was ok 5 out of 10. My companion enjoyed his latte“

“Service was busy but accurate and quick, I always seem to land behind a doctor's office ordering 30 drinks, it still didn't take long and the spicy falafel pocket was AMAZING, too small though, I always try to order a new food. So far only that and the grilled cheese is to die for (okay that's extreme, but you get my drift)!“

“Before dropping off my rental car at DFW, I swung into Starbucks because nothing says “seasoned traveler” like squeezing in one last latte before returning a vehicle you drove for 48 hours and got overly attached to.

I ordered a Venti hot latte with an extra shot. My name is David — very simple, very straightforward — so I didn’t expect any creative interpretations, and to their credit, they didn’t try any. The drink came out perfect. Beautiful. A moment of peace in this chaotic world.

Then came the blueberry muffin.

And here’s where I begin my journey of self-induced disappointment.

I politely asked for it not heated. Not warm. Not toasty. Not “gently warmed for flavor enhancement.” Just… not heated.
A very basic request — literally the pastry equivalent of “just leave it alone.”

Now, I don’t know what happens behind the counter, but I’m convinced Starbucks has a motivational poster in the back that says:

> “If in doubt: heat the muffin.”

Because sure enough, my muffin came out warm and soft like it just spent 30 seconds reflecting on its life choices in the microwave.

Did this ruin my day? Of course not.
Did I still feel the need to sigh dramatically like I’m starring in a coffee-themed soap opera? Absolutely.

The front door also deserves a mention. When you pull it open, the aluminum frame drags across the ground with a heroic screech — the kind of noise that makes everyone inside briefly wonder if the building is being disassembled by hand.

But honestly?

The staff was incredibly friendly.
The bathrooms were clean.
And my latte was a masterpiece.

So yes — I am absolutely giving them five stars while simultaneously acknowledging the ridiculousness of being emotionally rattled by a slightly warm blueberry muffin.

Some people meditate to stay grounded.

“They brought my coffee and snack to my table, and quickly. I enjoyed drinking from an actual mug, makes a big difference to me. The server was friendly and smiled. The manager was merchandising and made chit chat with me. While doing it. She has a good crew. The place was real clean and it was easy to relax. “This Starbucks location is on the way to Fairhill where I have to occasionally drop off or pick up my goddaughter. It's nice that it has a drive-thru in case you don't have time or don't want to go in. The food and beverages are what you would expect from a Starbucks, well above average. The nice thing about Starbucks is that when you order something at one location and then order it at another one you know that it's going to be the same thing. They are really great about customer satisfaction. The baristas were very friendly and took the time make small talk with us. I would highly recommend this location.“

“I had a horrible morning with my car breaking down right in front of Starbucks.
You don’t see kindness much in the world these days, but truly the baristas went out of their way this morning to make me feel noticed and cared about. I will be going to this Starbucks moving forward and can’t tell you how much it meant to me this morning.“

I like to treat them to an occasional delight at Starbucks on any random school day, just to brighten their day and send them off with a full belly & a happy heart. I’m sure glad we now have our very own Starbucks in our neighborhood, it makes our Starbies mornings possible. Parking: Parking can be a little challenging if you want to park right in front of the store. But if you’re OK with parking a few steps from the front door, then there is plenty of parking that is easy to navigate.

Kid-friendliness: This location is kid, friendly with kid friendly menu options.

Wheelchair accessibility: Starbucks at Casa view Plaza shopping center is wheelchair accessible, and has wheelchair accessible parking.“

“This is a Starbucks inside of the Tom Thumb at this mixed use building but I did that they had a lot of seating. We actually mistakenly set a business meeting here thinking it was a full Starbucks. They have a small restaurant bar attached that connects to the Starbucks area and they were so gracious since it was morning and not open yet to let us do our meeting here.We had our meeting and were able to be productive working here for a few hours. The wifi worked well and the noise levels were probably less than a typically Starbucks. If I’m in the area again and need a spot to work I would go back here.“

Making the journey from San Marcos, Texas, in search of a suitable apartment lease, we found ourselves in need of a place to apply. “When you walk in, it’s obvious this is a well-managed store; It has a friendly, kind engaging staff, it’s clean and orders are filled quickly.

Having been a customer of this store and regularly visiting others across the country for years, I wanted to really say that I’ve always had positive experiences at this Starbucks location.

Too often Google reviews are full of the reviews from one bad experience, and I can say I’ve never been unhappy at this store myself. due to its great staff and management!
