We got the tacos, the loaded potato, the elotes, and the jalapeño poppers. Everything on the menu looked amazing so we had to try a little bit of each. Next time I will be getting the sandwich because the tacos were really dry. Everything else was amazing. Bad choice for my first time eating there, as I passed everyone having a sandwich I wished I would’ve ordered one cause they really looked good. “We just celebrated our granddaughter’s 27th birthday with a delicious dinner from Heim Barbecue. We ordered the brisket, pulled pork and burnt ends. “Some of the best BBQ in Ft. Worth. Not a really big place but they've been around for years. There aren't many people you can talk to in Ft. Worth who don't know about Lloyd's cafe. It's almost a historical movie to the local residents. Laid back atmosphere and they boast "the coldest beer in Ft. Worth." The ribs(meat falling off the bone and so flavorful) and bolo are my personal favorites! And the weekend is probably the best time to visit.“

“This Rudy's location is consistently good. I like their smoked potatoes loaded with turkey or pork loin. Pulled pork sandwiches are good as well. Rudy's does not have a fryer, so no fries or fried okra, but lots of other sides to choose from. I bought a bottle of their Sissy Sause to take home.“
