“I drove an hour to do my morning bible study here and i loved it! The atmosphere was quiet and the food and latte was SO good. The staff are all so sweet and very welcoming. The cashier by the front was so sweet and personable, i didn't get her name. But she was so so sweet and her smile was breath taking. I will definitely be back. If you're looking for a quiet faith based coffee shop to read, pray, journal, or just enjoy quiet time with the Lord. This is the place! Worth the drive if you don't live in the area.“

“As a coffee connoisseur, I can confidently give this place five stars for coffee quality and taste. The drinks are consistently well crafted, flavorful, and clearly made with care and high quality beans. Living in Frisco, it is refreshing to finally have a café like this, since there is nothing comparable within a 15-mile radius. The atmosphere is welcoming and modern, and the staff is friendly and efficient.

The only minor drawback is that the seating is not the most comfortable if you plan to stay for a long work session. That said, it does not take away from the overall experience or the exceptional coffee. “As a daily patron of Starbucks for my trenta iced black tea, I’ve had routinely pleasant experiences at many Starbucks throughout Frisco. There is one barista, however, whose service and demeanor is exceptional, and that is Sophia at the AC Hotel at The Star. Sophia prepares my tea just as I like it and does it with a smile and sweet attitude (and she always remembers my name!)! Way to go!!“

Our waitress was attentive and friendly, ensuring everything ran smoothly throughout the evening. One minor downside was that the speaker for music wasn't working, which would have added an extra layer of holiday cheer. However, even without the music, we all had a fantastic time and truly appreciated the unique and festive atmosphere. “I absolutely love Summer Moon Coffee.
I usually go to the McKinney location, but lately I’ve been visiting the Legacy area Frisco shop, and it’s always packed with people for a good reason.
The vibe is great, the coffee is consistently amazing, and my all-time favorite drink is the Half Summer Moon Latte. It’s seriously the perfect mix of smooth, sweet, and comforting.
This place has become one of my go-to coffee spots, and I always look forward to coming back.

“I had such an amazing experience at Dutch Bros today thanks to Anna! She was super friendly, upbeat, and made my morning so much better with her positive energy. You can tell she genuinely enjoys what she does and cares about her customers. She recommended a drink I’d never tried before, and it was perfect! Anna’s smile and kindness totally brightened my day — she’s the reason I’ll keep coming back to this location. Huge shoutout to her for going above and beyond every time!“

“I need to give Braden the recognition his team should be taking notes from.

If you have ever been in a mall during the holidays, you know how hectic it gets. When we walked in, the café was packed with a line almost to the door. A group of associates were standing around who I assume is the manager focused on his laptop, while Braden was the only one actually doing the work. He was cleaning tables, greeting customers, helping wherever he could, and thanking everyone who came in.
You can tell he has regulars too. While we were there soeaking to him, a sweet older woman asked him how his fiance was doing. That says everything about the kind of connection he builds with people, and I have to shout out the baristas as well. They greet us by name with a smile every single time and it makes the experience even better.
I have been in a few times now and Braden is easily the most consistent and hard working employee they have.
Wonderful customer service. If you stop by, take a moment to chat with him. He is truly a bright spot in the café.“

“Came here yesterday for my mother’s birthday to try out some Yemeni coffee. Tried the pistachio tiramisu dessert which was delicious, and the sesame honeycomb we ordered had a nice creamy texture that just melts in your mouth. The wait was a bit long but the warm tea combined with these authentic sweets made it worth it. Lovely ambience as well - I appreciate the way they incorporated the classic Arabic architecture style into the cafe’s interior style: the intricate woodcraft, the ogival arches along the walls, the folded low-hung lamps along the ceiling.“

“Update: Best coffee ever! The brew taste is perfection. Staff and service are always top-notch. Glad to see this because it makes a difference. Using phone # to pull up last order is brilliant because my wife is a coffee-recipe-maniac and even that only gets us close enough for her to try and make adjustments, which your staff just nails.

“We bought an extra large cappuccino and a extra large iced coffee. The cappuccino was only like 3/4 filled, but the espresso shot was very tasty. I have been to other Black Rock coffee bar locations. This one seems to be a little bit lesser in quantity compared to other locations.“

“New review: I must say, on a Saturday morning with the drive through starting to do the usual wrap around and of course the bustle inside, all while the mobile app is down (due to Microsoft outage, which is currently still affecting not just some Starbucks locations but other businesses as well SCOTT!!!) A cheerful barista responded to a slightly pompous Scott took it upon himself to be the IT guy and with a "special Scott tone" and hearing the barista's calmness, knowledge, and respectful tone was AMAZING! She handled it very well and as I am sure Scott shall make his intelligence known somehow, I think it needs to be recognized how well someone did at handling a waste of time remark, move on Scott and speak to people face to face more it may help you more than you don't know.

“Stopped by this location on Preston over the weekend and was pleasantly surprised! I had never been to a Scooters before so was not familiar with the menu. The worker at the drive-thru was very pleasant and explained the menu asking what I was in the mood for. I settled for the strawberry smoothie. It was delicious, priced right and very filling! The workers are very nice and pleasant - I liked the “scoot on around” slogan after your order is placed, made me chuckle. I’ll definitely be back to this location.“

“I give this location a 5 because of service. I’ve been going to the Duckin’ franchise for years now and I know fast food chains, some restaurants and whatnot aren’t perfect. They mess up on orders every now and then…but so far, Dunkin’ only messed up my order twice. I would go in or call customer service and they never hesitate to fix it and sometimes will go over and beyond to make sure they fulfill my needs. I can’t speak for all locations but this location, staff is professional and efficient. They keep the area clean. If you haven’t been to Dunkin’, then you’re missing out, especially if you love coffee like me. I love Dunkin’ and one of my fav items is a seasonal drink during Halloween, the iced coffee/latte with ube. But I love a lot their classics and I like to mix it up. Their iced coffee in my opinion is by far the best but to each their own. Till then, let’s sit!“

“I stopped in to this Starbucks to purchase a drink and some gift cards for our local first responders. The manager who assisted me was so helpful and friendly. I had to step away to take a call, and when I returned, he surprised me with a Starbucks bag that had “Thank You” written on it and included huge chocolate chunk cookies along with my gift cards.

He told me he appreciated me appreciating our local firefighters and wanted to contribute something on behalf of his location. The firefighters at Prosper Station 2 truly enjoyed the thoughtful contribution.
