There were 80 of us with the Pizza and Salad Buffet. EVERYBODY there remarked how wonderful how wonderful the pizza and service were. I've heard terms like "never had pizza this good", "the service was excellent", "wonderful place." I highly recommend this particular location for events. EXCELLENT.“

“Food was good. My wife ordered a New York strip medium rare that came undercooked. But, it was quickly remedied and she truly enjoyed to new steak. Service was ok, although we had to keep looking for the server or keep asking other servers for service. Overall, a good restaurant with reasonable prices and food food.“

“I found this place by browsing places on Google. I decided to stop in with my retired mom. She is older and is always looking for healthier options. We ordered a tuna sandwich and a chicken salad sandwich. It comes with house chips. They aren't flavored or salted or peppered. They are bland. I did notice that even for the hamburger they do not offer fries. There is a substitution charge of 1.75 to upgrade, so keep that in mind. I may try fries next time. Service was slow as it was lunch time and there were a lot of people waiting for their food as we sat down. The place cleared out and the staff came to clear the plates. Overall it was a good experience. We may return again and try some other items.“

When we were seated, we wanted to watch a certain game and the manager, Laura really went out of her way, bent over backwards to ensure they found the game(s) we wanted to watch, then ensured that the games would stay on ! The waitress who waited on us ( can't remember her name ) was exactly like the manager, helpful, courteous and quick with her service, thus resulting in making this our favorite location for watching sports with the drinks and menu items to order, with this type service, we will always make this our number 1 location !! “We have eaten here for years and always had great service, good food and reasonable prices for the portions that they serve(sometimes more than we can eat at one sitting). The owner is usually around to say hello and thank us for coming. Very few places serve as many types of veggies and unusual sides as 410 Diner. Fish to Filets-they have it all/or most of it.“

I had even said something about the floor needed sweeping as the hostess sat us. She didnt even bother to come back to address that. We got up and left. If the staff is like that with upkeep upfront, I did not want to know how they maintain their kitchen. I can understand if they were very busy and did not have time but there was a couple of people in the bar area. They could have addressed that. Very dissappointed.“

Kazzandra inbthe front desk was very helpful, courteous, assisted in locations of San Antonio and directions. Jason and Jin also were super friendly and fast with our food items we ordered.
