Chick-fil-A in Katy

“My wife and I drove through here with our Grandson for lunch. I had an original chicken sandwich with a Diet Coke, my wife had the eight piece grilled chicken nuggets with an unsweet iced tea, and our Hrandson had an original chicken sandwich, macaroni and cheese with a Diet Coke to drink.“

“I was very impressed with my service yesterday at curbside. This young man with great manners and an uplifting brought me my food. Once I returned back to work, I saw this awesome card in my bag, and it totally made my day! Thank you, Laupen and Chick fi La, for having an amazing team!“

“Food is constant. Can be not fresh at times especially the nuggets but it's consistent. You know what you're getting. You can still enjoy a meal at around 10 bucks. Service is unmatched in their industry. A fun family friendly atmosphere.“

“I normally never have an issue with my order but yesterday I ordered in drive-thru for son & I. I ordered 8 count GRILLED nuggets for dietary reasons. It wasn't until driving away that I discovered I'd received the fried nuggets 😕. Still ate them, they're tasty after all and I wasn't about to go back with all the traffic! Guess I'll have to start checking prior to leaving.“

“On Wednesday, June 4, 2025, I stopped by the Katy-Fulshear location to organize a large pick up order for my school staff. I was immediately introduced to Ceyara Dorsey who was so pleasant, helpful, and efficient. She happily organized my order and assured me that, though she would not be available to see the order through to the end (due to a management meeting on Thursday), she would orgainze it entirely and communicate directly with the managers on duty the following day to ensure my order would be complete and ready for pick up. Not only did her and her staff do a great job, they did EXCEPTIONAL!! Every bag was labled with names as requested. Condiments were placed in bags as requested and pick up time was exactly as expected! Way to go, Ceyara and staff. I was extremely pleased with their service. Ceyara is a great Assistant Manager and she should definitely be rewarded for a job well done over and beyond. Also, additional kudos to manager, Maria, for taking my calls for confirmation on Thursday morning. And, I believe Ms. Nettie may have also been instrumental in this exceptional service as well. As someone who is terrified of bugs, today’s lunch pickup at the Elyson Chick-fil-A turned into an unexpected adventure. While I was rolling my window down to get my food, a jumping bug hopped right into my car. I was frozen!

Thankfully, the amazing team member Alexis came to the rescue. He went above and beyond to make sure the little critter was removed and that I felt safe before leaving the mobile drive-through lane.

This is exactly why I’m a die-hard Chick-fil-A fan—the staff always goes the extra mile to ensure customers leave happy and satisfied.
