I didn’t eat here during this visit, but I had to leave a review because this was the first time I’ve ever seen a Subway inside a Walmart 😲🥖.

The store has been recently remodeled, and the updated Subway design really stands out. The green and yellow absolutely POP 💚💛 — I love it. It feels fresh, modern, and inviting.

The area looked clean and organized 👏, and it’s such a convenient option for shoppers who want to grab something quick without making another stop 🛒. Even though I didn’t order this time, it’s a great addition to the store and I’ll likely try it next visit.“

“We had a great experience at Jersey Mike's thanks to Jeff. He went above and beyond to help us with a special request and took the time to make sure everything was packed carefully. His customer service was exceptional, as well as everyone at this location has been very nice at this location. Food is fresh and restaurant is clean. Thanks again.“

“Such a cool place, a true vibeeee fr. Just got my go to, the white widow (chicken bacon ranch) on garlic herb bread with chipotle sauce on the side. The absolute best!
Love the cool art and stickers in the dining area, bathroom is always clean. And they have kool aid!

“The food is always fresh and quick and so good. The staff is attentive and kind always making sure that your experience is quality. We usually visit in the evenings for dinner and the restaurant is always clean and usually has someone cleaning either the floor, the drink dispensers or tables. “This is the busiest Jersey Mikes I have been to. I tried the Reuben and it was great . It has a large seating area, and it makes you want to stay and have your sandwich there. This is night and day from the Jersey Mikes on Greenville.“

“Left the courthouse for a seatbelt ticket and needed comfort food. Firehouse Subs did not disappoint. I got the medium meatball firehouse sandwich, a brownie and medium drink. Well, the drink was on the house after I doubled back and tried to buy a drink and he just gave it to me. Great team, great food, great value!“

The food is truly delicious—fresh ingredients, perfectly toasted subs, and flavors that really stand out compared to your average sandwich spot.

Ordering was a breeze thanks to the easy-to-use app. It made customizing my order and pickup super simple, which I really appreciated. But what really sets Firehouse Subs apart, in my opinion, are the people. The employees at the Richardson location (Plano Rd & Beltline Rd) are outstanding—friendly, helpful, and genuinely welcoming every time I visit.

I can’t speak for every Firehouse Subs location, but this one gets two thumbs way up from me! If you haven’t tried them yet, I highly recommend giving them a shot. You won’t be disappointed.“

“I had such a pleasant experience today. I love this restaurant so much and do not visit often since I do not have one near my house. So I go out of my way when I know one is near. A young gentleman greeted me as soon as I walked in and took my order. He very quickly brought my food and complimented my shirt. Just amazing service overall and I love that an employee focuses on connecting with the customers. I bought a to go chicken salad just because I love the place that much more after this experience. “We stopped into Capriotti’s and ordered three sandwiches, the Bobbie, a steak sandwich, and a turkey sandwich, and all three were excellent. The food was fresh, flavorful, and made exactly right.

What really stood out though was the service. Anna, who made our sandwiches and checked us out, was incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming. She had such a great attitude and made the whole experience even better.

I called the store and Anthony was very kind and offered to replace my pizza. Went in today and he was able to take my order and ensure my pizza was correct. This one particular day, I came and got a sub and for some reason when I went to pay the girl on register had entered her phone number for points or something because she had just rung up my order but it showed the amount of points on the account and someone else name. “I have been an avid Jersey Mike’s fan for over a decade, providing me my first high school job to now being a regular customer. We are so, so lucky to have this location as our neighborhood sandwich shop. The changes that have occurred over the last few years seem to stem directly from their manager, who constantly goes out of his way to provide a clean and well-managed experience.

The staff is immensely friendly, particularly the lunch crew, and consistently provide Mike’s high standards to our lunch.

“Good sandwiches & side items. Came here for lunch early this week during work store visit nearby. It was busy with lunch crowd but the service was quick & friendly. The vibe was nice I’m restaurant, busy with everyone having a good time eating & catching up. First time at this location, was not sure what to order but the staff was quick to make recommendations when I asked for meaty & cheesy sandwich. I was so hungry I went ahead & added a cup of chili which definitely hit the spot along with drink & Cheetos. The staff at register actually recognized me from another job they used to work at, great friendly service & was nice to be remembered! Good lunch spot whether in a hurry or to sit down for a good warm meal, good quality & service with a smile. If you like sandwiches and variety this is a good place to come to. 😁“

“I have not been to a firehouse sub since pre pandemic days. I did not know about this location until today. There was a promo to buy a sandwich and get another free if your name starts with the letter BR. So I came fairly late at night and the manager was really kind and patient with me. The store was really clean. I assumed it was brand new but it's been around for a year now. I did not eat at the store but the sandwiches were delicious when we ate them at home. We will definitely be back for more sandwiches.“

“Love dis place! The worker is very nice if you get to know him. I Love to be able to sit down at a clean table to eat. Cookies are good and fresh! Tuna looks a little funky but that’s the only thing slightly wrong. Meal deals on certain days are very nice. If you live in the area look for coupons in the newspaper, they are great. Bathroom is mild and they have many fridges with all sorts of drinks!“

“Came here for quick lunch before headed into work. Parking lot was pretty full, once inside it took several minutes while I was standing in front of register before I was greeted. Once they did the staff was friendly and quickly took my order & had my sandwich ready literally in 1 Minute, super fast! Unfortunately they did not ask me if meal was for here or to go so they did not offer me a bag to take meal to work. I ordered the Italian Night Club combo with Jalapeño Chips & Drink. The sandwich was ok but some of the meat felt like it was out in the open a little bit longer than usual. Tried their new Kickin' Ranch & was actually pretty good. Overall the vibe in restaurant was good & staff was nice, just a few minor adjustments in attention to detail can easily have them at 5 stars with the quickness & effectiveness they have at preparing food.“
