I didn’t eat here during this visit, but I had to leave a review because this was the first time I’ve ever seen a Subway inside a Walmart 😲🥖.

The store has been recently remodeled, and the updated Subway design really stands out. The green and yellow absolutely POP 💚💛 — I love it. It feels fresh, modern, and inviting.

The area looked clean and organized 👏, and it’s such a convenient option for shoppers who want to grab something quick without making another stop 🛒. Even though I didn’t order this time, it’s a great addition to the store and I’ll likely try it next visit.“

“The food is always fresh and quick and so good. The staff is attentive and kind always making sure that your experience is quality. We usually visit in the evenings for dinner and the restaurant is always clean and usually has someone cleaning either the floor, the drink dispensers or tables. “Left the courthouse for a seatbelt ticket and needed comfort food. Firehouse Subs did not disappoint. I got the medium meatball firehouse sandwich, a brownie and medium drink. Well, the drink was on the house after I doubled back and tried to buy a drink and he just gave it to me. Great team, great food, great value!“

“This is the busiest Jersey Mikes I have been to. I tried the Reuben and it was great . It has a large seating area, and it makes you want to stay and have your sandwich there. This is night and day from the Jersey Mikes on Greenville.“

“The BEST Jersey Mikes I have ever been to. I placed a pick up order and my husband went to go get it, this was the first time that my notes in the comment section was actually acknowledged. I always want extra mayo, mustard, and onions and this Jersey Mikes did not disappoint. My husband said the staff was also extremely friendly and efficient. Best location ever!“

“After driving past this place for over a year, I finally stopped in, and I’m so glad I did!

I’ve been craving a good chicken salad sandwich, and this place did not disappoint. I ordered Lauryn’s Lemon Basil Melt on a croissant, and it was so light, fresh, and flavorful. They have so many tempting options that I already know I’ll be coming back again and again.

The restaurant has plenty of seating, and the staff were incredibly helpful. They happily remade my order when I asked to have it made as a melt. Great food and even better service!“

“Okay first of all I've been going to Great Outdoors for 40 years and then some. The original one downtown Dallas is the best. My sandwich was Artisan crafted today. The problem that I have is just not customer friendly. These people act like they hate their job and customers! Like they had a better place to be and I was an inconvenience in their day. I walked in obviously the first customer of the day the lady that was at the sandwich cutting station, the shift leader, can make a badass sandwich but has no people friendly skills. No greeting when I walked in. I started the conversation off with I'm hungover and hungry make me up awesome sandwich . Obviously I was not as hungover as she was. not a people person obviously. So up to the cashier which they had already rung up my food prior to me getting there. I had a free sandwich coupon. My sandwich was completely hot and warm by the time I got into the car it was cold it took four employees at the register about 10 minutes to figure out how to scan and push one button to honor the free sandwich. It's double punch Tuesday she said she scanned it to give me my double punches but have yet to see that on my Great Outdoors Rewards app. So confused and perplexed by the free sandwich it became a real shit show real fast!😢
Hey corporate office I'm self-employed good employees are hard to come by and I understand this but maybe it's time changing management and staff have you seen all the reviews lately seems to be the same issue over and over! Out with the old in with the new year! The reason I bought my house less than a half a mile from your location it's because of your location and my love for great outdoor sandwich shop it was a selling point for my house in McKinney....!!!! I should have moved closer to the great American hero sandwich shop where they're always friendly and love to come to work!“

“Stopped here for a bite on the way home from a trip. I’d been to a Firehouse but my wife hadn’t. She had a small Italian on wheat and I had a medium club on white. Even though fries are on the menu, they don’t have the equipment for that yet. So we had the combos with a bag of chips and a medium drink. Total was $27. Food came out quickly but was hot and fresh. Good choice!“

“I didn't get his name but the gentleman that served us today was an awesome example of a store and brand ambassador. The franchise owner should feel lucky to have an employee with an incredibly positive attitude. In fact the woman working with him was equally friendly and had a positive attitude. The store was clean and inviting. The food was awesome! Both my friend and I ordered The Bobbie, and then we proceeded to order the Wagyu French Dip, followed by the Capastrami...think Rueben vibes. I cannot decide which was better, but I'm a sucker for a Rueben, so the Capastrami edged the other out narrowly.

It may be a *tad* expensive compared to JJs or Jersey Mike's, but the quality is another level. I'll be back in the very near future.“

“It was my first time trying Charleys and man the Philly steak sub was on point. The customer service is top-notch, and the staff is always friendly. Nate helped me out that day. Ordering was a breeze thanks to the easy-to-use app. It made customizing my order and pickup super simple, which I really appreciated. But what really sets Firehouse Subs apart, in my opinion, are the people. The employees at the Richardson location (Plano Rd & Beltline Rd) are outstanding—friendly, helpful, and genuinely welcoming every time I visit.

I can’t speak for every Firehouse Subs location, but this one gets two thumbs way up from me! If you haven’t tried them yet, I highly recommend giving them a shot. You won’t be disappointed.“

A young gentleman greeted me as soon as I walked in and took my order. He very quickly brought my food and complimented my shirt. This one particular day, I came and got a sub and for some reason when I went to pay the girl on register had entered her phone number for points or something because she had just rung up my order but it showed the amount of points on the account and someone else name. I had never run into a situation like that but please train your employees not to steal the points from OUR dollars we work hard for.“

“Came in a few weeks ago and ordered a BBQ chicken pizza in the drive thru, unfortunately, when I got back to the office I noticed it had too much sauce and was a bit raw in the middle. I called the store and Anthony was very kind and offered to replace my pizza. Went in today and he was able to take my order and ensure my pizza was correct. “I have been an avid Jersey Mike’s fan for over a decade, providing me my first high school job to now being a regular customer. We are so, so lucky to have this location as our neighborhood sandwich shop. The changes that have occurred over the last few years seem to stem directly from their manager, who constantly goes out of his way to provide a clean and well-managed experience.

The staff is immensely friendly, particularly the lunch crew, and consistently provide Mike’s high standards to our lunch.

“Good sandwiches & side items. Came here for lunch early this week during work store visit nearby. It was busy with lunch crowd but the service was quick & friendly. The vibe was nice I’m restaurant, busy with everyone having a good time eating & catching up. First time at this location, was not sure what to order but the staff was quick to make recommendations when I asked for meaty & cheesy sandwich. I was so hungry I went ahead & added a cup of chili which definitely hit the spot along with drink & Cheetos. The staff at register actually recognized me from another job they used to work at, great friendly service & was nice to be remembered!
