“Huisache Grill is a charming restaurant tucked off the main road. The building is a beautiful repurposed vintage structure along the railroad tracks.From appetizer to dessert, the food was absolutely delicious! The service was prompt, not pushy, and each course was timed perfectly. Even though we arrived later in the evening, we didn't feel rushed in the least. I would rate everything about the Huisache Grill a 15 on a scale from one to ten! Oh! The fried brie is to die for!! ??“

“Visited Gruene Coffee Haus today and enjoyed my lunch consisting of a warmed chocolate laced chocolate chip muffin and a medium latte with a heart beautifully and artistically topping it. It was so pretty I had to take a photo of it and the muffin.Outside of the building they have a huge George Strait work of art.They have inside and outside seating.I enjoyed my lunch and talking with the staff.I met Jordan, who is their manager, and spoke with her about my delightful lunch and some of their upcoming fun specials.Check it out. “Came to Windmill Farm Winery for a real estate networking event, and it was a fun time. The vibes exuded luxury farm vibes--homely, inviting, yet with a high-end country feel. The services were top-notch, with a staff that was both fun and sweet. The charcuterie board offered a nice selection of meat, cheese, and crackers. The wines were pretty good; I opted for the wine tasting options, enjoying a selection from dry to semi-sweet to sweet wines. Each wine had a great taste, especially the sweet ones, which had a unique flavor. They also have a pizza truck outside if you get hungry. While it's a bit of a drive from San Antonio, it's a nice place for wine and a good time.“

Hosts are extremely knowledgeable about wine, we just told them what we liked and they consistently gave us wine that matched. They also recommended some different ones we haven't tried.
