“Amazingly delicious katsu in an extraordinary, Asian fusion bowl. Katsu is normally served with finely shredded cabbage, at Bulldog, at least with the deluxe set it’s closer to a chirashi bowl with katsu on top. The crab, seaweed, and clam salads were fantastic and the red bean rice ball was a great addition. I just got back from Asia a month ago and had plenty of katsu there. Honestly, I prefer Bulldogs…great place, just try it. Also excellent value for the price and very friendly staff.“

“This is such an underrated place! Came here for a quick sushi fix and was blown away by the quality of their food. We ordered salmon avocado, shrimp tempura roll, snow mountain roll, and sex on the beach roll. The fish to rice ratio is on point, and everything tasted really fresh. Talk about precise! The man working told me that there weren't any bean sprouts in my ramen order because so they weren't fresh, to compensate he gave me an entire order of 4 veggie rolls. What?! Love that level of customer service! Plus, I was debating on even getting the veg rolls and now I'll always order them because they are delicious! Sushi was always amazing and the ramen was so good! The only adjustment I'll make to it next time is to ask for my miso veg ramen it a little spicy. My husbands spicy ramen was PLENTY spicy enough. He loved it!!! Now everytime I have a ramen craving we will be at Kuma!“

“Uni Sushi is THE best sushi restaurant in Plano. We’ve been eating here for years, and both the quality and portions of the fish are miles above other restaurants. You can tell they know what they’re doing because their food isn’t dripping in mayo to hide the low quality. The portions are big too. One or two rolls will fill up anyone. Try the chirashi.“

I see some reviews complaining the chicken doesn't come slathered in sauce but in my opinion that's a bonus. Anyways, the owners are so lovely and really care about the food they make. “I use DoorDash and they had a couple of buy one get one free specials and decided to order. I was surprised it was open past 10:00 and decided to order. It was really good. I’m not sure I’d order full price for a delivery but a volcano roll and two California rolls if I can remember (large portions). For maybe $40 and tip. I’d order again. It came with the good soy sauce as well. I usually keep some on hand but used theirs. I would recommending getting more wasabi and ginger. I order more sauce on pizza. So I do like certain things. Kikkoman.“

“Since this restaurant is in a food court, there’s no table service, and the ambiance is just what you’d expect from a typical Japanese food court. The pork chops were perfectly crispy, though a bit lean for my taste—I personally prefer a fattier cut. That said, it was still a great lunch, and the fried oysters were equally delicious. I’d definitely come back for another meal!“
