“Overall the food was good. Had green beans and they were pretty bland, didn’t seem to have seasonings and just seemed like out of a can and just heated up. The chicken and rolls were pretty good and juicy. We had half regular and half spicy, the kids and I like the spicy while my wife likes regular. We also had mashed potatoes and macaroni and cheese, which were good as well.“

There was a gentleman and a woman outside around noon. They busted their butts making sure the walk ways were clear. Not only that, but they were picking up ice chunks by the drive thru to make it safe and smooth for us. They went above and beyond (literally). I hope you'll will do something nice for them. They both had on head sets and the young lady had on glasses. They truly cared and didn't rush even though it was so cold today.,“

“My family and I stopped by Royal Fried Seafood and Grill when we were in Cedar Hill for a family reunion. The service was 10/10 and the food was absolutely amazing. My 7 year old son absolutely said this was the best food we had the entire trip, and though we’re foodies, my husband and I agreed! We’re already craving it again now that we’re back in Kansas! If we ever find ourselves back in the area, this WILL be on our list of stops! A true gem!“

“I generally have a good experience at this Dairy Queen. The ice cream is good, and while the prices are a little unreasonable, that’s pretty standard for all Dairy Queen locations, not just this one. One bummer is that the hours posted seem to be incorrect.

I tried swinging by around 11:47 on a Saturday. Yes I know that’s close to closing time… But I was craving ice cream. Lol and that’s why stores have posted hours…

They were totally closed. As in no one even left in the parking lot. So, aside from having an accurate hours posted online, I recommend this place. :-)“

“Stopped in here on a lunch break with my coworker, we were both FAMISHED and hungry as could be halfway through our shift, and traveled all the way down from downtown... closest Taco Casa I could find us!!
This Taco Casa is connected to a gas station-store directly. The food, after we got it, and our sweet teas, were AMAZING. The service was excellent, and the food and sweet tea... I've only had it that good at one other Taco Casa over by where I live!
Now the reason for the 4/5, the atmosphere: It was kept mostly upbeat by the staff, doing their best to serve us with smiles on their faces! But I guess this side of the Metroplex, many of the... what I can only ASSUME... other customers just kept looking downtrodden or unhappy for any reason. I would guess my coworker were the only ones with smiles on our faces as we got our order and left!

Staff, yall are doing an amazing job, and NONE of the loss of a star is yall's fault AT ALL. No, that was the OTHER customers making it feel depressing, despite us others trying to keep going despite our jobs being a drag! Yalls food always brings pleasure and gives us full stomachs that last the rest of the day! Keep up the good work!

Depressing customers, if you're reading this, try and enjoy the food when you can, you came here for the FILLING and TASTY food that doesn't give you the Taco Bell Emergency Runs, and it's also fair priced. Try not to bring us down, and try to find joy in the food you ordered and the upbeat attitudes of the staff! They, and the rest of us customers, have to deal with your depressing attitudes enough already. Don't ruin a good thing for the rest of us!“

“Fluffy’s Chicken and Catfish is a MUST try!

I ordered the fish and shrimp for my husband and chicken for myself, and let me tell you — everything was amazing. The fish was fried *perfectly*, golden and crispy, and it came with their homemade tartar sauce which was also delicious. The shrimp were great too!

Now the chicken… whew 😮‍🔥 fried just right, juicy, and so good. And I’m VERY picky when it comes to my chicken and fish, but baby they made it like my Big Mama used to!

The three men that helped me all greeted me with warm smiles and great customer service, which made the experience even better.

Order Items: Super Taco, Combination Burrito, Nachos, Soft taco, and Chilada.

Store: This store was super clean and very inviting! The floor, tables, order area, what we could see of the kitchen, and the condiment areas all were spotless. The men's bathroom was also extremely clean.

Staff: We were greeted by two of the staff, one at the counter and one in the kitchen. Everyone was super kind and represented the store wonderfully! If I was the store owner, I'd be proud of the team from this night!

Order: Our order was taken and then read back to us looking for errors. Our order was also made fresh right before us and was quick to be served. Everything was piping hot and wonderful!

Food: We felt the nacho cheese needed something. While it was hot and fresh, it was also plain. We ended up mixing in salsa and lime juice. We also felt that the taco meat needed a tad more seasoning. Other than these two things, our food was next level great! While we did add some seasonings and such at home, the food was hot, portions were great, and we very much enjoyed our meals!

Summary: We'd give Taco Casa #72 a 4 3/4 Stars if we could!

“People don’t realize how difficult it can be to do simple things when you drive cross country in an 18 wheeler. Tonight I was delivering to a place behind the plaza and was excited to see the restaurant as I drove past it. Once docked I walked from behind the plaza and across the lot only to find that only the drive thru was open. I was so disappointed because I’ve been turned away by many places for safety reasons of standing in a car lane.
Anyways I started to just turn and leave but decided to tell the young lady taking the drive thru orders that I can’t fit my truck through the drive thru and am so hungry. She told me not to leave she would take my order and have someone bring it out to me. I was over the moon happy. 10 hours of driving and this was my only real meal since breakfast. We ordered online which was a breeze! Even customizing things was simple. No online errors. Deals where easy to apply. Everything to do with the order was perfect!

Service was great! I will state all we had to do was pull up and give our name. However the order was delivered with a smile and politeness.

The food was piping hot and great! The jal bites were just a bit greasy however they were still great! Everything had a great taste and was well worth the price. The jr cheeseburger is quite small. The footlong hotdog is amazing! I'd recommend it without cheese though as the cheese didn't add anything to the meal in my book. The frozen items were ice cold and not melted. Everything was perfect! All in all this was well worth it and my first Sonic experience was a great one!“
