“On the day that I went, I was picking up my food versus dining in. The pickup of food was slow. So I had to get out of my car and go inside to the counter, after waiting for the food to be delivered to me. Hopefully that was just a one off.“

“I have to change my review, this place used to be a great spot to just sit with friends and watch sports, then they hired a new bartender named Danny from Miami. This guy is a joke! He takes forever to make drinks bc he is non stop talking to other people, and forgets orders.
He vapes behind the bar when people are eating. I told the manager and nothing was done. Breaks glass that’s landed near my drink and I had a minor cut. Instead of doing anything about it I got one replaced drink.
When they actually see what this guy is doing behind the bar we might come back!
We now go across the street to juicy crab! Way better bartenders and no vapes while people are eating literally feet away. Do better“

“Today was my second visit. Ordered a Turkey burger. It was great as usual. But this time I had sweet potato fries that wasn't over cooked or soggy. Forgot to say light mayo and nor salt on my fries. However, I’ve made me a not for next time. Everything was great. Of course, I'm going again.“

“WOW!!! Had an amazing experience here, the manager, Matt, took care of me! I have a severe gluten allergy, and he COULD NOT have been nicer in taking my order and making sure the staff followed the gluten free protocols! Food was excellent, AWESOME experience!“

“I had one of the best experiences at Chick-fil-A in a long time today. From the moment I pulled into the drive-thru, Micah showed exactly what Chick-fil-A customer service and values are all about, kindness, hospitality, attention to detail, and making every guest feel appreciated.

Micah greeted me with a smile, asked for my name, and even asked if I wanted to scan my Chick-fil-A app for rewards. Honestly, that simple question stood out because I hadn’t been asked that in a very long time. I was just telling some friends recently that it felt like the true Chick-fil-A values and customer service experience had started to fade a little, but Micah gave me hope again.

While taking my order, he noticed I had rewards available in the app for the item I was ordering and suggested I use them so I could get the item for free. I use the Chick-fil-A app often, and no one has ever pointed that out to me before. Because of Micah paying attention and genuinely caring, I ended up saving money on something I was fully prepared to pay for.

I also asked him about one of the drinks Chick-fil-A was offering, and he gave me his recommendation. I tried it, and it was actually really good. Before finishing the order, he carefully went back over everything with a smile and told me to have a great day.

That was probably the best $10 I’ve spent in a long time, and honestly, the Chick-fil-A tasted even better because of the experience Micah provided. I even stopped at the drive-thru exit to speak with a manager because I wanted them to know how much of an impact he made.

I believe great employees deserve recognition, so I wanted the world to know about Micah. If you stop by Chick-fil-A and see him, make sure you say hello!“

“People don’t realize how difficult it can be to do simple things when you drive cross country in an 18 wheeler. Tonight I was delivering to a place behind the plaza and was excited to see the restaurant as I drove past it. Once docked I walked from behind the plaza and across the lot only to find that only the drive thru was open. I was so disappointed because I’ve been turned away by many places for safety reasons of standing in a car lane.
Anyways I started to just turn and leave but decided to tell the young lady taking the drive thru orders that I can’t fit my truck through the drive thru and am so hungry. She told me not to leave she would take my order and have someone bring it out to me. I was over the moon happy. 10 hours of driving and this was my only real meal since breakfast. I wish I had gotten her name but I can tell you she was the only female outside. My order #2692007 9/13/25 @8:57pm register 52 if you can find her please thank her again for me. “Everything was great. Our host Eli was very great! He was attentive and quick to reassure that food was on the way while the kitchen was extra busy. My experience was great but I ordered the chicken Alfredo and bit down on several bones. Just be mindful of you alls chicken that you serve. Other than that 9/10.“

When I say top notch customer service he had. It started thunder storming really bad and I didn't have an umbrella all I had was my raincoat but the high winds didn't help. But Brandon got an umbrella and walked me to my car that was in the second parking lot just to keep my food and I from get drenched in the rain...
Please promote Brandon because he sacrifice getting wet to keep a customer dry.

“Visited the establishment with family, I had a few drinks and they were great. Establishment seemed well secured and the staff I interacted with were very friendly. Music was great, however…. it can be a bit crowded due to people standing around to watch others dance. Overall, it was nice and I heard good things about the food.“

“My work used this Panera to cater a training lunch, and I just had to come on here and give a shout out to the girl that did the catering order.
She was super sweet! She said her name was Sarah. She actually helped us set up a little bit and took her time to make sure everything was right. She was great, and I'd recommend a catering order from here again!“
