“The to go staff was very courteous and the food was hot. My only issue is with the broccoli 🥦 on my child's Chicken alfredo order. It was discolored and shouldn't have been placed on her dish. Some of my salad was brown as well. I'd advise them to be more careful of what they serve guests. Besides that the food was fresh and hot.“

“Today was my second visit. Ordered a Turkey burger. It was great as usual. But this time I had sweet potato fries that wasn't over cooked or soggy. Forgot to say light mayo and nor salt on my fries. However, I’ve made me a not for next time. Everything was great. Of course, I'm going again.“

“It was pretty quiet for a Friday night and while I'm sure the restaurant would have loved to have been busier we loved that it was nice and chill. We had zero wait and every staff member we interacted with was also super nice and friendly without being obnoxious. The service and the chill atmosphere really made for a nice relaxing Friday dinner. Honestly some of the better restaurant service we've had in a long time. We didn't end up getting drinks but the salad was crisp, and the food was fast, hot, and tasted great.“

“I visited Chick-fil-A recently and had a really positive experience from start to finish. The restaurant seemed very busy and the line was very long but a employee Natalie still walked up to my vehicle and attended me perfectly. She repeated my order and had a smile although even with the sun hitting her right in the face.Her customer service stood out and genuinely improved my visit.

“People don’t realize how difficult it can be to do simple things when you drive cross country in an 18 wheeler. Tonight I was delivering to a place behind the plaza and was excited to see the restaurant as I drove past it. Once docked I walked from behind the plaza and across the lot only to find that only the drive thru was open. I was so disappointed because I’ve been turned away by many places for safety reasons of standing in a car lane.
Anyways I started to just turn and leave but decided to tell the young lady taking the drive thru orders that I can’t fit my truck through the drive thru and am so hungry. She told me not to leave she would take my order and have someone bring it out to me. I was over the moon happy. 10 hours of driving and this was my only real meal since breakfast. I wish I had gotten her name but I can tell you she was the only female outside. My order #2692007 9/13/25 @8:57pm register 52 if you can find her please thank her again for me. “I just needed to swing by and purchase a dessert off the menu. I called ahead and asked the front desk if they could have it ready, and they said YES!
I ran in there a few min later and they had it ready to go and i paid and ran out the door! Another birthday saved thanks to my friends at Olive Garden, Waxahachie!“

When I say top notch customer service he had. It started thunder storming really bad and I didn't have an umbrella all I had was my raincoat but the high winds didn't help. But Brandon got an umbrella and walked me to my car that was in the second parking lot just to keep my food and I from get drenched in the rain...
Please promote Brandon because he sacrifice getting wet to keep a customer dry.

She was super sweet! She said her name was Sarah. She actually helped us set up a little bit and took her time to make sure everything was right. She was great, and I'd recommend a catering order from here again!“
