They have a button you can push and a waitress will quickly come to take your order for more meat. While there are a lot of options you can self-serve like the bulgogi and spicy pork, the better options are ordered. The beef tongue is my favorite. Beef belly, pork belly, pork cheeks, galbi and beef brisket are all good too. One lesser known option is the pineapple galbi, it's a relatively large cut of meat and the pineapple is great grilled. We like to order the pineapple separately as first dessert before the ice cream.Parking: Large lot in the shopping center. “Been here a handful of time but I can confidently say that if you are looking for affordable, but still delicious, AYCE KBBQ, then Garosu is the spot in Bellaire. Solid choice for a day date, at night can get a little frustrating with understaffing. They had an amazing lunch special and the service was amazing. One thing that I was surprised to see they offered a lot of banchan which I actually like to see. If you have a bigger party and a reservation, they have these room in the back for you which I really enjoyed the rooms modest decor. Otherwise the main dining hall is very spacious, and dimmed. One thing that I did find a little uncomfortable was the tables. I am a taller person at 6' 2", so I am sort of used to it but their leg room is very limited, because of the grill, and got uncomfortable pretty quickly, but sitting alone obviously has all the space for yourself.“

“I went here by myself and was hungry in the mood for meat and rice. I like the atmosphere, plenty of booths, tables for big parties, and even a more traditional area where you sit on the floor (rugs) and eat at small tables. The staff was friendly, my server was great and even the other server working there came by to check on me. And the manager stopped by to make sure I liked my food. The food was delicious! My only issue was I can't handle spicy food and asked for mild spicy, but they asked if I wanted the food washed (no spice) and I said mild was fine. But I should have gone with the washed option because it ended up giving me stomach trouble. I also ordered a dish that had jalapenos in it, and my server warned me about how spicy everything was but apparently I can't handle spicy food at all, even though it tasted amazing. I ordered the mixed grill and added a goat leg. This was good, especially the chicken. I had 2 orders of yakhni soup, which I loved. It's a pure broth and they give you a little lime slice to squeeze in it and it was so good. I had something called Alu Palak which is boiled potatoes with a tasty spinach gravy. This is the one that had jalapenos. It is an awesome dish! Also ordered some white rice with cumin seeds. Had hot green tea to drink which came out perfect. So, a great meal with lots of leftovers because the mixed grill is too much for one person. I had to throw out the leftovers though because it was too spicy. Next time I will definitely ask for the food to be not spicy at all, and if I do order the Alu Palak (it was so good) again I'll pick out the jalapenos. Also will get a smaller dish than the mixed grill, probably one of the chicken dishes because they have tasty chicken here. Highly recommended, just be careful about the spice level because even the mild is pretty strong.“

We also ordered the tostones (fried plaintain chips) and takoyaki (fried octopus balls served on top of imitation crab mix). My favorites were the chicken and brisket. The server cooked the food for us, but you can do it yourself if you'd prefer. The interior was beautiful, especially the bar area and the fake cherry blossom tree.“

“Hands down 10 stars.The bbq food was definitely by far one of the best tasting. The brisket was perfect with the smokey oak flavor very tender. The sausage was amazing beans and potato salad. Forget going to Pappas BBQ and these big chains I'll be going back here definitely.
