“I went to the restaurant when it opened and ordered an orange chicken plate when I got home the rice was hard and the chicken was small I did go back up there and they did replace my order and the picture below was the replacement. They was kind and apologized for the mistake I have no complaints because them they handled the situation very respectfully I go here All the time this the the first time they had to fix my order“

“10 out of 10 I recommend!! I places a delivery order and it was fresh and hot with quality ingredients!!! The drunken noodles, fire crackers shrimp, and yum yummy shrimp was delicious. Now the only thing I didn't care for was the tofu, but that's not their fault. I just don't like tofu and thought I would try it. But everything's eyes delicious!“

“They have very delicious and authentic food here. We ordered 4 dishes: crispy squid, pan fried flat noodle with sauce and seafood, crab soup, and yangchow fried rice. Everything tasted wonderful, and the owner was very nice and polite. We’d definitely come back to try more dishes here.“

“Our local go to Chinese take out place. Good portions, cooked fresh. You can find cheaper places but Uncle Wings has consistently better food quailty.
Orders do take around 30-45 min, sometimes longer on busier nights but its made with love so worth the wait.

I wish they had pictures of each dish on their website is my only nitpick.“

“I can say that my family has been a customer of Pine Tree Garden ever since they took over this location so many years ago. We used to live pretty close, but about eight years ago we moved almost an hour away. But we still make the drive just have their delicious food. Not only do they have great food, but also the best owner. Ellen is just the best. Every visit is just a little better when she's there. She knows out order and knows that I like mine extra spicy. She has seen our kids grow up to the awesome adults they are now and she asks how they're doing every time. We have had just about everything on the menu over the years and everything is just as awesome as the other. So I highly recommend it. I usually can find something that I would nit pick about, but not here. Just one of our favorites and will be I know for many many years to come.“

“Simple little restaurant with good food and service. I always get takeout be because atmosphere is lacking (they use one booth as an ‘office’ and a few times an employee appeared to be asleep there!). So it’s not a place to dine in but don’t let that stop you from ordering out. Food is good and prices fair. They also don’t try to up charge, add tips etc.“

“No issues at all. Some of y’all just like to complain or are competitor bots. Great food at a pretty good price. I’ve tried about 1/3 of what’s on the menu and have been pretty happy. I use DoorDash and haven’t been to the establishment so I can’t comment on that. If DoorDash gets any more expensive I will drive there to get a to go order and head home. If you want to complain, order a pizza from the Richardson Pappa Johns. Try that and let me know how you feel. Also, I recommend the upgrade for the fried rice on each meal.“

“We did takeout tonight because our usual place in Rowlett is closed. We’ve had trouble finding another good Chinese restaurant close by, and we were so happy with our sesame chicken, sweet and sour chicken, and rice! They all had a great flavor, and the portions were great!“

The pork chops in XO sauce were delicious . Pork chops fried crispy and flash stir fried over the sauce in a wok.

The crispy pig intestine were clean tasting and cooked to perfection.

This is a whole in the wall offering authentic and old school Cantonese dishes that are become rare or fusions into upscale cuisine. If you are looking for a fancier environment, get the food for carry out, they packed ours very well.“

“We love our local Chinese Takeout! They stopped making the teriyaki beef which was our favorite, but we're finding new things on the menu that we love! Portions are great here and we love the staff!

“Unlike a previous Customer who reviewed the same week I attended Golden City, my lunch version of their Orange Chicken chicken was perfect. I will admit it was not spicy to my liking but I did not request any higher setting other than default menu. Another person at my table did say their General Tso's Chicken was dry on the inside and there was a notable difference between our 2 cooked chickens. And I will agree, the egg rolls are awesome. The lady who greeted and served us was attentive and cheery! For me, the cost, quality, and experience were right on par with my previous visit.“

“Little place, kind and attentive ladies tending to the front. Was my first time and it won't be my last.Tried the Orange chicken special and a beef egg roll. It was so hot and fresh! It tasted amazing. The rich orange sauce and the spiciness was mild. I enjoyed every bite.I will be back again to keep trying more of their extensive menu.“

“I have been eating here on & off since 1993. It is still as good as when we first ate here. This time we got the lunch menu shrimp fried rice, pork fried rice, and the combo lo mien to spit between two people. It was very tasty, and we got extra egg rolls, they have the best egg rolls of any Chinese food place we have ever ate. They are a lot more pricey than before, but everywhere else is to because of Biden economics. Vote Trump 2024 to get back to normal.“

“Egg rolls I had for an appetizer are definitely in my favs of all time. Orange chicken was good in portion and taste could have used just a little bit of a kick. “Me and my husband order from here quite often and have it delivered. Tonight we ordered dinner and it was fantastic! Everything we get here is always freshly made. You can tell when food sits and when it is fresh. Everything here is always fresh. But I usually get orange tofu and tonight it was fantastic. It was not too spicy or too hot. It was perfect. Just the right amount of sauce and everything married together well. But the reason why I chose to leave a review now rather than any of the other times is for their crab Rangoon.It was stuffed so full that It could barely close. Many Chinese places you go to you might get a little bit of filling. But here they always make sure that there’s enough. It makes it taste fantastic and for that I say thank you. This will continue to be our go to Chinese food spot.“

“I have been trying to find a place that makes Shrimp Egg Foo Young gravy like I'm used to from Colorado for the past 8 years since moving here. All other places it's made with molasses. Not Chi's Wok. FINALLY I found a gravy with the soy-based flavor I grew up on and I am so excited. It was sooooo good. Please don't ever change it!!!!! The cream puffs & egg roll were also super good. Will definitely be back & will pass the word on to family who have also been trying to find a restaurant that makes it right. :)“

“When I want Asian food, Panda Express is usually my first consideration. I particularly enjoy visiting this location because it’s always pretty clean, the food is always fresh, and hot. The staff here are friendly, pleasant and polite.

“Being from NY and now living in NJ I have to say I didn’t know what to expect for a Chinese takeout in TX. But I have to say the food was good. I ordered the shrimp with broccoli w/ extra sauce, shrimp egg foo young, Szechuan shrimp and chicken wings for me and my family. The gravy for the egg foo young looked suspect as it was very loose/watery but it was really good. Just not thick like I am used to. Everything was good. And the portion size is very generous. Reminded me of my favorite Chinese restaurant growing up in the BX. Family owned-the husband/wife/son team was so nice and friendly. We all called the wife mommy.

Don’t judge this book by its cover (the outside) or deter you. Just Order the food. It’s really good and the lady who takes the orders was very friendly.“

“One of my favorite places to get Asian cuisine! In Forney, off 548 they serve fresh, large portions and have great customer service. I forgot how much I missed this place! It's been over 5 years since we ate there( when we moved from Forney). I will have to start going back out there again! Owners are real nice, I got to know them well when I managed the Papa John's next store. We made friendly, weekly trades, ?. They almost didn't recognize me due to my hair turning so Grey over the past 5 years from stress! Lol!

Vegetarian options: Many all vegetable dishes that I even enjoy being the carnivorous beast I am, lol

“Total hidden gem this place was amazing got a ton of food for like 40 bucks. The BBQ spare ribs were amazing also some of the best Mongolian Beef I've ever had very flavourful and they definitely don't skimp on meat like lots of cheap places. All the food was outstanding!!!!“

“I use to come here when I lived in apartments down the street & even when I moved to the neighborhood right behind. Staff have always been friendly and welcoming. Recently my vehicle was stranded & I had to wait all day to get a flatbed truck since a regular tow truck wouldn’t have been able to tow it due to it being an electric & my tires were locked. Employees came out and helped and asked if I was okay even tho I knew it wouldn’t budge. I ended up buying some waters and repeatedly apologize for the inconvenience but instead was told not to worry. I will definitely be visiting this place again. My uncle & I love the Shrimp lo mein here! Thank you for understanding my situation & being you!“

The only drawback is that I usually go alone, so being sitted surrounded by families can be a bit off-putting, but it's manageable.“
