“I went to the restaurant when it opened and ordered an orange chicken plate when I got home the rice was hard and the chicken was small I did go back up there and they did replace my order and the picture below was the replacement. They was kind and apologized for the mistake I have no complaints because them they handled the situation very respectfully I go here All the time this the the first time they had to fix my order“

From the moment we walked in, we were warmly greeted by a young man who not only welcomed us but also took the time to explain the menu and walk us through everything since it was our first visit. He then promptly jumped into action—cleaning tables and helping out in the kitchen, which showed real dedication.

Vandy rang us up at the register and was just as wonderful—friendly, professional, and full of energy. She explained the rewards program with a bright smile and made us feel genuinely appreciated as customers.

The food was served quickly, and everything was fresh, flavorful, and absolutely delicious!

We’ve definitely been missing out on this place, but this location’s exceptional customer service took the whole experience to another level. We’ll absolutely be back!“

“No issues at all. Some of y’all just like to complain or are competitor bots. Great food at a pretty good price. I’ve tried about 1/3 of what’s on the menu and have been pretty happy. I use DoorDash and haven’t been to the establishment so I can’t comment on that. If DoorDash gets any more expensive I will drive there to get a to go order and head home. If you want to complain, order a pizza from the Richardson Pappa Johns. Try that and let me know how you feel. Also, I recommend the upgrade for the fried rice on each meal.“

“I’m so impressed with the freshness and improved recipes. So much better since the new owner took over. They’re working hard to constantly improve the restaurant & the food & service. They serve real Chinese food & the owner is friendly & courteous. I recommend trying the fried rice just to see the difference between them & many others serving food that’s not authentic. “Our local go to Chinese take out place. Good portions, cooked fresh. You can find cheaper places but Uncle Wings has consistently better food quailty.
Orders do take around 30-45 min, sometimes longer on busier nights but its made with love so worth the wait.

I wish they had pictures of each dish on their website is my only nitpick.“

“Authentic and affordable Cantonese flavors in a no frills setting. They shine in stir fried, fried and saucy dishes over the steamed dishes. The veggies were fresh too.

The pork chops in XO sauce were delicious . Pork chops fried crispy and flash stir fried over the sauce in a wok.

The crispy pig intestine were clean tasting and cooked to perfection.

This is a whole in the wall offering authentic and old school Cantonese dishes that are become rare or fusions into upscale cuisine. If you are looking for a fancier environment, get the food for carry out, they packed ours very well.“

“I can say that my family has been a customer of Pine Tree Garden ever since they took over this location so many years ago. We used to live pretty close, but about eight years ago we moved almost an hour away. But we still make the drive just have their delicious food. Not only do they have great food, but also the best owner. Ellen is just the best. Every visit is just a little better when she's there. She knows out order and knows that I like mine extra spicy. She has seen our kids grow up to the awesome adults they are now and she asks how they're doing every time. We have had just about everything on the menu over the years and everything is just as awesome as the other. So I highly recommend it. I usually can find something that I would nit pick about, but not here. Just one of our favorites and will be I know for many many years to come.“

This time we got the lunch menu shrimp fried rice, pork fried rice, and the combo lo mien to spit between two people. It was very tasty, and we got extra egg rolls, they have the best egg rolls of any Chinese food place we have ever ate. Showed up at an off time which can often result in poor service but it was very good in this case, including the hostess or maybe owner stopping by to chat about the book I was reading. “The food tasted good, the portions were expected from Chinese food. If I had to pick a bad thing, it would be that it needed to sweeping, but it was busy. This is probably the best Chinese food around the area, the other place nearby are not any good.

“The cashier we spoke today was so kind. We were in the area for some farming business today. We stopped by Rio grande waiting on time to meet up for our pre-existing obligations. Drove through the parking lot and stopped so fast to take a chance for lunch.
The food was so good and stayed hot. I got the cashew chicken and it was so good. Variety of flavors and the bamboo shoots in there are always welcome in my book.

My only complaint was that there might need to be some sewage work done in the building. The smell went away after getting in the building, but it was pretty strong smelling in there.“

“I have been trying to find a place that makes Shrimp Egg Foo Young gravy like I'm used to from Colorado for the past 8 years since moving here. All other places it's made with molasses. Not Chi's Wok. FINALLY I found a gravy with the soy-based flavor I grew up on and I am so excited. It was sooooo good. Please don't ever change it!!!!! The cream puffs & egg roll were also super good. Will definitely be back & will pass the word on to family who have also been trying to find a restaurant that makes it right. :)“

“Being from NY and now living in NJ I have to say I didn’t know what to expect for a Chinese takeout in TX. But I have to say the food was good. I ordered the shrimp with broccoli w/ extra sauce, shrimp egg foo young, Szechuan shrimp and chicken wings for me and my family. The gravy for the egg foo young looked suspect as it was very loose/watery but it was really good. Just not thick like I am used to. Everything was good. And the portion size is very generous. Reminded me of my favorite Chinese restaurant growing up in the BX. Family owned-the husband/wife/son team was so nice and friendly. We all called the wife mommy.

Don’t judge this book by its cover (the outside) or deter you. Just Order the food. It’s really good and the lady who takes the orders was very friendly.“

You can tell when food sits and when it is fresh. Everything here is always fresh. But I usually get orange tofu and tonight it was fantastic. It was not too spicy or too hot. It was perfect. Just the right amount of sauce and everything married together well. But the reason why I chose to leave a review now rather than any of the other times is for their crab Rangoon.It was stuffed so full that It could barely close. Many Chinese places you go to you might get a little bit of filling. But here they always make sure that there’s enough. It makes it taste fantastic and for that I say thank you. “I usually make the 20-minute drive once or twice a month at different times. It's a fantastic spot with a great atmosphere, and the food consistently hits the mark for its price. A++ rating. The only drawback is that I usually go alone, so being sitted surrounded by families can be a bit off-putting, but it's manageable.“

Recently my vehicle was stranded & I had to wait all day to get a flatbed truck since a regular tow truck wouldn’t have been able to tow it due to it being an electric & my tires were locked. Employees came out and helped and asked if I was okay even tho I knew it wouldn’t budge.
