“The customer service at this location is awesome. They went above and beyond to solve an app problem. We really enjoy Schlotzakys and order from the app almost every week. The reward points program is solid and we are able to get free food relatively frequently. One giant size sandwich feeds four of us. The original is our favorite. This location was busy but our sandwiches were made timely. The construction on frontage in front of this restaurant makes the entrance and exit difficult.“

“Brittany the GM IS AWESOME AND WONDERFUL. I saw her help a customer to her car that said she did not feel well. It just really stun me because I have never seen this. “This was my very first visit to Jersey Mike’s, and at first I was honestly nervous. As soon as I saw the prep area and how many hands each sandwich passed through, I was scared and almost walked out without ordering. With celiac disease, cross-contamination is always a serious concern for me, and most restaurants don’t take it as seriously as they should. But the team working around 5:30p yesterday (08/16), absolutely amazed me. Before I even had to ask, they explained their entire process for handling gluten safely. They changed gloves, opened new lettuce, and prepared everything with such care and confidence. It was clear they were educated about cross contamination and took every precaution. What impressed me even more was their attitude — they weren’t just careful, they were genuinely happy to do it. In this day and age, it’s sad that more restaurants don’t take these steps, but Jersey Mike’s truly stood out. I left feeling my food was safe, cared for, and extremely impressed. I'll definitely be coming back and recommending this location to others!“

“Oh my gosh, my boyfriend and I shared the bbq bacon cheese steak and scorpion hot wings and we were so impressed. The food was top notch, so much favor and made perfectly. The two ladies were so kind and helpful and made this experience extra special for us. They even had claw machines!! We will definitely be back.“

The manager and the people working here are actually very friendly most of the time so why judge by one bad experience? To top it off, they always have the ingredients for my favorite sub sandwich in stock. The only downside: it takes a little while to get through the queue.

“I searched several Subway locations near the VA Dallas Medical Center and wasn't impressed by the reviews I found. Then I came across the Subway at 2943 South Buckner Blvd, and I'm glad I did.

Eduardo answered the phone when I called about a large order I needed for the following day. He took the time to listen to my request, asked thoughtful questions, and provided excellent recommendations to help make sure everything would go smoothly.

When I arrived the next day to pick up my order, I was impressed by how easy the location was to find, how clean it was both inside and out, and how friendly and professional the entire team was. My order was ready as promised, and the service exceeded my expectations.

“I’ve been to this Firehouse Subs in Rockwall about half a dozen times—always a solid choice for a quick lunch. The store is clean, the staff is efficient, and the subs hit the spot every time. Parking can be a little tight, but it’s well worth it for a good, fast bite.“
