“I have been coming to this Schlotzsky’s for 10+ years and can honestly say I love the fresh buns that are made daily and my go to is the Bacon Beefy Smokey cheesy on jalapeño bread paired with jalapeños chips and a coke! 10/10 for sure. The owners take pride in this place and you can tell. One day I will make sure to use them for catering! Love this place and can’t wait to go back again soon.“

I ordered online and within a minute, I got a call from them informing me they were a little backed up/short staffed today so my food would take about 30 minutes. I loved that they set me up for realistic expectations instead of just having me waiting without me knowing why. Even when the delivery driver came, she also apologized for the wait, my sandwich and drink were still all fresh“

“The food was a little dry but I can’t be mad about it; it was damn near closing! They were sweet to serve us and let us eat while they finalized the day and cleaned up behind the counter. (We were good guests and cleaned up after ourselves, leaving with minutes to spare before closing.)“

“This was my very first visit to Jersey Mike’s, and at first I was honestly nervous. As soon as I saw the prep area and how many hands each sandwich passed through, I was scared and almost walked out without ordering. With celiac disease, cross-contamination is always a serious concern for me, and most restaurants don’t take it as seriously as they should. But the team working around 5:30p yesterday (08/16), absolutely amazed me. Before I even had to ask, they explained their entire process for handling gluten safely. They changed gloves, opened new lettuce, and prepared everything with such care and confidence. It was clear they were educated about cross contamination and took every precaution. What impressed me even more was their attitude — they weren’t just careful, they were genuinely happy to do it. In this day and age, it’s sad that more restaurants don’t take these steps, but Jersey Mike’s truly stood out. I left feeling my food was safe, cared for, and extremely impressed. I'll definitely be coming back and recommending this location to others!“

“I tried to go to the Kingsley Shiloh location but they were closed at 6pm on a Sunday. Luckily this location was close and the experience was perfect! The nice guy made my 6 Sammy's and was super cool and nice and funny. I will be back!“

“I get my lunch to go at this Subway location 2 or 3 times a week, and the manager, Elizabeth, already knows my order before I open my mouth. She and her staff always take great care of me and value me as a customer. I also appreciate how they remind me if I have a couple of dollars or a Subway special to apply on my account. Thank you!“

“The service was outstanding and super fast even though there were 5 people ahead of me. Fastest subway I've been to! The cashier/owner was not so friendly and was constantly pushing workers to move faster. I told her that this location was one of the fastest to serve the food, and she needed to be thankful she had fast employees.“

“UPDATE: This SubWay is getting much much better since that unpleasant experience last summer. The manager and the people working here are actually very friendly most of the time so why judge by one bad experience? To top it off, they always have the ingredients for my favorite sub sandwich in stock. The only downside: it takes a little while to get through the queue.
