“I've had mixed opinions on W&W over the past several years. The food is pretty good - not amazing, but a good value. Particularly if you get any of their specials, like Buy 2 get 1 on Sun-Thu, or the lunch special with a couple Maki rolls and soup for about $10.

Today, though, I tried the Chirashi for the first time. Perfectly cooked rice with a ton of fresh fish on top. A wide variety, too. I will be back often specifically for this.

The wide menu options, covering both Japanese and Chinese food (not to mention Pad Thai) ensures everyone will find something to make them happy.“

The server, May (the tall asian lady) was extremely helpful and made us feel comfortable throughout the dinner.

“This place is AMAZING!!!!!! One of the best sushi places without the high prices! You have to try the Salmon Gravlax! If I have to choose one dish for the rest of my life, this will be the one! And the spicy edamame is one of the best in the DFW area! Try the sampler crudo, and you'll be set!

“Delicious when we dined in and this time when we did take out! Seaweed salad, avocado roll, tuna roll, salmon roll, inari maki roll, and yaki soba! All delicious. Inari maki is unique, and the taste was so balanced and delectable! And ready in 20 minutes!

“Came here for my nieces 16th birthday dinner and had a lovely experience. Not only was the food high-quality and delicious but, the staff was attentive and friendly. Also, the ambience was really nice with beautiful piano music. I can’t speak to how loud it gets when the restaurant is full since it was only at maybe 25% capacity. “Visited this place last Saturday. The food was absolutely amazing however, we didn't try many of the rolls due to lack of pictures of them & uncertainty about if we'd like them based off just a list of ingredients. Additionally, we found it strange to have the waitstaff lined up against the sushi bar just staring at us as we ate. It was kinda unnerving. The hibachi was some of the best I'd ever had. Definitely a fair price for the quality of food.“

Beef was tender and seasoned well.

California rolls were satisfying and hit the spot.

Gyoza had fresh fried flavor & the texture of the dumpling was perfect. Satisfying.

Egg roll was good.

On previous experiences their sushi was also freshly made and really good. Wished I ordered it this time.

Only minor complaint is that their Wasabi is a bit weak. I prefer stronger Wasabi that burns ?

Other than that, this is one of my top places to go when I decide to eat out.“

“The food here is always great. My husband and I have loved this place since 2020 and are proud return customers. We’ve been to several sushi spots, but this one remains our top choice. The Ahi Tower was excellent, but the roll could have been better—it needed to be fried more for extra flavor and texture. Surprisingly, the food took quite a while to be served this time.“

I got the superman roll and it was spicy and fresh and just enough that I wasn't hungry when I finished it-- the rolls are nice and long like eight or nine pieces each so more filling than I am used to with just one sushi roll.

Price is very competitive for their all you can eat lunch or dinner option. It is all you can eat but it is not a buffet. You need to order from the menu to the server and they bring items to you.

We held many special family events such as birthday parties here.“

“We have not been here in several years and I have no idea why. The three of us ordered hot tea, spicy edamame, gyoza. The rolls are huge and incredible. The killer roll was our favorite but the Hawaii, Panic roll and golden Cali were amazing. Service from Ngun was excellent and we spoke with Kim the owner 2 or 3 times as she worked the room. Clearly this is why 23 years success in the food business.“
