“Great food and friendly staff, fast service“

“The meager outside really doesn't do this place justice! I was greeted by a wonderful back-lit murale that made me feel like I was back in Japan all over again.

The food is excellent, we had a wonton egg drop soup, and it was delicious! My main course was the garlic sauce shrimps and they gave me my money's worth, a wide variety of vegetable and flavor in each bite!

I am definitely coming back again. Lovely place!“

“Same great quality and service as always from The Blue Fish. Server said this is their concept restaurant since the one at Frankford/Tollway closed. Hand rolls are interesting and very good. 3 for $22 plus you get a side salad. Restaurant was quiet at 7pm and got busy at 9pm on a Saturday night. Largest table size we saw was a 4-top so you'd need to call ahead if you have a large group that needs tables put together. Tight parking but that goes for this entire shopping center. We drive over from Ft. Worth because we love The Blue Fish so much. 🩵“

“This place has amazing decor that is very fitting for being in the Legacy East Corridor. The servers were extremely attentive and the ordering process was made very streamlined. I went during lunch break and was the only person in the restaurant for the majority of the time. The food came out very quickly and was piping hot. “My family and I have been here a handful of times and have had a great experience every time. The service here is both fast and friendly and they consistently serve tasty dishes and large portions. My husband and kids have tried many of the ramen dishes and have yet to find one that they don't enjoy. I think this has become our new favorite spot.“

“Me and my gf all go here. Remind you is it not hibachi place where you do not sit down and they cook in front of you, they cook hibachi to go orders only. They are the best! I get the shrimp and steak with vegatvle, and rice with yum yum sauce! Fresh cooked, the guys are sweet. We highly recommend here.!“

The Ahi Tower was excellent, but the roll could have been better—it needed to be fried more for extra flavor and texture. Surprisingly, the food took quite a while to be served this time.“

“So glad we didn't listen to the odd couple of negative reviews! This restaurant is incredible and a true hidden gem. We moved to the area 4 months ago and eat here for a dinner date every single week. The staff remember us well and we love all the servers- there isn't one that doesn't provide top notch service.

The food is very fresh, the sushi ranges from authentic options to more westernized cooked rolls with all the unique flavors you can think of. The ONLY valid complaint some of the negative Nancy's have listed is in regards to the food taking a bit to come out but we've noticed that's because they are making everything as you order. Nothing is prepared ahead of time and we have come to love that about them. For example their salmon teriyaki (highly reccomend) will take longer than fresh sushi rolls. We're used to this now and will order our raw sushi as an appetizer and share the salmon filet for a main entree knowing they are cooking it and it takes time. The food is SO fresh, it's worth the wait.

Overall this spot is charming (quiet piano music and date night ambiance on the weekend evenings) and always full but never loud. Very happy to have found our signature sushi spot.“

“Of course I had to try the Tuna Tower. When you order out the tower comes deconstructed. I don’t like the tuna scoop. Its color bothered me.

They always have gentle and upbeat music playing, and the sushi bar is very cool and creates a nice ambiance. We always grab 4-5 rolls, a spicy edamame, and a couple orders of sake. Have been probably 20 times now, and the experience is always a 10/10.“

“My family of 5 have been ordering from here for years. This is a restaurant where all 3 of my picky children can find something and not complain. My teen loves all their sushi and tries something new every time we go. My 8 year old son gets the salmon and has proclaimed it’s “the best salmon ever” every time. You get 2 fillets which is a huge portion! He even picked it for his family birthday dinner. I love their shaken fillet and chicken which is basically the hibachi. The portions are giant! My husband randomly DoorDash’s their chicken friend rice he likes it so much. It is pricey but well worth it for the amount of food. The atmosphere is really nice and would be a great place for a date night or to take work clients. The owners are wonderful! Highly recommended giving it a try!“

“Easily the best ramen I've had in the Collin County area. Hell even the price has beaten inflation! You can't get any better ramen by far. Their broth is just simply different. The noodles are the best rice noodles I've ever have. And this place stays open till 2 am everday?? It's heaven for late night folks. Definitely one of the best restaurants around in general. “GREATEST. TERIYAKI. EVER. And friend, they know it. They are so good they only have to be open for lunch. It's incredible. I am in love with this place. If I have the money, I would beg them to let me franchise this place. It is too good. You could open up one of these anywhere in America and it would just crush it.

When I was young, and I only had a bike, I worked in a warehouse about 2 miles from here. Even in the Texas summer I was happy to make the ride here at least twice a week for lunch. I still try to stop here if I am ever anywhere nearby at lunch.
