“I'm totally sure, but I think they've upped their furniture game since I visited a few years ago. It was a little loud for a coffee shop at 8 am but there was a peaceful, jovial atmosphere. The coffee was good but $6 for cookie feels pricey. That being said, I'd go back for the ambiance and friendliness alone. This spot also has some aestheticly please alcoves for ideallic Instagram photos, if you wanted.“

“This place is SO good. I got the iced pumpkin streusal latte (order half sweet if you don't love very sweet drinks) and LOVED it. Way better than Starbucks. The two pastries I tried were excellent and fresh. Excited to come back :) only downside is the music was strange. It didn't fit the French cafe vibe but maybe next time it will!!“

“As a veteran, I’m repulsed by all of these reviews complaining about not getting a free coffee. We didn’t serve to get free stuff and then bash businesses who don’t offer anything. I, personally, am beyond pleased with the services offered at this location. CO has been the best bank I’ve ever worked with, including USAA. Keep up the great work Capital One! And all you naysayers need to reevaluate yourselves. I’m embarrassed that you served the same military as me.“

“My wife and I have been coming here for a while. The coffee is absolutely delicious. Better than Starbucks in our opinion. The food is great quality and chef curated from the upstairs restaurant. The peanut butter smoothie with added coffee is a nice option if you want a quick filling meal. Desserts the brownie is hands down the best! Lemon ricotta comes in a close second. The service is always great. Thank you to the crew, Caitlin, Melea, Scarlett, and others that we don’t know your names yet. We will be regulars here for a long time to come!“

“I’ve been coming to this Starbucks for three years now, and I just had to take a moment to compliment the staff. They are consistently friendly, welcoming, and make every visit enjoyable. I come here every morning, without fail (and yes, that’s over 1,000 visits!), and the level of customer service has never wavered. I want to give a special shoutout to Cheryl—she is absolutely fantastic! Not only is she super friendly, but she also goes out of her way to remember customers’ names and orders. She’s made my mornings so much better, and I’m sure many others would say the same.

This Starbucks is a popular spot for people who like to work, so if that’s your plan, I recommend getting here early to snag a good seat. It can get crowded, especially in the mornings, and occasionally there’s a run club that fills up the space (about once a month). If you want to avoid the crowds and have a quieter place to work, try arriving before 9am.

As for the food, I highly recommend the egg white bites and their bagels. They recently updated the bagel recipe, and it’s super fluffy and delicious. It’s a small change that really makes a big difference!“
